Dollar General Corporation (NYSE: DG) [GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn.] announced the promotion of John W. Garratt to executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO). Garratt has served as Dollar General’s interim CFO since June 2015 and previously served as its senior vice president of finance and strategy since joining the Company in October 2014. Prior to joining Dollar General in 2014, Garratt held various positions of increasing responsibility in the finance organization of Yum! Brands between May 2004 and October 2014, and held leadership positions in corporate strategy and financial planning. Most recently, he was vice president, finance and division controller for KFC. Prior to Yum! Brands, Garratt served as Plant Controller for Alcoa from April 2002 to May 2004. He also spent three years with General Electric in various financial management roles with increasing responsibility. He started his career at Alcoa where he worked for approximately nine years from May 1990 to March 1999.

J.Crew Group, Inc. [NEW YORK] announced that it has named Michael J. Nicholson President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 11, 2016 Mr. Nicholson was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ANN INC. from December 2012 until August 2015. Previously, from 2007 to 2012, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ANN INC. Prior to that, Mr. Nicholson spent seven years at Limited Brands, Inc. holding various executive positions including Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Victoria’s Secret Beauty Company. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nicholson held senior positions at Colgate Palmolive and Altria Group, Inc.

Performance Sports Group Ltd. (NYSE: PSG) [EXETER, NH] announced that it has appointed Mark Vendetti as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 14, 2015. Vendetti will assume CFO responsibilities from Amir Rosenthal, who was named President, PSG Brands in May 2015. Vendetti is currently the CFO of Francesca’s Holdings Corporation. Prior to this, Vendetti held the position of Vice President, Finance for Abercrombie & Fitch from 2009-2013 and served as Senior Vice President for XM Satellite Radio Inc. from 2005-2008. Vendetti began his career with General Electric and held numerous positions of increasing responsibility with The Proctor & Gamble Corporation from 1989-2001, before joining the Sears Credit Division and Citigroup Inc.

Ingenious Med [ATLANTA] has named David Lamm as its new chief financial officer. Before joining Ingenious Med, Lamm was chief financial officer and treasurer of United Allergy Services. He also has held several leadership positions at a number of healthcare enterprises including Kaiser Permanente and McKesson Corporation.

Douglas Emmett, Inc. (NYSE: DEI) [SANTA MONICA, Calif] announced that Mona Gisler, its Chief Accounting Officer, will become its Chief Financial Officer effective January 1, 2016, replacing Theodore Guth who will retire as CFO December 31, 2015. Ms. Gisler joined Douglas Emmett in 2014 after 19 years at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she was a partner in the real estate group.

MVB Financial Corp. (OTCQB: MVBF) [FAIRMONT, W.Va.] announced the appointment of Donald T. Robinson to the position of Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Robinson succeeds Bret S. Price to the position of CFO. Prior to joining the company, Robinson served as: a community market president and state commercial lending leader for Huntington Bancshares, Inc. and Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting officer for Linn Energy, Inc.

Herio Capital [NEW YORK] announced Sonny Cheng as its new Chief Financial Officer. Previously he was a key executive in Goldman Sach’s Prime Brokerage and Fund Administration groups. Cheng began his career at Ernst & Young.

KaloBios Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: KBIO), [SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.] announced that Chris Thorn has been appointed interim Chief Financial Officer. Chris Thorn is also Controller of Turing Pharmaceuticals and his previous experience includes being Controller of Kamdon Corp and Audit Manager with KPMG LLP.

FusionOps [MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.] announced Travis Adlman as Chief Financial Officer. He joins FusionOps from AnchorFree, where he was CFO. Previously, he led the finance and operational organizations for Kosmix before its successful acquisition by Walmart. Prior to Kosmix, he was the senior executive overseeing finance, operations and legal for Buzzwire and Wallop.

Global Net Lease, Inc. (NYSE: GNL) [NEW YORK] announced that it appointed Timothy Salvemini to serve as chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary. Most recently, from 2014 to 2015, Mr. Salvemini served as chief administrative officer of Rouse Properties, Inc. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Salvemini was Vice President – Finance and Accounting of Brookfield Asset Management, Inc. 2010, Mr. Salvemini served in various roles at Crystal River Capital Inc.

MissionHUB [SAN FRANCISCO, CA] has appointed Theresa A. Matacia as its Chief Financial Officer. Matacia worked at companies including ADP, Scient, and Declara.

