UK | CFO Moves - week ending 4 July 2014

fastjet plc announced that Angus Saunders is stepping down as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Board for personal reasons. Nick Caine, currently Chief Financial Officer of Fiji Airways, has been selected as his successor as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the Company, and will take over the role on 11 August 2014. Angus and Nick will work together during the next two months to ensure a smooth and orderly succession. Nicholas Peregrine Clayton Caine joined Fiji Airways in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. Nick’s aviation career has spanned both traditional airlines, including British Airways and South African Airways, and low cost airlines Jetstar Pacific, as CFO based in Vietnam, and easyjet, as Head of Financial Planning from 2002 to 2006.

Asian Total Return Investment Company plc announced the appointment of Mike Holt as a non-executive Director of the Company. Mr Holt is currently Group Finance Director of Low & Bonar PLC. He is also a trustee (and treasurer) of Target Ovarian Cancer. Prior to joining Low & Bonar in 2010, he was Group Finance Director of Vp plc for six years and had previously held a number of senior financial positions with Rolls-Royce group plc in the UK, the USA and Hong Kong.

Marshalls plc announced that Ian Burrell has indicated his intention to retire as Group Finance Director and as an Executive Director of the Company in the autumn, following the announcement in August of the Company’s half-yearly results to 30 June 2014. Ian Burrell joined Marshalls as Group Finance Director in 2001. Ian has agreed to remain with the Group up to June 2015 to assure a smooth and orderly transition. Marshalls also announces that Jack Clarke, presently Director of Change Management, AMEC plc, has agreed to join Marshalls plc as Group Finance Director.

MoPowered Group PLC (AIM: MPOW) announced that Ben Carswell, Finance Director, is stepping down from the Board and leaving the Company.
