Facebook, Inc. (NASDAQ: FB) announced that David Ebersman has informed the company of his intention to step down as chief financial officer after serving in the position for almost five years. On June 1, 2014, he will be succeeded as CFO by David Wehner, currently Facebook’s Vice President, Corporate Finance and Business Planning. Ebersman will remain with the company through September to ensure a seamless transition of his responsibilities. Wehner joined Facebook in November 2012 from Zynga, where he served as CFO. Earlier, he spent nine years at Allen & Company where he was a managing director.

The Coca-Cola Company elected Kathy N. Waller as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. As announced in February, Waller is replacing Gary Fayard who is retiring after 20 years with the Company. Waller, a highly respected global leader of the Finance Division, most recently served as Vice President, Finance and Controller. She joined the Company in 1987 as a Senior Accountant in the Accounting Research Department and assumed roles of increasing responsibility including Principal Accountant for the Northeast Europe/Africa Group, Marketing Controller for the McDonald’s Group, Vice President, Chief of Internal Audit and Vice President, Controller. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company, Waller worked for the firm now known as Deloitte.

The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America announced it has appointed Marc Costantini Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He succeeds Robert Broatch who is retiring from the company after serving as CFO for the past 12 years. Mr. Costantini most recently served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy at Manulife Financial Corporation and was a member of Manulife’s Management Committee. Mr. Costantini was previously CFO of John Hancock and President of John Hancock Annuities.

Blackstone (NYSE: BX) and its Real Estate portfolio company, Invitation Homes, announced that it has named John A. Schissel as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Schissel joins Invitation Homes from BRE Properties where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2009 until its recently completed merger with Essex Property Trust. Prior to joining BRE, Mr. Schissel served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and board member for Carr Properties. Prior to Carr Properties, Mr. Schissel worked for nearly 13 years at Wachovia Securities (and predecessor institutions) and during that time served as a Director in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group and also a Senior Vice President in the firm’s REIT Corporate Banking Group.

City of Boston announced that David Sweeney will serve as Boston’s next Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Collector-Treasurer. He will replace Meredith Weenick, who has served in the position of CFO for the City of Boston since 2011. Since 2011, Sweeney has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Executive Director of the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission. Beginning in 2005, Sweeney worked for the House Committee on Ways and Means, serving as a Budget Analyst. Within two years, he was elevated to Budget Director.

Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Richard A. Schweinhart has stated his intention to retire at the end of 2014. Mr. Schweinhart will continue in his current position through the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition. Mr. Schweinhart joined the Company in 2002 in his current role. Mr. Schweinhart’s highly successful 43-year career in healthcare finance included serving as CFO or in senior accounting and financial roles for Kindred Healthcare, Inc., Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation, Galen Health Care, Inc. and Humana Inc.

The Gorman-Rupp Company (NYSE: GRC) announced that Kenneth R. Reynolds was elected to the Board of Directors. Mr. Reynolds is Chief Financial Officer of Ariel Corporation. Previously, Mr. Reynolds, a Certified Public Accountant, was a partner with an Ohio-based public accounting firm.

Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLUB) announced the appointment of Carolyn Spatafora as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective May 12, 2014. Ms. Spatafora succeeds Daniel Gallagher, who had been serving as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2014. Ms. Spatafora joins the Company from Sbarro, LLC, where she served as Chief Financial Officer since December 2009. Ms. Spatafora began her career at KPMG Peat Marwick and later served in various senior finance roles at Bayside Federal Savings Bank and Adecco, S.A. before moving to Sbarro, LLC (formerly Sbarro, Inc.) in March 2005, where she served in various roles, including Controller, prior to her appointment to Chief Financial Officer.

Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd. (NYSE: FSL) announced that it has selected Dan Durn as senior vice president and chief financial officer, replacing current CFO, Alan Campbell, who announced his decision to retire in January of this year. Durn will assume CFO responsibilities for the company in June 2014. Campbell completes a 34-year career at Freescale and will remain at the company during the transition. Durn most recently served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of finance and administration at GLOBALFOUNDRIES. Prior to joining GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Durn was head of M&A and strategy at Advanced Technology Investment Company (ATIC).

Itron, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITRI) announced that Steven M. Helmbrecht, the company’s executive vice president (EVP) and chief financial officer (CFO), will be departing effective December 31, 2014. In the interim, Mr. Helmbrecht will continue as EVP and CFO of the company. Helmbrecht joined Itron in 2002 as vice president and general manager of international operations. He served as senior vice president and chief financial officer since 2005 and as executive vice president and chief financial officer since March 2013.

