(NYSE: STZ) announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Bob Ryder is leaving the company after the completion of the company’s first quarter 10-Q filing. David Klein has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Klein joined Constellation in 2004 and most recently served as CFO for the company’s Beer Division. Carlson, the company’s Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller, has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Carlson replaces David K. Jones, who has resigned from his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to accept a similar position with another company. Mr. Carlson joined Penske Automotive in 2006 as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (NYSE: MIC) announced that Liam Stewart has been seconded by the Company’s manager, Macquarie Infrastructure Management (USA), to serve as chief financial officer of MIC effective June 30, 2015. Stewart succeeds Todd Weintraub who was employed by Macquarie and seconded to MIC in May of 2005. Weintraub was appointed chief financial officer of the Company in November of 2008. Current Ryland Chief Financial Officer Gordon Milne will retire in connection with the transaction, after assisting with the integration of the two companies.
