3. Create an employee based “board” to review employee ideas and determine which will be introduced or implemented.
4. Ensure all employees get a chance to be heard. Encourage those who are quiet, guide those who are not so quiet.
5. Recognize that employee ideas have more merit and traction then board or management initiated ideas.
