Ritchie Bros. (TSX: RBA) announced that Sharon Driscoll will be joining the Company as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 6, 2015. Most recently, Sharon was Executive Vice President and CFO of Katz Group Canada Ltd. (more commonly known as Rexall). Prior to Rexall, Ms. Driscoll was Senior Vice President and CFO of Sears Canada Inc. Prior to being appointed CFO, Ms. Driscoll was SVP Finance at Sears Canada. Ms. Driscoll has also held numerous roles over a 20 year career with Loblaw Companies Limited including: SVP Corporate Development, SVP Finance – National Merchandising, SVP Finance – Ontario Division, and, VP Finance – Loblaws Supermarkets Limited.

Extendicare Inc. (TSX: EXE) announced that Elaine E. Everson, currently the Company’s Vice-President and Controller, will succeed Dylan T. Mann as Chief Financial Officer effective at the end of June 2015. Elaine Everson has been with Extendicare in various financial roles since 1985, and has served as the Company’s Vice-President and Controller since 1994. Prior to joining Extendicare, Ms. Everson worked as a Chartered Accountant in public practice with Thorne Riddell, a predecessor firm to KPMG LLP.

PyroGenesis Canada Inc. (TSX-V: PYR) announced the appointment of Paul A. Simmons as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Simmons was most recently CFO for a Montreal-based research and development company. The company also announced the appointment of Angelos Vlasopoulos as member of the Board of Directors. Prior to joining the PyroGenesis Board, Angelos was a Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management and held the position of Chief Financial Officer of MediSolution Ltd. Angelos also worked in the Audit & Advisory Services practice at Deloitte & Touche LLP, and is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer at Aeson Leeds Inc.

Bedrocan Cannabis Corp. (TSX-V: BED) announced the appointment of Amy Stephenson as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2015. Prior to joining Bedrocan, she spent 10 years in the CFO position for various public companies, including Ceres Global Ag Corp., Goldeye Explorations Ltd., Petroworth Resources Inc., and Augen Capital Corp. She has also worked as a business valuator at Evans & Evans. As CFO, she succeeds Michael Singer.

Crosswinds Holdings Inc. announced that it has appointed Susan McCormick as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Ms. McCormick’s appointment is being made following the receipt of Paul Van Damme‘s resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the Company to pursue other opportunities. Ms. McCormick brings to the Company more than 30 years of finance experience including positions held at CIBC, Credit Suisse, Yahoo! Canada and Clean Power Income Fund. Susan has held a number of Director of Finance and Controller roles for a variety of public companies.

Family Memorials Inc. announced that Gary Armstrong has retired as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. Scott C. Kellaway has been appointed as Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation for the interim.

PFB Corporation announced that Stephen Hardy has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of PFB Corporation due to family reasons, effective June 17, 2015. Steve joined PFB in August, 2000.

Nordex Explosives Ltd. (TSX-V: NXX) announced the appointment of Sean Conroy to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Thomas Gannon, the former Chief Financial Officer, has submitted his resignation. Mr. Conroy has held the position of Vice President of Finance since February, 2015 and previously held the position of Controller.

Tanager Energy Inc. (TSX-V: TAN) announced that Donna J. Hyshka, assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Ms. Hyshka has over 27 years of multifaceted experience with both major and minor companies in the Oil and Gas industry in Operations and Production/Revenue Accounting. Ms. Hyshka replaces Scott Hamilton as CFO.

Mongolia Growth Group Ltd. (TSX-V: YAK) announced that Genevieve Walkden will assume the duties of Interim CFO in addition to her role as Corporate Secretary. Talha Siddiqui has served as Interim CFO since February 2014 and will be leaving Mongolia following two years with MGG in order to spend more time with his family.

Red Eagle Mining Corporation (TSX-V: RD) announced the appointment of Chui Wong as Chief Financial Officer effective June 15, 2015. Mr. Wong was most recently General Manager, Finance at Luna Gold Corporation. Previously, Mr. Wong held various progressively senior management positions at Methanex Corporation and was Vice President, SEC External and Financial Reporting at Bear Stearns. Mr. Wong replaces James Howson.
