CFO Moves Canada – week ending January 16, 2015

Hodgins Auctioneers Inc. (TSX-V: HA) announced the resignation of Barrie Jung as President, Corporate Secretary, and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jung tendered has been employed in various capacities since 1985. Mr. Jung will continue to serve on the Board of Directors of Hodgins Auctioneers Inc. The company appointed David Cross as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cross is a partner in the firm Cross Davis Company LLP.

Tesla Exploration Ltd. (TSX: TXL) announced the appointment of Graham Reid as Vice President-Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Reid has many years of service with several public companies operating in the oil & gas services sector.

SecureCom Mobile (CSE: SCE) has appointed Greg Downey as CFO, Secretary, and Treasurer of the Company. Most recently, he served as CFO for Fission Uranium Corp. His tenure with Fission Uranium follows years of service to public companies in a senior management role, primarily in the capacity of CFO and Director. Mr. Downy replaces Peter Wilson who has acted in the capacity as CFO, Secretary, and Treasurer since the inception of the Company as a reporting issuer. Mr. Wilson remains a consultant to the Company.


CFO Moves Canada – week ending January 9, 2015

lululemon athletica inc. (NASDAQ:LULU) announced that Stuart C. Haselden has been named as Chief Financial Officer, effective as February 2, 2015. Most recently, Mr. Haselden served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of J. Crew since May 15, 2012 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Haselden served as J. Crew’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, and served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis from 2006 to 2009. Before joining J. Crew, Mr. Haselden served as the Vice President of Strategic Planning for Saks Incorporated where he held a variety of positions from 1999 to 2005.

Boyd Group Income Fund (TSX: BYD.UN) announced the appointment of Narendra “Pat” Pathipati as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Pathipati succeeds Dan Dott, who will remain with Boyd as Senior Vice President Finance for a one-year transition period. Following this transition period Mr. Dott intends to retire on December 31, 2015. Most recently, Mr. Pathipati was the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Teichert, Inc. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Continental Tire of North America, Inc.

easyhome Ltd. (TSX: EH) announced the appointment of Steve Goertz as Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Steve has been with the Company in a Senior Vice-President and CFO capacity since 2009.

Dream Industrial REIT (TSX: DIR.UN) announced the appointment of Ms. Lenis Quan as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Quan was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of Gazit America. Prior to joining Gazit America, Ms. Quan worked at Brookfield Asset Management for approximately ten years in a number of progressive executive finance positions. Lenis is a Chartered Professional Accountant and started her professional career with Deloitte. Ms. Quan replaces John Todd, who will work with Ms. Quan to ensure a smooth transition as needed.

TransGaming Inc. (TSX-V: TNG) announced that Dennis Ensing, currently the Company’s CFO, has been promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer and has been appointed by the Board of Directors as Interim CEO.

Golden Band Resources Inc. (TSX-V: GBN) announced the resignation of Jimmy Mah as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company. Mr. Mah will be leaving to pursue other opportunities.

BluMetric Environmental Inc. (TSX-V: BLM) announced the retirement of Ian Malone, its founding Chief Financial Officer (CFO), as of January 31, 2015. At the same time, the company announced the appointment of Vivian Karaiskos as incoming CFO, subject to regulatory approval. In the interim and through to completion of reporting for the 2014 fiscal year, Ms. Karaiskos will serve as Vice President, Finance. She has held various leadership positions in a number of industries, most recently as Vice-President, Finance of a diversified private real estate development company.

Malbex Resources Inc. (TSX-V: MBG) announced the appointment of Daniel Crandall as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer to replace Stephanie Malec. Mr. Crandall is a Manager at Marrelli Support Services Inc. Previously, he was a Manager at Collins Barrow Toronto LLP, a public accounting firm where he worked for over five years.

Invenio Resources Corp. (TSX-V: IVO) announced that Jeff Block resigned as Company CFO and Ronnie Doman took over as CFO.