Sequa Corporation [PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla.] announced the appointment of Keith Howe as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He succeeds Donna Costello, Sequa’s former Chief Financial Officer, who resigned. Howe has served as the top financial leader for several portfolio companies of the Carlyle Group, including Qualicaps, and Vought Aircraft. Prior to that, he worked for more than 25 years at FMC Corporation and its successor company, United Defense Limited Partnership, in various roles that included General Manager of the Armament Systems division, CFO of the FNSS joint venture in Turkey, Controller of Armament Systems, and Business Manager of the Bradley Fighting Vehicle program.

Social Solutions Global [BALTIMORE] announced Tricia Benedix as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Tricia succeeds Steve Egan, who retired 8 years after joining Social Solutions. Tricia was previously CFO of Relias Learning and Mitratech. She also held financial leadership roles at Sunquest Information Systems, Inc., and Misys Healthcare Systems.

Aoxing Pharmaceutical Company, Inc. (NYSE MKT: AXN) [JERSEY CITY, N.J] announced that Wilfred Chow has resigned from his position as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Guoan Zhang, Aoxing Pharma’s Senior Vice President for Finance, will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer.

C2 Education [ATLANTA] announced that Martin A. Moore has joined the company as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Newgistics [AUSTIN, Texas] announced that it has named Ben Wade as Executive Vice President and CFO, effective January 1, 2016. He will be replacing Michael Twomey, who served as CFO and will be retiring at the end of the year. Wade joined Newgistics in 2013 as Vice President and Controller. Before joining Newgistics, Wade founded and served as CFO of ProspX. Earlier in his career, he was finance director at Trilogy, and was an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Evans Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE MKT: EVBN) [Hamburg, NY] announced that it has named John B. Connerton Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Connerton joined Evans in 2002 and was most recently Senior Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and Controller.

Warren Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: WRES) [Denver, Colorado] announced Frank T. Smith, Jr. has been appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective November 25, 2015. Brian Gelman, who served as Interim Chief Financial Officer since November 6, 2015, has stepped down from this role and will continue as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. Mr. Smith has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dune Energy, Inc. since 2007 and as Secretary since January 2012. Prior to his appointment at Dune Energy, Inc., he served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Sonoran Energy, Inc. From 2004 through 2006, Mr. Smith served as Senior Vice President—Finance and Corporate Secretary of Remington Oil and Gas Corp. From June 1997 through 2003, Mr. Smith served as Executive Vice President and Manager of energy lending at the Bank of Texas. From 1990 through 1997, Mr. Smith served as Director in the energy and utilities division of the First National Bank of Boston. Prior to 1990, Mr. Smith held positions of increasing responsibility in the energy banking departments of other major, publicly-traded United States financial institutions.

Donaldson Company, Inc. (NYSE: DCI) [MINNEAPOLIS] announced, effective Dec. 8, 2015. Scott J. Robinson will be joining Donaldson as vice president and chief financial officer. Robinson joins Donaldson from Imation Corporation, where he was most recently the chief financial officer. During his 11 years with Imation, he also served as the investor relations officer, corporate controller and chief accounting officer. Prior to Imation, Robinson held positions at Deluxe Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Innophos Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: IPHS) [CRANBURY, N.J.] announced that Mark Feuerbach, the Company’s current Vice President, Investor Relations, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, has been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Feuerbach succeeds Robert Harrer, who is resigning as Chief Financial Officer.

Pernix Group, Inc. (OTCQB: PRXG) [LOMBARD, IL] announced Marco A. Martinez as its newly-appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he spent 18 years at MYR Group Inc., eight of which he served as CFO.

Artel Video Systems [Westford, MA] announced the appointment of David Traverse as vice president of finance and chief financial officer. Prior to joining Artel, Traverse served as vice president of finance at Scratch Wireless Inc. Previously, at AccuRev Inc. Prior to that, he facilitated multiple successful acquisitions at SoundBite Communications.

MonoSol Rx [WARREN, N.J.] announced that the Company has appointed Joanne M. Leonard as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Leonard was previously COO of Epigenesis Pharmaceuticals where she also served as CFO and Treasurer for nine years. Prior to joining Epigenesis, Ms. Leonard was CFO and Treasurer of Memory Pharmaceuticals and of V.I. Technologies. Early in her career, she was employed eight years with KPMG.
