Hyatt Hotels Corporation [CHICAGO] (NYSE: H) announced the selection of Patrick J. Grismer as chief financial officer. Grismer joins Hyatt from his post as chief financial officer at YUM! Brands, where he previously held a number of roles including chief planning and control officer and chief financial officer for YUM! Restaurants International. Prior to YUM!, he worked at The Walt Disney Company where he served in roles that included vice president, business planning and development for The Disneyland Resort and chief financial officer for the Disney Vacation Club. Grismer began his career with Price Waterhouse.

Yelp Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (NYSE: YELP) announced that chief financial officer Rob Krolik will be stepping down and departing the company in the coming months. Krolik, who joined the company in 2011, will continue as chief financial officer until the earlier of the date a replacement is hired and December 15, 2016.

W. P. Carey Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE:WPC) announced that Mark J. DeCesaris, current Director of the Company and its former Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer.

Watts Water Technologies, Inc. [NORTH ANDOVER] (NYSE: WTS) announced the election of Joseph W. Reitmeier as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Reitmeier was also appointed by the Board to serve as a member of each of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors. Mr. Reitmeier has served as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Lennox International Inc. since July 2012. Mr. Reitmeier had served as Vice President of Finance for the LII Commercial business segment of Lennox International from 2007 to July 2012 and as Director of Internal Audit from 2005 to 2007. Before joining Lennox International, Mr. Reitmeier held financial leadership roles at Cummins Inc. and PolyOne Corporation.

PubNub [SAN FRANCISCO] announced Marc Friend has joined the management team as CFO. Marc joins PubNub from Intalio, where he was Chief Operating Officer and CFO. Marc has served in general partner roles at U.S. Venture Partners and Summit Partners and as Venture Partner at Partech International. Marc has also been a key investor in NetDynamics, Check Point Software, Blue Martini Software and salesforce.com.

BERG [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Jason Haddock as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He joins BERG from Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he was Head of Finance for Worldwide Commercialization and Worldwide Medical.

Monarch Casino & Resort, Inc. [RENO, NV] (NASDAQ: MCRI) announced that Ron Rowan, its Chief Financial Officer, has given the Company notice of his intention to resign. Mr. Rowan has agreed to continue in his role at least through March 18, 2016.

RippleNami, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] announced that it has appointed Kendra Berger chief financial officer. Prior to joining RippleNami, Berger was chief financial officer and corporate secretary at NTN Buzztime, Inc. Prior, she was executive director of finance and controller for Nventa Biopharmaceuticals Corp.

Avista Pharma Solutions [DURHAM, N.C.] announced that it has appointed Eric Setzer as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to joining Avista Pharma, he served as the Executive Director of Finance at INC Research, in Raleigh, NC. Previously, Mr. Setzer served as CFO of Expression Analysis, which was sold to Quintiles in 2012. Mr. Setzer was also CFO of three separate venture capital-funded companies in the health care technology sector, and he was the controller of TriPath Imaging.

Juniper Resources, LLC [DALLAS] announced that it has hired Steve Escaler as its Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Escaler joins Juniper after a 17-year career as an oil and gas investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and UBS. Most recently, he was an Executive Director at UBS.

Brixmor Property Group Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: BRX) announced that Chief Financial Officer Michael Pappagallo, has resigned.

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital [MEMPHIS, Tenn.] appointed Pat Keel as the institution’s chief financial officer. Keel was most recently with University Health System in Shreveport, Louisiana, where she served as chief financial officer and senior vice president. In addition, she held leadership roles with Good Shepherd Health System in Longview, Texas and CHRISTUS Schumpert Health System in Shreveport.

KidKraft [DALLAS] announced Lawrence Writer has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Writer most recently served as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer for Hillerich & Bradsby Co., parent company of the famous Louisville Slugger baseball brand. Prior to Hillerich & Bradsby, he held roles with AlixPartners LLC, The Carlyle Group and Goldman Sachs & Co.

Norse Corp. [FOSTER CITY, Calif.] named Howard A. Bain III the company’s new CEO and interim CFO, effective immediately. Mr. Bain has served on Norse’s Board of Directors since 2013. He served as Symantec Corp’s Chief Financial Officer in the 90’s, and also held that role at Portal Software, Vicinity Corp., and Informix. He was most recently Chairman of the Board and interim CEO at data storage products manufacturer Violin Memory. Since 2004, he has been an independent director and Audit Committee Chair with several public and private companies. He also currently holds a Board seat with Resilient Network Systems, Inc., CallTower Inc., Nok Labs, Inc., Learning Tree International, and Flexera Software LLC.

