Del Monte Foods [WALNUT CREEK, Calif.] announced that Paul Miller has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Miller joined Del Monte Foods in March 2014 as SVP Controller, and in March 2015 was appointed SVP Finance and Chief Accounting Officer.

Cobalt International Energy, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE: CIE) announced that it has named David D. Powell as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. Mr. Powell replaces Shannon E. Young, III. Mr. Powell previously served as Chief Financial Officer for BHP Billiton – Petroleum.

The Gorman-Rupp Company [MANSFIELD, Ohio] (NYSE MKT: GRC) announced that Wayne L. Knabel, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Company of his decision to retire from the Company. James Kerr will join the Company as Vice President of Finance, and the Company plans to appoint Mr. Kerr as Chief Financial Officer, following Mr. Knabel’s retirement. Mr. Kerr most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. Mr. Kerr was with Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. for the last 17 years where he previously held the position of Vice President and Controller until 2006. Mr. Kerr also served from August 2014 to March 2015 as interim Chief Executive Officer in addition to his Chief Financial Officer position.

Western Digital Corp. [IRVINE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: WDC) announced the appointment of Mark Long to oversee the company’s finance organization as executive vice president, finance, in addition to his role as chief strategy officer. Long will succeed Olivier Leonetti as chief financial officer who is retiring. Long has served as the chief strategy officer at Western Digital and HGST over the past three years.

KeHE Distributors, LLC [NAPERVILLE, Ill.] announced the appointment of Timothy J. Wiggins as chief financial officer. Prior to joining KeHE, Tim Wiggins served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at DeVry Education Group.

PrescribeWellness [IRVINE, Calif.] announced that they have hired Chief Financial Officer, Rob Gerger. Gerger most recently was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at TC3 Health/Emdeon.

Pacific Commerce Bancorp [LOS ANGELES] announced that Long T. Huynh has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both the Company and the Bank. He replaces Richard Koh, who has served as Chief Financial Officer since October 2006. Mr. Huynh most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of California Business Bank in Irvine, California.

GSE Systems, Inc. [SYKESVILLE, Md] (NYSE MKT: GVP) announced the appointment of Emmett A. Pepe as Chief Financial Officer. He will succeed Jeff Hough. Mr. Pepe joins GSE from MicroStrategy, Inc. where he served as the Senior Vice President Finance and Worldwide Controller. Prior to MicroStrategy, Inc., Mr. Pepe held the position of Vice President Accounting and Corporate Controller at BroadSoft, Inc. Prior to BroadSoft, Inc., he held senior finance management positions with various companies including Software AG, webMethods, Inc., British Telecom Inc., Concert Communications Company and MCI Communications Corporation.

Eagle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J.] (NASDAQ: EGRX) announced that Douglas L. Braunstein, co-founder of Hudson Executive Capital LP and former Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Robert Glenning, President Financial Services Division and Chief Financial Officer, Hackensack Meridian Health have joined Eagle’s Board of Directors.

Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. [HAYWARD, Calif.] (NASDAQ: UCTT) announced that Casey Eichler, President and Chief Financial Officer, will step down to pursue other opportunities. Sheri Brumm, Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Brumm joined UCT in April 2009 as the Senior Director of Finance and has served in progressively more senior financial roles, most recently as UCT’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining UCT, Ms. Brumm was the Corporate Controller, Vice President of Finance and Director of Internal Audit at Credence Systems Corporation. Ms. Brumm also served in various auditing, accounting and finance roles at Protiviti and KLA-Tencor Corporation and as a Manager of Business Process Risk Accounting at Arthur Anderson LLP.


PayCommerce [EDISON, NJ] announced it has appointed Keshav “Kesh” Talwar as Chief Payments Officer and CFO. Mr. Talwar has led payment strategies, product and business development and finance at firms including Ingenco Group, Global Collect, First Data Corp., MasterCard and Citibank.

Protagonist Therapeutics, Inc. [MILPITAS, Calif.] announced the election of William D. Waddill, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Calithera Biosciences, to the Protagonist Board of Directors. Mr. Waddill began his career in corporate finance, banking and public accounting 30 years ago. Prior to joining Calithera, he was SVP and CFO at OncoMed Pharmaceuticals. Prior to that, he was SVP and CFO at Ilypsa. Before joining Ilypsa, Mr. Waddill served as the founder and principal at Square One Finance.

Questar Corporation [Salt Lake City, Utah] announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Kevin W. Hadlock, is taking a leave of absence for personal reasons. The Company has appointed David M. Curtis, Questar Vice President and Corporate Controller, to serve as the Company’s Acting Chief Financial Officer (principal financial officer) while Mr. Hadlock remains on leave. Mr. Curtis has served as the Company’s Vice President and Corporate Controller since 2011. Mr. Curtis has also served as Vice President and Controller of Questar Gas Company and Questar Pipeline Company since 2003 and of Wexpro Company since 2010.

First Choice Healthcare Solutions, Inc. [MELBOURNE, FL] (OTCQB: FCHS) announced the appointment of Timothy K. Skeldon as Chief Financial Officer. Skeldon will succeed Donald Bittar. For nearly two decades, Skeldon was Chief Financial Officer of Parrish Medical Center. Prior to joining Parrish in 1999, Skeldon served as Vice President and CFO of Central Florida Regional Hospital. Other previous executive posts have included Controller of Lucerne Medical Center, Controller and Director of Financial Planning of Parrish and Director of Corporate Accounting for Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida. He began his career working as a Senior Audit Accountant for Ernst & Young.

Inspira Financial Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (TSX-V: LND) announced that Marc Hecksel, Inspira’s current Chief Executive Officer, will take on the role of interim Chief Financial Officer.

Noble Iron Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (TSX-V: NIR) announced that Suzy Taherian will be stepping down from the position of CFO and will be leaving the company due to personal reasons. On an interim basis, Nabil Kassam, Chairman & CEO, will assume the company’s CFO duties, supported by Noble Iron’s finance team.

SeaChange International, Inc. [ACTON, Mass.] (NASDAQ: SEAC) announced the appointment of Peter Faubert as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer. Anthony Dias, who served as SeaChange’s CFO, SVP and Treasurer since September 2013, resigned. Mr. Faubert most recently served as CFO for This Technology, Inc. Mr. Faubert had previously served as CFO for mobile game publisher JNJ Mobile. Earlier he was CFO and Treasurer with Turbine, Inc. He has also held senior finance roles for Vision Government Solutions and Ariba.

Recro Pharma, Inc. [MALVERN, Pa.] (NASDAQ: REPH) announced the appointment of Michael Celano as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Celano previously served as CFO at Kensey Nash, and BioRexis. Mr. Celano is also on the board of Orasure Technologies. Mr. Celano has also served as CFO of Makindus, and at Drugscan. Prior to entering the biopharmaceutical industry, Mr. Celano was a Partner at Arthur Andersen/KPMG, where he worked from 1980 until 2004, and led its life sciences practices.

Golden Edge Entertainment Inc. [Miami, Florida] announced Mirsad Jakubovic is the new Chief Financial Officer. Currently, Mr. Jakubovic also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Medifocus for the past 8 years. Previously, Mr, Jakubovic had served as Director of Finance of Havana House Cigar and Tobacco Merchants.