FORUM Pharmaceuticals Inc. (previously known as EnVivo Pharmaceuticals, Inc.), announced the appointment of Todd Shegog as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to FORUM, Mr. Shegog served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., now Millennium: The Takeda Oncology Company. He began his career in healthcare at Genetics Institute (now Pfizer) in a variety of financial positions supporting its research and development organizations, and was a member of the Commercial Operations team that supported the launch of BeneFIX®.

Zoetis Inc. (NYSE: ZTS) announced that Glenn David, senior vice president of Finance Operations, has been named acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO). David will succeed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Richard (Rick) Passov, who will be leaving the company at the end of April. Most recently, David has served as senior vice president of Finance Operations for Zoetis. Before the Zoetis IPO, David enjoyed a career in Finance at its former parent company, Pfizer. He served in various financial roles at Pfizer, including vice president of Global Finance for Pfizer Animal Health and vice president of Finance for the U.S. Primary Care franchise. Prior to joining Pfizer in 1999, David gained valuable financial experience at Bankers Trust, Paine Webber and Credit Suisse.

G&K Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: GK) announced it has selected Tracy C. Jokinen as the company’s next Chief Financial Officer, effective June 29, 2014. Jokinen will succeed Jeffrey L. Wright, who announced his planned retirement last October. Jokinen joins G&K from the Valspar Corporation, where she worked for 22 years in positions of increasing responsibility within the company’s finance organization. Most recently, she served as Valspar’s Vice President, Corporate Finance. Her previous positions at Valspar included Vice President, Finance & Strategy, and Vice President, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer. G&K’s current Chief Financial Officer, Jeffrey L. Wright, will continue in his position through June 28, 2014, after which he will remain with the company through a short transition period.

Prosper Marketplace announced it has named former eBay Australia CFO Macy Lee as Chief Financial Officer. Before her position as CFO at eBay Australia, Macy spent nearly 12 years in various finance and business roles at PayPal and eBay, including Finance Director of the Global Core Payments, Risk Management and Emerging Markets divisions of the company. Prior to her time at eBay and PayPal, Macy held various financial management positions at Oracle, Target, and Sichuan Provincial Economic & Trade Commission in China.

Opera Solutions announced that Sridhar Ramasubbu has joined the company as chief financial officer. Sridhar joins after a 24-year stint at Wipro Ltd, where he was most recently CFO International and head of International Operations.

Orthofix International N.V. (NASDAQ: OFIX) announced that it has appointed David E. Ziegler as Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Ziegler succeeds Emily Buxton who has voluntarily resigned from the Company. Mr. Ziegler has served as a full-time independent advisor to the Audit Committee of the Board in connection with the independent review of certain accounting matters. Mr. Ziegler has held a wide range of CFO and consulting roles including serving as interim Chief Financial Officer of, and transition consultant to, Exopack Holding Corp., and a financial consultant to PetroLogistics LLC, Critical Information Network, LLC, and Lighting Science Group Corporation. He also served as CFO and interim President of The UniMark Group, Inc. Mr. Ziegler spent the first 20 years of his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen, the last eight as an audit partner in its Detroit and Dallas offices. Mr. Ziegler currently serves as a director of the Grant Halliburton Foundation, a non-profit organization located in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Ziegler has been a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Texas since 1981. Orthofix also announced that it has appointed James F. Hinrichs to its Board of Directors. Effective as of the Company’s 2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 19, 2014, Mr. Hinrichs will become the Chair of the Board’s Audit and Finance Committee and a member of its Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Hinrichs has served as the Chief Financial Officer of CareFusion Corporation since 2010, where he also has responsibility for corporate development and investor relations activities. He previously served as CareFusion’s Senior Vice President, Global Customer Support, and as its Senior Vice President, Controller. Prior to joining CareFusion when it was spun off from Cardinal Health, Inc., he worked for five years at Cardinal Health in various positions including Executive Vice President and Corporate Controller of Cardinal Health and as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of its Healthcare Supply Chain Services segment. He joined Cardinal Health following more than a decade of finance and marketing roles at Merck & Co.

Isarna Therapeutics GmbH announced that Elizabeth Czerepak has joined Isarna’s management team as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Business Officer to lead the company’s new office location in New York City. Elizabeth Adkins Czerepak brings to Isarna twenty-one years of pharmaceutical and biotechnology leadership experience and nine years as a venture capital investor at JP Morgan and Bear Stearns. Ms. Czerepak has served in executive-level finance, licensing and corporate development positions, most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer at Cancer Genetics, Inc. Prior to Cancer Genetics, Elizabeth worked at BASF Pharma (Knoll), Hoffmann-La Roche and Merck & Co.

