Red Hat, Inc. [RALEIGH, N.C.] (NYSE: RHT) announced that Frank Calderoni has notified Red Hat of his decision to step down as Executive Vice President, Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Red Hat. Upon Mr. Calderoni’s resignation in January, Red Hat intends to appoint Eric Shander, Vice President, Finance and Accounting and our principal accounting officer, to act as the CFO of Red Hat, pending a decision on a permanent replacement.

Juniper Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [BOSTON] (NASDAQ: JNP) announced the appointment of Jeffrey Young as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. Mr. Young will succeed George O. Elston, the Company’s outgoing Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. Mr. Young most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of OvaScience. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Transmedics. Before that, Mr. Young served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Lantheus Medical Imaging. He joined Lantheus from Critical Therapeutics, where he was Chief Accounting Officer. Early in his career, he worked in various finance roles at PerkinElmer, Inc., and PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP.

AeroVironment, Inc. [MONROVIA, Calif.] (NASDAQ: AVAV) announced the appointment of Teresa Covington as chief financial officer. Covington will succeed Raymond Cook, who is resigning as senior vice president and chief financial officer due to medical reasons. Teresa joined AeroVironment in 2011. She served as the company’s interim chief financial officer from February 5, 2015 to July 7, 2015. Prior to joining AeroVironment, Covington served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Line 6.

Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [NEW HAVEN, Conn.] (NASDAQ: ALXN) announced that David J. Anderson, the former Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Honeywell for 11 years, has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Anderson succeeds Vikas Sinha, who has left Alexion. Most recently, Mr. Anderson was the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Honeywell International from 2003-2014. Prior to joining Honeywell, Mr. Anderson was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ITT Industries. Prior to joining ITT Industries, Mr. Anderson worked at Newport News Shipbuilding, where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he also held senior financial positions with RJR Nabisco and The Quaker Oats Company.

United Community Bancorp [LAWRENCEBURG, Ind.] (NASDAQ: UCBA) announced that Vicki March, the Company’s and the Bank’s Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, is resigning. The Company also announced that the Boards of Directors of the Company and the Bank have appointed David Z. Rosen to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer following Ms. March’s departure. Mr. Rosen currently serves as the Bank’s Chief Risk Officer, a role in which he will continue to serve when he becomes Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rosen has been United Community Bank’s Chief Risk Officer since 2014. Prior to that time, he was Chief Financial Officer of The Merchant’s Bank and Trust Company since 2010. From 2005 until 2010, Mr. Rosen served as an Audit Supervisor of financial institutions for two public accounting firms.

Graham Holdings Company [ARLINGTON, Va.] (NYSE: GHC) has announced that senior vice president-finance and chief financial officer, Hal S. Jones will retire from the Company. Wallace R. Cooney has been named to succeed Jones. Wallace R. Cooney has served as the chief accounting officer since 2008. Cooney led the accounting and tax functions at The Washington Post Company. Cooney joined The Washington Post Company in 2001 as controller. From 1997 to 2001, he was director of consolidation accounting and financial reporting at Gannett Co., Inc. He began his career with Price Waterhouse in 1985, serving three years in The Hague, The Netherlands, from 1991 to 1994 and as a senior manager from 1994 to 1997.

CalAmp [IRVINE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: CAMP) announced that its Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, Rick Vitelle, plans to retire from the company after sixteen years of service. Mr. Vitelle will remain as CFO until his successor is found, to ensure an orderly and seamless transition. Mr. Vitelle has served as the Chief Financial Officer of CalAmp since 2001. Prior to joining CalAmp, Mr. Vitelle served as Vice President of Finance and Administration and CFO of SMTEK International Inc. (formerly known as DDL Electronics Inc.). Earlier in his career, Mr. Vitelle served as a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Neurocrine Biosciences, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: NBIX) announced today that Timothy P. Coughlin will be stepping down from his position as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Coughlin has agreed to continue with the Company through 2017 to facilitate a smooth transition of responsibilities.

MassRoots, Inc. [DENVER] (OTC: MSRT) announced Robert “Bob” Pullar as Chief Financial Officer. Since November 2006, Mr. Pullar has served as Managing Director of Axis Private Equity Group, LLC.

National Instruments [AUSTIN, Texas] (NASDAQ: NATI) announced the appointment of John Roiko as interim chief financial officer (CFO). Roiko will report to Alex Davern, NI’s current chief operating officer and CFO, who will soon become chief executive officer of the company. Prior to joining NI, Roiko worked as a product line controller for the defense division at Honeywell before moving to Emerson Process Management as the North America accounting manager. He then pursued start-up opportunities as the CFO for Columbia Scientific and director of accounting for Arrowsmith Technologies. Roiko joined NI in 1998 and served as NI’s worldwide corporate controller prior to being appointed vice president of finance in 2008.