New Jersey Institute of Technology announced the appointment of Edward J. Bishof, Sr. as NJIT’s senior vice president for finance and chief financial officer (CFO). For the past 27 years, he has been a key member of the senior vice president for finance and administration/treasurer’s cabinet.

Tandy Leather Factory, Inc. [Fort Worth, Texas] promoted its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Shannon L. Greene, to the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Greene will also remain the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.

Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. [Santa Monica, CA] announced that Perry Wallack has provided notice of his intent to retire from his position as Chief Financial Officer following 16 years with the Company and five years as its public company Chief Financial Officer.

ProAssurance Corporation [BIRMINGHAM, Ala. and CHANTILLY, Va.] (NYSE: PRA) announced that Chief Financial Officer Edward L. Rand, Jr. will assume additional duties as the President of Medmarc.

SolarCity Corporation [San Mateo, California] appointed Tanguy Serra (SolarCity’s President) as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Serra will also serve as SolarCity’s Principal Financial and Accounting Officer. As previously announced, following the completion of SolarCity’s 2015 financial reporting, Brad Buss resigned as SolarCity’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Serra, joined SolarCity in May 2013 as Executive Vice President of Operations and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in February 2014 and President in November 2015. Prior to joining SolarCity, Mr. Serra served as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the board of directors of Vivint Solar, Inc., from April 2011 until April 2013. Prior to his time at Vivint, from April 2004 until September 2011, Mr. Serra served as Vice President of TPG Capital, L.P. Prior to that Mr. Serra held financial analyst positions with Morgan Stanley Capital Partners and Merrill Lynch.

Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. [New York, NY] (NASDAQ: STAF) announced that David Faiman has been named Staffing 360 Solutions’ new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Staffing 360 Solutions, from 2013 to 2015, Mr. Faiman was Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis as well as Chief Accounting Officer of Novitex Enterprise Solutions, Inc. Prior to Novitex, Mr. Faiman served in various senior executive roles, including acting Chief Financial Officer, during his almost 10-year tenure between 2004 to 2013 at Cengage Learning, Inc.

Waterstone Financial, Inc. [WAUWATOSA, Wis.] (NASDAQ: WSBF) announced that Allan Hosack, its Chief Financial Officer, has given the Company notice of his intention to resign. The Company and the Bank have appointed Mark Gerke as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gerke has served as Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company since 2014 and as Controller of the Bank since 2005.

Glen Burnie Bancorp [Glen Burnie, Maryland] approved the reappointment of John M. Wright as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, The Bank of Glen Burnie and his promotion from Senior Vice President of the Bank to Executive Vice President of the Company and the Bank. As a result, Mr. Wright’s resignation which was to be effective February 26, 2016 has been rescinded. Mr. Wright served as Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of The Patapsco Bank since April 2012, prior to which he was a private consultant since September 2011. From April 2008 until September 2011, Mr. Wright was Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer of CGI North America, and from February 1990 through March 2008, Mr. Wright served in increasingly senior positions in the banking industry.

W. R. Grace & Co. [COLUMBIA, Md.] (NYSE: GRA) announced that Thomas E. Blaser has been named Senior Vice President, Finance, and is expected to be elected Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective immediately following the filing in late February of the company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K. At that time, Hudson La Force is expected to resign as Chief Financial Officer. La Force was named President and Chief Operating Officer on Feb. 4, 2016. Blaser was most recently President of Arysta LifeScience North America, LLC where he also served for 10 years as Chief Financial Officer. Previously he held business development and financial leadership roles with Honeywell and Price Waterhouse.

Ghostery [NEW YORK, NY] announced it has appointed Jim Weber as chief financial officer. Prior to Ghostery, he was CFO of iLevel Solutions. Weber also served as CFO at FalconStor

Qualys, Inc. [Redwood City, Calif.] (NASDAQ: QLYS) announced Todd Headley as the newest member of its Board of Directors. Headley served as chief financial officer of Sourcefire from 2003 until the company’s acquisition by Cisco in 2013. Formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Sourcefire, Todd Headley now serves as an advisor and board member to three privately held security companies, in addition to his role with Qualys. Prior to Sourcefire, Headley held key financial management positions in four venture-backed technology start-ups: Riverbed Technologies, Roadshow, BioNetrix and POMS.
