Telecity Group plc announced the appointment of Eric Hageman to its board as Chief Financial Officer. The appointment is effective 1 September 2014. Mr Hageman’s most recent role has been as Member of the Board of Management and Chief Financial Officer of Royal KPN NV. Prior to this role, Mr Hageman held a number of senior positions at KPN, including CEO of KPN Belgium, CFO of KPN Mobile International, Head of M&A and Head of Investor Relations. Before joining KPN, Mr Hageman worked in M&A and Corporate Finance roles at Deutsche Bank and ABN Amro.
Lombard Risk Management plc (AIM: LRM) announced that Nigel Gurney will be joining the Company as Chief Financial Officer and is expected to become a board member from 1 September 2014. Nigel is currently Chief Financial Officer at Lepe Partners LLP. Prior to this Nigel was Chief Financial Officer of Merchant Securities Group plc, now the London stockbroking arm of Sanlam Limited and prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer of W.H. Ireland Group plc.
Ted Baker Plc announced that Lindsay Page has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer, in addition to his role as Group Finance Director. Charles Anderson has been appointed as Finance Director of the Company’s subsidiaries, in addition to his role as Company Secretary of the Company.
St Ives plc announced that Matt Armitage, currently Chief Financial Officer and Group Managing Director, Marketing Services, will become CEO with effect from 1 August 2014. Brad Gray will succeed Matt as CFO and will join the Board of St Ives, also with effect from 1 August. Brad is currently Deputy Finance Director, having joined the Group in 1988 from Grant Thornton London.
Marks and Spencer Group plc (M&S) announced the departure of Alan Stewart, Chief Finance Officer. Alan has stepped down from Board and will leave M&S on a date and on terms to be agreed.
London & Associated Properties plc announced that Robert Corry, the Finance Director, has announced his intention to retire on 31 December 2014.
Rotork plc announced that Lucinda Bell was appointed a non-executive director of Rotork. She will be a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees of the Board. Lucinda has been Finance Director of The British Land Company PLC since May 2011.
