Ping Identity announced the addition of Michael J. Sullivan as chief financial officer (CFO). Sullivan recently served as executive vice president and CFO of IHS, Inc. Prior to IHS, Sullivan served as the director of financial planning and analysis for Coors Brewing Company. Sullivan spent ten years as senior manager of the M&A transaction support and audit practice for Price Waterhouse, LLP.Alison Dean

iRobot Corp. (NASDAQ: IRBT) announced the appointment of Alison Dean as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to joining iRobot, she held several senior positions at 3Com Corporation, most recently as corporate controller. Dean succeeds John Leahy, who is stepping down after four years to join a late-stage private company.

Natus Medical Incorporated (NASDAQ: BABY) announced it has named Jonathan Kennedy, former Chief Financial Officer of Intersil Corporation, to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kennedy has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intersil Corporation since April 2009. Prior to that, he was Intersil’s Corporate Controller since 2005 and Director of Finance since 2004. Before joining Intersil, Mr. Kennedy held management roles in Finance and IT with Alcon, Inc. and Harris Corporation. Mr. Kennedy is expected to join Natus on April 8, 2013. At that time he will assume the CFO role currently held by Steven J. Murphy, who will remain with the Company as Vice President Finance, a position he has held since 2003.

Intersil Corporation (NASDAQ: ISIL) announced that Jonathan Kennedy, Intersil’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the company to pursue another opportunity outside of the semiconductor industry. Mercedes Johnson will join the management team as interim CFO. Ms. Johnson, an Intersil director since August 2005, was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Avago Technologies from November 2005 until her retirement in August 2008. Prior to that, she worked for Lam Research Corporation, serving as its senior vice president of finance from June 2004 to January 2005 and its chief financial officer from April 1997 to May 2004. She has served as a member of the board of directors of Micron Technology, Inc. since June 2005 and has served as a member of the board of directors of Juniper Networks since May 2011. Ms. Johnson also served on the board of directors for Storage Technology Corporation from January 2004 to August 2005 when the company was sold to Sun Microsystems, Inc.

Venari Resources LLC announced the appointment of Bruce W. Busmire as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Busmire recently joined Venari from Anadarko Petroleum Corporation where he initially started in 2006 as their Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. In 2008, he was appointed Vice President of Finance, Treasurer. Mr. Busmire also served as Vice President of Investor Relations for Ocean Energy. In the first 20 years of his career, he held various positions of increased responsibility in accounting and senior management at Amoco Corporation.

Vail Resorts (NYSE: MTN) announced the appointment of Michael Barkin to the role of executive vice president and chief financial officer of the Company. Mr. Barkin joined the Company on July 30, 2012 as vice president of strategy and development. Prior to joining Vail Resorts, Mr. Barkin was a principal at KRG Capital Partners, where he was a member of the investment team since 2006. Prior to KRG, he worked at Bain Capital Partners and Bain & Company.

Amedica Corporation announced that Karl Farnsworth has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Treasurer with Energy Solutions, Inc. Prior to joining Amedica, Mr. Farnsworth served as CFO for Alcan Products Corporation, part of Alcan Inc., which was acquired by Rio Tinto Corporation in 2007. Additionally, Mr. Farnsworth was appointed and served as a Director on the following corporate boards: Alcan Cable (Canada), Inc.; Stabiloy De (Mexico); EPA Holdings Ltd. Prior to his role at Sears Canada, Tom held several leadership positions at Liz Claiborne, Inc., was COO of Bath & Body Works, and spent the first 16 years of his career at PepsiCo.

Ulta Beauty (NASDAQ: ULTA) announced the appointment of Scott Settersten as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary. Mr. Settersten has been Acting Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary since October 2012. He previously served as Vice President of Accounting since 2010. Cablevision Systems Corporation (NYSE: CVC) announced the appointment of Gregg Seibert to vice chairman. In addition to this new leadership position, he will continue to serve as the company’s chief financial officer. Before joining Cablevision in 2009, Mr. Seibert spent two decades at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Seibert’s last position prior to joining Cablevision was senior vice president and vice chairman of Merrill Lynch, which he joined in 1989 as a managing director and head of the Global Media Group.

Hancock Fabrics, Inc. (OTC: HKFI) announced that James B. Brown has joined Hancock Fabrics as Executive Vice President and CFO. Prior to joining Hancock, James was employed by Fred’s, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President, Finance from November 2011 to March 2013, being promoted from his earlier positions of Vice President, Planning and Analysis which he held from June 2008 to November 2011 and Assistant Controller, which he held from February 2006 to May 2008.

Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD) announced that Chief Financial Officer Ron Fior will be departing the Company. Mr. Fior will remain with the Company through July 31, 2013, to help ensure a smooth transition. Scott Baumgartner, the Company’s Vice President of Finance, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer.

