Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCSA, CMCSK) announced it has named Michael J. Cavanagh Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He will join Comcast early this summer from The Carlyle Group, where he served as its Co-President and Co-Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Carlyle, Mr. Cavanagh spent almost 10 years as a member of the Operating Committee of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and served nearly six years as its CFO. Mr. Cavanagh also previously served as an executive at Bank One holding the roles of CEO and COO of Middle Market Banking, Treasurer, and Head of Strategy. Before that, he worked at Citigroup and its predecessor companies, including serving as CFO of its Consumer Group for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. He currently serves on the board of Yum! Brands, Inc.

Abbott Laboratories announced that effective June 1, 2015, Brian B. Yoor, has been appointed Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Yoor has served as the Company’s Vice President, Investor Relations since 2013, and as Divisional Vice President, Controller Diagnostic Products from 2010 to 2013. Mr. Yoor became a corporate officer in 2013. He joined the Company in 1997.

City of Chicago announced that Carole L. Brown has been named as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Brown is replacing outgoing CFO Lois Scott. Brown currently serves as a Managing Director at Barclays, heading the firm’s Midwest municipal practice. Prior to joining Barclays, Ms. Brown was with Siebert Brandford Shank & Co LLC and Mesirow Financial. She served as Chairman of the Chicago Transit Authority Board from 2002 through 2009.

Synaptics Incorporated (NASDAQ: SYNA) announced the appointment of Wajid Ali as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ali replaces Synaptics’ current Chief Financial Officer, Kathleen Bayless, who announced her retirement in December 2014. Mr. Ali joins Synaptics from Teledyne Technologies, where he most recently served as Vice President and Controller. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer at DALSA Corporation, acquired by Teledyne in 2011. He also held key financial management positions at AMD and ATI.

MobileIron (NASDAQ: MOBL) announced that it has appointed Simon Biddiscombe as interim Chief Financial Officer. Simon began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he spent nine years, most recently in the firm’s Silicon Valley technology accounting and audit practice. He went on to join Wyle Electronics where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Simon’s next role was Vice President for Finance and Controller of the internet infrastructure business of Conexant which became Mindspeed Technologies where he then served for 5 years as Chief Financial Officer. He then spent five years at QLogic Corp. as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, then as Chief Executive Officer. Simon joins MobileIron from ServiceSource International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SREV) where he served as Interim Chief Financial Officer.

Magnetic announced that Mark Pinney has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mark brings more than two decades of seasoned finance experience in the technology space, including CFO roles at large ad tech companies such as Tremor Video, Real Media and Tacoda as well as at ecommerce startups including Lot18 and Vimeo.

Zenith Energy announced that it has appointed Carlos Ruiz as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ruiz has more than 13 years of energy industry investment banking experience, most recently serving as a Managing Director in the Natural Resources Group of Barclays Capital.

Aviat Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: AVNW) announced that Ralph S. Marimon, currently Chief Financial Officer of QuickLogic Corporation, will join its management team as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to QuickLogic, Mr. Marimon served as CFO within a variety of organizations including Anchor Bay Technologies, Inc., Tymphany Corporation, and Scientific Technologies Incorporated. From 1999 to 2003, he served at Com21 Corporation, where he was promoted from Corporate Controller to VP of Finance and CFO. Prior to Com21, Mr. Marimon was at KLA-Tencor Corporation for 11 years in a variety of senior executive financial management positions.

EDENS announced the appointment of Mark Garside as Chief Financial Officer. Garside was the company’s Managing Director and head of Capital Markets for the past ten years.

Gold Resource Corporation (NYSE MKT: GORO) announced the resignation of Joe Rodriguez, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. The Company has appointed John Labate to serve as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Labate has previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Golden Star Resources Ltd., Constellation Copper Corporation and Crown Resources Corporation.

MyTelemedicine.com announced the appointment of Dean Lewis as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Lewis co-founded Iomai Corporation where he served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director.

DubLi, Inc. (OTC: DUBL) announced that Thomas Virgin has been named Chief Financial Officer. Thomas was previously Chief Financial Officer of Hipcricket, Inc, a position he held from 2007-2014. Prior to joining Hipcricket, from 2005-2007, Mr. Virgin was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Talyst, Inc. Earlier in his career he was Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of WizKids, LLC, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of T&W Financial Corporation and Senior Vice President of Seafirst Bank (now part of Bank of America.)

The 4A’s announce its newest executive, Todd Hittle, who will take on the dual role of CFO/COO. Hittle replaces the outgoing CFO/COO Laura Bartlett, who has retired after seven stellar years in the dual role. Most recently, Hittle served as general manager and CFO of ABM, an association that represents the business media and information industry, where he worked for five years. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles while at the Nielsen Company for some 14 years.

eVestment has named Nicole Wu Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining eVestment, Wu served as CFO-Software Solutions for GE Transportation. In total she spent 15 years at GE, rising from audit manager with GE corporate to CFO at GE Healthcare IT before taking on her leadership role at GE Transportation.

Health Republic Insurance of New York has hired Daniel Phillips to be the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Health Republic’s leadership team, Daniel served on its Board as the Chair of the Finance Committee. Most recently, he was CFO at OrthoNet Holdings Inc. Previous roles included service as CFO at Health Plus and HealthFirst. He also held financial management positions at Magellan Health Services, Kaiser Permanente, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Maxwell Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: MXWL) announced that David Lyle has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. Before joining Maxwell, Lyle was Chief Financial Officer of Entropic Communications, which was acquired in April 2015 by MaxLinear. Lyle joined Entropic in 2007, through its acquisition of RF Magic, where he had also served as CFO. Earlier in his career, Lyle held senior corporate finance positions with Broadcom through its acquisition of Zyray Wireless, where he was CFO, and Mobilian Corporation, where he was CFO until the company was acquired by Intel Corporation, and with Intel, where he held various finance roles in the microprocessor, networking and Intel Capital divisions. Previously, he was employed in the commercial banking industry.

