Emerging Trends in Real Estate® Europe 2012 represents a consensus outlook for the future and reflects the views of more than 600 individuals who completed surveys and/or were interviewed as part of the research process for this report. The views expressed herein, including all comments appearing in quotes, were derived from these surveys and interviews and do not express the opinions of either PwC or ULI. Interviewees and survey participants represent a wide range of industry experts-investors, developers, property companies, lenders, brokers, and consultants. PwC and ULI researchers personally interviewed 310 individuals, and survey responses were received from 386 individuals.