ROBLOX announced that Michael Poon has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Michael comes to ROBLOX after holding the position of CFO at Crystal Dynamics.

CRGT Inc. announced the appointment of Chuck Cosgrove as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Cosgrove was previously the CFO of Comtech Mobile Datacom Corporation, and has held senior positions with several government-focused services companies, including KBR, Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) and Planning Research Corporation.

Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX) announced that Robert A. Hagemann , Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, plans to leave the company at the end of May 2013.

MicroTech has hired Lynn Wasylina as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before signing on with MicroTech as CFO, Wasylina worked as the Corporate Controller for PAE, a private government contractor. Prior to that, as the Director of Finance, Accounting, Policy & Governance at BAE Systems. Flotek Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FTK) announced the appointment of H. Richard Walton as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Walton, named as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer in February, has spent his entire career in public accounting spanning over three decades, including 20 years as an audit partner in the Houston office of KPMG.

Merchant Cash and Capital, LLC announced the hiring of Jeffrey Beckwith to serve as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. First Choice Emergency Room announced Tim Fielding as the new Chief Financial Officer. Fielding previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Pacific Interpreters Incorporated. Fielding’s prior experience also includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Solis Women’s Health as well as at Snelling Staffing Services. Additionally, he was the Chief Accounting Officer at Wyndham International for over 10 years.

Angie’s List, Inc. (NASDAQ: ANGI) announced today that Robert R. Millard will step down as Chief Financial Officer at the end of this quarter and will remain an employee through June 28, 2013. Charles Hundt, the Company’s Controller, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer during the transition period and will work with Mr. Millard to ensure a smooth transition. The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. (NYSE: PNC) announced that Robert Q. Reilly will succeed Richard J. Johnson as chief financial officer. Reilly has led PNC’s Asset Management Group (AMG), which includes its Wealth Management, Capitol Advisors and Hawthorn asset management units, since 2005. He will assume his new position upon the retirement of Johnson, who has announced his plan to leave PNC in the third quarter. Reilly joined PNC Bank in 1987 and has held numerous management positions in investment and commercial banking, including serving as executive vice president for PNC’s Corporate Banking business. Prior to assuming his current role, Reilly was deputy head of PNC Advisors. Reilly serves on the board of directors for RAF Industries, the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and the Delaware Valley Community Reinvestment Fund Investment Committee.

The Detroit Symphony Orchestra announced the recruitment of Linda Lutz as Chief Financial Officer. Lutz was previously the Finance Director at the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit. From 1989-1991, Lutz served as Senior Financial Analyst at Compuware before becoming Controller (and later Chief Financial Officer) of Galco Industrial Electronics. Lutz was named Manager of Business Practices at the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit in 1999 and was promoted to Associate Director of Finance and then Finance Director, a position she’s held since 2004.

New York Life announced that John Fleurant has been elected executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective July 1, 2013. Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Michael Sproule will retire as scheduled on June 30, 2013, at which time Mr. Fleurant will begin serving as the company’s chief financial officer. Mr. Fleurant currently serves as Deputy CFO, a position he has occupied since October 2012 when the role was added to his other positions as senior vice president for finance and controller. Immediately prior to joining the company, Mr. Fleurant served as controller at Prudential Financial. After joining Prudential in 1995, he held positions of increasing responsibility, including chief financial officer for domestic businesses. James Woodall

FIS™ (NYSE: FIS) announced that Woody Woodall has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Woodall has served as senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller for FIS since July 2008. Prior to joining FIS, Woodall served as executive director and controller of AT&T’s southeast region. Energy Automation Systems, Inc. (EASI) announced that Mary-Beth Army has been named chief financial officer. Army was most recently in a senior finance position with Healthtech Holdings. She has also served as CFO for Hobby Lobby International.

Relay Foods announced that Jill Douthit has joined the company as its new chief financial officer. Prior to joining Relay Foods, Douthit served as vice president of finance at a software-as-a-service provider. Before that, Douthit excelled in a variety of leadership roles at a procurement and supply chain management enterprise serving the hospitality industry. Douthit’s earlier career experience includes a planning and forecasting role with a major North American retail company and associate and analyst positions with a private equity fund.

Acronis announced that Craig Dynes has joined the Executive Team as chief financial officer (CFO). Prior to joining Acronis in March 2013, Mr. Dynes served as CFO and senior vice president of Pegasystems. He joined Pegasystems in 2006. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Dynes served as CFO of Demandware. Prior to that, he served as President and CEO of Narad Networks from 2003 to 2004. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Dynes served as CFO of SilverStream Software, Inc., an application development software company. He has held senior financial positions at Sybase Inc. and Powersoft Corp.

