Ms. Cetintas is well known to most FCI members as she has been a senior executive of Yapi Kredi Faktoring in Turkey, and the earlier Koç Faktoring. Moreover, Ms. Cetintas was elected to the FCI Executive Committee and has served the past two years as Vice Chairman of that Committee. Of equal significance has been her role on the Education Committee during the last 7 years, thereby being very familiar with the task she is now taking on. Ms. Cetintas will work from her office in Istanbul.

Ms. Cetintas’ background and familiarity with all the aspects of the FCI two-factor system has made her the ideal candidate and FCI is confident that she will serve FCI very well during the years to come. Ms. Cetintas will start her formal employment with FCI on 1 May 2008.
