CFO Moves – week ending September 4, 2015
Source Exploration Corp. (TSX-V: SOP) (Thunder Bay, ON) announced the appointment of Vivian Gu as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Gu will succeed Lance Dyll who recently accepted a senior accounting position with another employer.
Kicking Horse Energy Inc. (Calgary, AB) [TSX-V: KCK] announced the appointment of Aaron Grandberg as Vice President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Grandberg most recently was Chief Financial Officer of StonePoint Energy Inc. Prior thereto, Mr. Grandberg was Chief Financial Officer of Santonia Energy Inc., and its predecessors Fairborne Energy Ltd. and Fairborne Energy Trust and was the Corporate Controller at NAL Resources Limited prior to joining Fairborne Energy.
GINSMS Inc. (TSX-V: GOK) [Calgary, AB] announced the appointment of Chee Ming Shum as new interim Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation in replacement of Jonathan Lai who is resigning as both interim CFO and director of the Corporation with immediate effect.
Kirkland Lake Gold Inc. (TSE: KGI) [Toronto, ON] announced that John Thomson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will be leaving the company.
Diversified Royalty Corp. (TSE: DIV) [Vancouver, BC] announced the appointment of Greg Gutmanis as its Chief Financial Officer, VP Acquisitions and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Gutmanis previously served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation from March 2014 to January 2015. Mr. Gutmanis rejoins DIV from Maxam Opportunities Fund II LP. Prior to joining Maxam, Mr. Gutmanis worked at Capital West Partners for over 3 years. Previously he worked with KPMG Corporate Finance as a Manager focusing on private company divestitures and valuations.