Leading Edge Aviation Services, Inc. announced that Eric Hersom has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Leading Edge, Eric worked for a number of publicly traded international manufacturing companies in capacities ranging from Financial Analyst to Corporate Controller. Most recently, Eric was Chief Financial Officer for Semicoa Corporation.

GenNx360 Capital Partners announced the appointment of Glen Bushery as Chief Financial Officer. For the past decade, Glen served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Falconhead Capital, LLC. Prior to Falconhead, Glen served as Controller for Vestar Capital Partners. He was also assistant controller at the Blackstone Group.

SecureAlert, Inc. (OTC: SCRA) announced that John Merrill will join the company as its new Chief Financial Officer, replacing Chad Olsen who has announced his resignation in order to pursue other interests. In addition to his position at SecureAlert, Mr. Merrill also serves as Chief Financial Officer for TenXNetworks and IPVidTech.com. From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Merrill worked as an advisor in the healthcare technology industry. Prior to 2010, Mr. Merrill was the Chief Financial Officer of Park City Group, Inc. and Prescient Applied Intelligence, Inc.

Hortonworksannounced the appointment of Scott Davidson to the position of chief financial officer. Most recently, he served as the CFO of Quest Software. Previously, he held strategic financial roles within Citrix Systems and Precision Response Corporation including FP&A, Treasury, Investor Relations and Corporate Development. Before his software-focused career, he was a National Bank Examiner with the United States Department of Treasury – Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

SEACOR Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CKH) announced that Richard J. Ryan, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, has communicated his intention to retire from the Company, effective as of August 1, 2014, after a highly successful seventeen year career with the Company. The Company named Matthew R. Cenac as Mr. Ryan’s successor as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cenac began his career at the Company in 2003 as Corporate Controller. In 2005, he became the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer.

RenuEn Corporation (OTC: RENU) announced the appointment of Anthony Pascucci as their Chief Financial Officer.

Orgenesis, Inc. (OTC: ORGS) has appointed Joseph Tenne as chief financial officer. He previously served as CFO of Ormat Technologies, and as CFO of Ormat Industries. Prior to Ormat, he was CFO of Treofan Germany, a subsidiary of the Dor Chemical Group and Bain Capital Group. Earlier in his career, Tenne served as an assurance manager and partner in PwC Israel, a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited. Tenne also currently serves as director and the chairman of the audit and compensation committees for Enzymotec and a member of the audit and compensation committees of AudioCodes.

Xten Industries announced that Gerald (Jerry) Krausert has been hired as Xten’s first Chief Financial Officer. Krausert has spent the previous 25 years of his career exclusively within the plastic molding industry. Following a 4-year stint at Arthur Anderson, he joined Dickten & Masch LLC in the accounting department. Seventeen years later, having spent the last eight as the firm’s chief operating and chief financial officer, he joined Hoffer Plastics as vice president of operations. He next experienced the blow molding business, serving as CFO for Scandia Plastics until accepting the job of president for E-S Plastics.

Monster Arts, Inc. (OTC: APPZ) announced the naming of Tisha A. Lawton to replace Brandon M. Graham as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Ms. Lawton will replace Mr. Irving as the company’s Corporate Secretary. Most recently, Ms. Lawton has served as Chief Operations Manager for CSI Homes & Development, LLC (CSI). In addition to her work for CSI, Ms. Lawton has served as President of TLC Management Services (TLC). Upon her engagement as an officer for Monster Arts, Ms. Lawton will continue in her above-described operational and/or management positions with TLC. From March 2009 to August 2011, Ms. Lawton served as Office Manager for Northwood Homes, LLC.

Fallbrook Technologies Inc. announced the appointment of Robin E. Grey as Chief Financial Officer. She replaces John K. Penver, who resigned for personal reasons effective February 15, 2014. Grey most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for The Community Foundation of Boulder County in Boulder, Colo. From 1999 to 2013, she held a series of financial positions with increasing responsibility at Level 3 Communications, Inc. At Level 3, Grey began as Assistant Treasurer and subsequently became Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Senior Vice President and Treasurer then Senior Vice President, Strategic Asset Investment Group. At the start of her career, Grey worked as a financial analyst at Tele-Communications Inc., where she ultimately served as Manager, Corporate Finance. She then served as Assistant Treasurer of Sprint PCS, from 1996 to 1999, when she joined Level 3.

Beam Inc. (NYSE: BEAM) announced that, in view of the impact on their roles due to the impending acquisition of the Company by Suntory Holdings Limited, Robert F. Probst, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has made a personal decision to resign from the Company to consider other professional opportunities, effective as of May 31, 2014.

InVisage Technologies, Inc. announced the appointment of Ephraim Kwok as CFO. Between 2005 and 2012, he was the CFO of Alpha and Omega Semiconductor.