Fuze [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced it has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Brian Day as Chief Financial Officer. Day was most recently at Apperian where he served first as CFO and then President and CEO of the firm. Prior to Apperian, Day held senior leadership roles at Goal.com, Gomez, Inc., and Octave Communications, Inc., among others. He began his career with Fleet Financial Group as a Vice President in the bank’s structured finance group.

TriLumina [ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.] announced the appointment of John B. Kennedy as its Chief Financial Officer. John previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Sprocket Media, Inc. in Pasadena, California as well as SolarBridge Technologies, Inc. Prior to SolarBridge, Kennedy was VP of Finance and Administration for Primarion, Inc. He has also served as Director of Finance at ValueClick, Inc., as well as senior finance and executive positions at Hotpaper.com, Inc., CBR Systems, Inc. and GameTek, Inc.

TechTarget, Inc. [NEWTON, Mass.] (NASDAQ: TTGT) announced the appointment of Daniel Noreck as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for the Company. Noreck was previously the CFO and Treasurer of Providence and Worcester Railroad Company, Inc.

InterGen [BURLINGTON, Mass.] announced that Gregory A. Pratt has succeeded Marc T. Stewart as chief financial officer. Stewart has announced that he will leave the company in early January. Pratt has been with InterGen for 21 years leading the company’s strategy and corporate development activities globally since 2008. Previously, he was managing director of InterGen Australia and vice president of corporate development. Prior to joining InterGen, he was a part of J. Makowski Company’s corporate finance department. In addition, Pratt was a member of PaineWebber’s investment banking division in New York.

QBE North America [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Kris L. Hill as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Hill will also serve as a member of the QBE North America Executive Management Board. Ms. Hill succeeds Richard Dziadzio, who served as Chief Financial Officer from July 2013 to July 2016. Ms. Hill most recently served as Executive Vice President, Field Operations, at Liberty Mutual, Surety, after having served for nearly four years as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Liberty Mutual, Surety, and three years as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Liberty Mutual Safeco Insurance. She previously held several positions of increasing responsibility in accounting, finance and operations at Safeco Corporation, Northstar Communications, and Aetna Life & Casualty.

Stratasys Ltd. [MINNEAPOLIS & REHOVOT, Israel] (NASDAQ: SSYS) announced the appointment of Lilach Payorski, currently Stratasys’ Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, to Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Erez Simha in this role. Following 5 years of service, Mr. Simha, CFO & COO of Stratasys, has recently informed the Company of his desire to step down as of year-end. Mr. Simha will remain with the Company to provide operational and financial support to Management as required. Payorski joined Stratasys in December 2012. Payorksi has served in various finance leadership roles over the past 10 years, in positions at PMC Sierra, CheckPoint Software Technologies and Wind River Systems. Earlier in her career, she served as a CPA with Ernst & Young LLP both in Israel and later in Palo Alto, CA.

Farmer Bros. Co. [FORT WORTH, Texas] (NASDAQ: FARM) announced the resignation of Isaac Johnston, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer.

Spin Games LLC [RENO, NV] announced that it has appointed Kunal Mishra President and Chief Financial Officer, succeeding founder Kent Young who as Chief Executive Officer will continue to focus on the company’s strategic objectives. Most recently Kunal served as Managing Partner of Hayabusa Portfolio LLC. His previous industry roles include serving as General Manager for JCM’s Global Asia Pacific division. Prior to JCM, Kunal served as Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for Cadillac Jack.

Amedisys, Inc. [BATON ROUGE, La.] (NASDAQ: AMED) announced that Gary D. Willis will join the Company as Chief Financial Officer, and Ronald A. LaBorde will continue in his role as Vice Chairman until his retirement on April 2, 2017. Most recently, Willis served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Capella Healthcare Inc. Prior to Capella Healthcare, Willis served as Chief Financial Officer for Martin Ventures. Willis has also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Vanguard Health Systems, Inc.; and Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for LifePoint, Health, Inc.

First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. [ITASCA, Ill.] (NASDAQ NGS: FMBI) announced the appointment of Patrick S. Barrett as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both the Company and First Midwest Bank. At that time, Mr. Barrett will assume the duties held by Paul F. Clemens, who currently serves as the Company’s and First Midwest Bank’s Chief Financial Officer. Earlier this year, the Company announced Mr. Clemens’ intention to retire in 2017 when he will turn age 65. Mr. Barrett joins First Midwest from Fulton Financial Corporation, where he served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2014. Mr. Barrett held multiple roles with SunTrust Bank in the three years prior to joining Fulton Financial, ending his career at SunTrust as Chief Financial Officer of its Wholesale Bank from 2011 to 2013. Prior to joining SunTrust, Mr. Barrett served in a variety of senior financial roles with JPMorgan Chase & Co., including Managing Director of investor relations. Previously, Mr. Barrett was an audit partner with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
