[TORONTO] (NYSE: CLS, TSX: CLS) announced that Darren Myers, Chief Financial Officer, has made the decision to leave Celestica effective the end of July to pursue an opportunity in another industry. Mandeep Chawla, Senior Vice President, Finance, will immediately assume the role on an interim basis.

Perpetual Energy Inc. [CALGARY] (TSX: PMT) announced that Mark Schweitzer has been appointed to the position of Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Since then, he has served as the CFO of Atico Mining Corporation. Mr. Tsang will be replacing Donna McLean who has served as Metalla’s CFO since July 2012.

UEX Corporation [VANCOUVER] (TSX: UEX) announced that Ed Boney is no longer the Chief Financial Officer (CFO”) of the Company. Roger Lemaitre, the Company’s CEO, will act as Interim CFO.

Victory Nickel Inc. [TORONTO] (CSE: NI) announced the appointment of Margaret Lai to the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Lai replaces René Galipeau, Victory Nickel’s CEO who took on the position of Interim CFO on December 12, 2016. Between 2010 and 2013, Ms. Lai held the position of Controller of Victory Nickel and of Nuinsco Resources Limited. Immediately prior to returning to Victory Nickel, Ms. Lai was the Controller of Denison Mines Corp. and also had responsibility for the financial reporting of Uranium Participation Corporation, a public company managed by Denison. Previously Ms. Lai held positions as Corporate Controller for an international mining engineering consultancy DRA Americas Inc. and as Senior Auditor with KPMG LLP’s Energy, Mining and Industrial Markets Sector.