New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., Inc. announced that it has appointed Paul I. Detwiler, III as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Detwiler will continue his role as President, Secretary and a director of the Company. In connection with his appointment, Paul I. USHEALTH Group announced the promotion of Cynthia B. Koenig to serve as the insurance holding company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Koenig joined the company in March 1999 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before coming to USHEALTH Group, Ms. Koenig served in various senior accounting management capacities with multi-line property and casualty insurance companies including TIG Holdings, Inc. and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. The Davey Tree Expert Company has announced the promotion of Joseph Paul to CFO and secretary. Xerox (NYSE: XRX) announced the appointment of Kathryn Mikells as chief financial officer and an executive vice president of the corporation. Mikells is currently CFO of The ADT Corporation, a position she assumed in April 2012 following financial leadership roles at Nalco and UAL Corporation. She joins Xerox on May 2. Prior to joining ADT, Mikells was chief financial officer of Nalco. She joined Nalco in 2010 from UAL Corporation, the parent company of United Airlines, where she served as executive vice president and chief financial officer. During her 16 years with UAL, Mikells held a variety of senior leadership roles, including head of investor relations, vice president of financial planning and analysis, and treasurer. Before joining UAL, Mikells spent six years in the financial services industry at GE Capital, Household International and CIBC. Mikells serves on the board of directors for The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc.

The ADT Corporation (NYSE: ADT) announced that Kathryn Mikells, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is leaving the company, effective May 2, 2013, to assume the role of chief financial officer at Xerox.Klaus Bernhart

Key Energy Services, Inc. (NYSE: KEG) announced that John Marshall Dodson has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dodson joined the Company in 2005 as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and served in that capacity until his appointment as Vice President and Treasurer in 2009. Glowpoint Inc. (NYSE: GLOW) announced the appointment of David Clark as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Clark succeeds Tolga Sakman , who resigned as CFO. Mr. Clark most recently served as Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and acting CFO for Allos Therapeutics. Prior to his appointment at Allos, Mr. Clark was the CFO for an e-commerce managed services company. He began his career serving technology companies in the audit practice of Price Waterhouse LLP.

Mashable announced that Michael Kriak has become the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Kriak worked for Haymarket Media for the past ten years. He served as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. Before that, he was head of finance at RxCentric,. Kriak began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in the technology audit practice in Boston and Pittsburgh.

ThermoGenesis Corp. (NASDAQ: KOOL) said that Dan T. Bessey has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Bessey was most recently Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of SureWest Communications. Bessey joined SureWest in 1995 and held several senior finance management positions including Director, Corporate Finance; Controller; and Vice President, Finance, before being named Chief Financial Officer in 2008.

Flash Global Logistics has appointed Gregory Castello as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Flash, Castello was Vice President, Finance at ITG Investment Research, Inc. Greg previously worked for a variety of companies including Vaultus Mobile Technologies and Zephyr Communications.

Qualis Health announced that Margaret Griffiths has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Griffiths previously was in strategic leadership positions at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and PhenoPath Laboratories.

Recorded Future has hired former AisleBuyer chief financial officer Scott Almeida as its new CFO. AisleBuyer, was acquired in April 2012 by Intuit. Almeida had served as finance and business development lead for Intuit’s QuickBase online database software following the acquisition.

David RozenCorvias Group announced that Senior Vice President of Finance, David Rozen, has been promoted to SVP and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Rozen joined Corvais Group in 2004.

OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: OCZ) announced the appointment of Rafael Torres as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Torres replaces Arthur Knapp who is leaving the Company to begin his retirement. Prior to joining OCZ, Torres served as CFO and Vice President of Finance for Capella Photonics. Before joining Capella, Torres was the CFO and Vice President of Finance for Power Integrations. Ashland Inc. (NYSE: ASH) announced that Lamar M. Chambers, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will retire in July. The board of directors has elected J. Kevin Willis to succeed Chambers as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective May 3, 2013. Willis joined Ashland in 1987 as an associate auditor. Among the positions he previously held were treasurer and general auditor at Ashland.

HookLogic announced the appointment of Kimberly Bambach as Chief Financial Officer. Bambach was previously with Ice.com. Earlier in her career she handled strategic planning at Comedy Central, before a 10 year stint at United Media, a wholly owned subsidiary of E.W. Scripps. Bambach set her sights on the startup world as a CFO for Vindigo, Inc. a mobile application company, XpresSpa a Spa/Retail start-up, and Jingle Networks. James McDonough

Randolph Savings Bank announced that James McDonough has been elected President and CEO. He succeeds Jack Doyle who is retiring. McDonough most recently served as Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Century Bank. Prior to that he served as President and CEO of Abington Savings Bank for 12 years.
