Noble Corporation plc (NYSE: NE) announced that Steven A. Manz has been appointed to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Paragon Offshore Ltd., the standard specification offshore drilling company to be created upon separation from Noble. From 1995 to 2005, Manz served in a variety of management roles at Noble Corporation, including Managing Director, Noble Technology Services Division, Vice President of Strategic Planning, and Director of Accounting and Investor Relations. Most recently Manz served at Prospector Offshore Drilling S.A., Seahawk Drilling, Inc. and Hercules Offshore, Inc., where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of each company.

Renovo Group plc announced that from 1 May 2014 the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer, David Blain, will assume the role on a full time basis.