AP Exhaust Technologies, LLC announced Keith Marchiando as its new chief financial officer (CFO). Most recently he was CFO of Perceptron, Inc. He previously held CFO roles at Carbon Motors and Dura Automotive. He brings additional automotive experience from various finance roles he held at both Ford Motor Company and the Dow Chemical Company.

Prudential Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: PBIP) and the Company’s subsidiary, Prudential Savings Bank, announced that Joseph R. Corrato will become President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and the Bank effective July 1, 2015 and October 1, 2015, respectively. Mr. Corrato has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since 2004 and the Bank since 1997. Corrato, joined the Bank in 1978 and served in a number of capacities at the Bank, including Treasurer and Controller, before being appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1997.

Arista Networks, Inc. announced the appointment of Ita Brennan as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Brennan most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of a stealth start up firm in the energy sector from February 2014 to May 2015. Prior to that, Ms. Brennan had an eight year career at Infinera Corporation, most recently as CFO from July 2010 to February 2014 and Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller from July 2006 to July 2010. From 1997 to 2006, Ms. Brennan held various roles at Maxtor Corporation, including Vice President of Finance for the Company’s Worldwide Operations. Brennan replaces Andreas Bechtolsheim who has resigned from from the positions of interim Chief Financial Officer and Principal Financial Officer of the Company, a position he has held since April 9, 2015.

3D Systems Corporation (NYSE: DDD) announced that Ted Hull, its Chief Financial Officer has left the company in order to meet company needs and to pursue his personal interests. David Styka, the company’s current Chief Accounting Officer, has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Styka has been employed with 3D Systems since January 2015 after serving as Vice President – Finance and Treasurer at Family Dollar since April 2014. Previously he served as Vice President – Finance at Family Dollar from March 2011 to April 2014, and Divisional Vice President – Tax and Inventory from July 2008 to March 2011. Additionally, he has worked in public accounting at Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche and served in finance leadership roles at Wellman, Inc.

Atmosera announced the appointment of Doug Adler as Chief Financial Officer. Doug takes over for Jack Flug, who is pursuing other interests after nine years with the company. Doug spent 14 years as a Managing Director of Investment Banking at TD Securities in New York where he co-founded and co-lead their mergers and acquisitions practice in the telecom, media and technology sectors. Most recently, Doug spent six years as the Managing Partner of Tusten Advisors.

Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: AEGR) announced that Mark Fitzpatrick, Aegerion’s chief financial officer (CFO), has resigned. David Aubuchon, Aegerion’s chief accounting officer, will serve as acting CFO in the interim. David Aubuchon has served as chief accounting officer of Aegerion since March of 2015. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Aubuchon was corporate controller at Ocata Therapeutics since October 2013 and was corporate controller at Inspiration Biopharmaceuticals from July 2012 until December 2012. From 1998 through 2010, Mr. Aubuchon held a series of positions with increasing responsibility at Sepracor (now known as Sunovion Pharmaceuticals), most recently as vice president, corporate controller and chief accounting officer.

VIA Motors announced that Brent D. Jensen has been named Chief Financial Officer of VIA Motors International Inc. Prior to joining VIA Motors, Mr. Jensen was CFO of SoloPower Systems, Inc. and has previously held CFO positions for SolarWorld Industries of America, Advent Solar, Jazz Semiconductor, and AMI Semiconductor.

Verde Science, Inc. (PINK: VRCI) announced the appointment of David Alexander as its new CFO. He was CFO of Arakis Energy Corporation, as well as CFO of Nortran Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which subsequently became Cardiome Pharma Corp.

Remote-Learner promoted Ron Olsen to the role of Chief Executive Officer. Prior to his role as CEO, Mr. Olsen was the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of European Operations for the company’s UK-based subsidiary, Remote-Learner UK, Ltd. until its acquisition in April. Mr. Olsen joined the company as consulting CFO in 2011 and assumed a full-time role in 2013. Prior to Remote-Learner, Mr. Olsen was the founder of Insight Professional Services, LLC and held senior management positions with Progressive Home, LLC and Inasoft, Inc. Earlier in his career, Mr. Olsen served as CFO for Miramar Venture Partners, Senior Associate for Enterprise Partners, and Audit Manager for Deloitte & Touche.

Rand Logistics, Inc. (NASDAQ: RLOG) announced Mark Hiltwein as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hiltwein spent seven years at Cenveo, Inc., most recently as its President, Envelope Group and prior to that five years as CFO. Among his earlier positions, Mr. Hiltwein spent five years at Moore Corporation Limited, including four years as its Executive Vice President and CFO. Mr. Hiltwein replaces Joseph McHugh who announced in November 2014 his intention to retire after more than nine years as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

HR Solutions hired Kevin Ryder as chief financial officer. Ryder was most recently CFO at Gulfstream Services, Inc.

Profire Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: PFIE) announced that Andrew Limpert, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary and a director of the Company, will resign from all roles effective June 15, 2015. Mr. Limpert joined Profire Energy in 2007.

WeddingWire, Inc. announced that Mike Beach will be joining the company as Chief Financial Officer. Beach previously held the position of COO and CFO at Digital Signal Corporation. Prior to Digital Signal Corporation, Beach was the CFO of Blackboard for nine years. Additionally, he is an advisor at City Light Capital.
