Kellogg Company [BATTLE CREEK, Mich.] (NYSE: K) announced that Ron Dissinger has decided to retire as Chief Financial Officer.

Sunoco LP [HOUSTON] (NYSE: SUN) announced the appointment of Thomas R. Miller as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Miller most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Cleco Corporation, since 2013. Mr. Miller joined Cleco Corporation in 2012 as Vice President and Treasurer. Prior to Cleco, he served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Solar Trust of America from 2010 to 2012 and Vice President of Treasury and Capital Markets Financing Director at Exelon Corporation from 1999 to 2010. Earlier in his career, Mr. Miller spent 12 years at Conoco, Inc.

MetLife, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NYSE: MET) announced that Marlene Debel, executive vice president and treasurer, has been named executive vice president and CFO U.S. Mike Walsh, executive vice president and CFO Americas, is retiring from MetLife after 28 years of service. Debel joined MetLife as treasurer in 2011.

Comerica Incorporated [DALLAS] (NYSE: CMA) announced that Executive Vice President and General Auditor David E. Duprey has been named chief financial officer. Duprey succeeds Karen L. Parkhill. Duprey joined Comerica in 2006 from Ernst & Young, where he served as a partner. Duprey joined Ernst & Young in 1980.

WESCO International, Inc. [PITTSBURGH] (NYSE: WCC) announced that Kenneth S. Parks, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has tendered his resignation. Timothy A. Hibbard, WESCO’s Vice President and Corporate Controller, will serve as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer while the Company completes a search process for a new Chief Financial Officer.

Ryan [DALLAS] announced that Brian Wing has joined the management team as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Wing served as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer for the fourth largest wholesale electrical distributor in the United States. Before that, he served in leadership roles at a leading toy company and as a partner at a Big Four accounting firm.

Cornerstone OnDemand [SANTA MONICA, Calif.] (NASDAQ: CSOD) announced the appointment of Brian L. Swartz to replace Perry Wallack as the company’s chief financial officer. Swartz currently serves as the chief financial officer at zulily. Prior to zulily, Swartz served as chief financial officer of Apollo Education Group. Before his role with Apollo, Swartz was vice president and corporate controller of EaglePicher.

The Manitowoc Company, Inc. [MANITOWOC, Wis.] (NYSE: MTW) announced the appointment of David J. Antoniuk as vice president and chief financial officer, replacing Carl J. Laurino. Mr. Antoniuk joins Manitowoc from Colorcon, Inc., where he served as vice president and chief financial officer. He started with KPMG in 1979, holding positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career and was the vice president and corporate controller at Gardner Denver prior to Colorcon.

Severn Bancorp, Inc. [ANNAPOLIS, Md.] (NASDAQ: SVBI) announced that Thomas G. Bevivino has advised Bancorp of his intention to step down as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) once a successor is identified and appointed.

Arrow Electronics, Inc. [CENTENNIAL, Colo.] (NYSE: ARW) announced that Chris Stansbury has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer, succeeding Paul J. Reilly. Mr. Stansbury previously held vice president of finance roles at Hewlett-Packard and PepsiCo.

Mylan N.V. [HERTFORDSHIRE, England and PITTSBURGH] (NASDAQ: MYL) announced the appointment of Kenneth S. Parks as chief financial officer. Parks currently serves as senior vice president and chief financial officer for WESCO International.Prior to WESCO, Parks spent the majority of his career at United Technologies Corporation (“UTC”) most recently serving as vice president, Finance. Prior to this, he served as director of Investor Relations at UTC. Parks also held several roles at UTC’s Carrier Corporation division including director, Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) and vice president of Operations Finance.

energybank [MANITOWOC, Wis.] announced the appointment of Scott Esson as Chief Financial Officer. Esson joins energybank from Barry Wehmiller where he served as Vice President of Finance.

Qualys, Inc. [REDWOOD CITY, CA.] (NASDAQ: QLYS) announced the appointment of Melissa Fisher as Chief Financial Officer. Fisher previously served as VP, FP&A, IR and Treasury at Zynga Inc. Prior to Zynga, Fisher served as VP, Corporate Development, IR and Treasury at Digital River, Inc. Prior to Digital River, Fisher was an investment banker and advised companies at Goldman Sachs, Banc of America Securities and Foros.

Zendesk, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (NYSE: ZEN) announced the appointment of Elena Gomez as its new chief financial officer. She replaces Alan Black, who served as Zendesk’s CFO since 2011. Gomez was formerly senior vice president of finance and strategy at Salesforce. Prior to that she worked at Visa and Charles Schwab.

Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. [SCHAUMBURG, Ill.] (NYSE: BRSS) announced that Robert Micchelli will retire from GBC, at which time Christopher Kodosky, Vice President of Finance for GBC, will be appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kodosky joined GBC’s executive team in December 2014 as the Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining GBC, Christopher was employed in various capacities within AMCOL International Corporation for ten years, most recently as CFO. He also served as the VP Finance and Corporate Controller for GVW Holdings and, prior to that, provided merger and acquisition services as an employee of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. (NYSE: DO) announced that it has appointed Kelly Youngblood as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Youngblood succeeds Gary T. Krenek, who is retiring after 33 years of service to the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Youngblood held a variety of managerial positions with Halliburton Company. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Investor Relations. Mr. Youngblood joined Halliburton in 1988 as a Staff Accountant and served in numerous financial management positions for Halliburton and its subsidiaries, including Senior Director, Finance – Western Hemisphere and Director, External Reporting and Accounting Research.

Willamette Community Bank [ALBANY, Ore.] (OTCQB: WMCB) announced the hiring of industry veteran Robert Moore, to replace retiring CFO Keith Lockhoven.

Eversource Energy [HARTFORD, Conn. & BOSTON] (NYSE: ES) announced that Phil Lembo, vice president and treasurer, will succeed Jim Judge as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. Lembo had been vice president and treasurer for Eversource since 2012. Formerly, Lembo served as vice president and treasurer for NSTAR since 2009.

FINsix Corporation [MENLO PARK, Calif.] announced that it has hired David Schaezler as chief financial officer (CFO). Prior to joining FINsix, Schaezler was the chief financial officer and vice president of finance at nLIGHT. Prior to nLIGHT, Schaezler held leadership positions with Integrated Device Technology and VLSI Technology.

KORE [ATLANTA & BOSTON] announced the addition of Steve Sarno as Chief Financial Officer. Steve recently held roles such as CFO for Wyless Group, VP of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for Sapient Corporation and Exa Corporation. Earlier in his career, Steve was SVP of Finance at The Princeton Review, and was a senior manager during his 10 years in the PricewaterhouseCoopers technology practice.

Anthem, Inc. [INDIANAPOLIS] (NYSE: ANTM) announced that John E. Gallina has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gallina succeeds Wayne S. DeVeydt. Mr. Gallina currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, for Anthem’s Commercial and Specialty Business Division. Mr. Gallina has also served in other leadership positions at Anthem, including Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Risk Officer, Senior Vice President, Internal Audit and Continuous Improvement, and Chief Financial Officer for Comprehensive Health Services. Prior to joining Anthem, Mr. Gallina spent 12 years with Coopers & Lybrand.

BioLife Solutions, Inc. [BOTHELL, Wash.] (NASDAQ: BLFS) announced that Roderick de Greef has transitioned from Interim Chief Financial Officer and Secretary to full time employment and is relocating to the Seattle area. De Greef previously served on BioLife’s board of directors for over a decade through 2013. Mr. de Greef has held a number of senior executive financial positions and served on the boards of several public companies including Endologix, Cambridge Heart, Cardiac Science, Elephant Talk Communications, and BioLife Solutions. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee for publicly traded Elephant Talk Communications.

Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. [IRVINE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: PPBI) announced that E. Allen Nicholson will resign from the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. John Mangold, the Company’s current First Vice President and Treasurer, will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer while the Company completes its search process for a permanent Chief Financial Officer.

CVB Financial Corp. (CVBF), the holding company for Citizens Business Bank (CBB) [ONTARIO, Calif.] announced that E. Allen Nicholson has been hired as the new Chief Financial Officer for CVBF and CBB. Mr. Nicholson will replace Richard C. Thomas. Mr. Nicholson started his career as a certified public accountant and auditor with Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Thereafter, for the next thirteen years, Mr. Nicholson served in various finance roles at Mellon Financial and its successor, BNY Mellon. He concluded his career at BNY Mellon as the Chief Financial Officer of Mellon 1st Business Bank. Mr. Nicholson joined 1st Enterprise Bank as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Nicholson most recently has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pacific Premier Bank and its holding company, Pacific Premier Bancorp Inc.

Gallagher Bassett Services, Inc. [ITASCA, Ill.] (NYSE: AJG) announced the appointment of Jim Bond as Chief Financial Officer. Bond joins GB after 10 years at ESIS, Inc., where he was CFO and Chief Operating Officer. Previous experience included serving as the CFO at Cunningham Lindsey, US, as well as Cambridge Integrated Services Group, Inc.

GI Dynamics, Inc. [LEXINGTON, Mass. & SYDNEY] (ASX: GID) announced the appointment of Jim Murphy to the position of chief financial officer. Prior to joining the Company, Murphy served as CFO of OXiGENE, Inc., and CFO of HemaSure, Inc.

Titan International, Inc. [QUINCY, Ill.] has approved the transition of John Hrudicka from his current position as Chief Financial Officer to the new position of Senior Vice President of North American Tire. The Board also approved Steve Smiththe appointment of James M. Froisland as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Titan.

Stearns Lending, LLC [SANTA ANA, Calif.] announced the appointment of Steve Smith to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Stearns, Smith served as the Chief Financial Officer for Caliber Home Loans. Earlier in his career, he held various executive positions at Bank of America Home Loans, including National Service Executive, National Sales Executive and Chief Financial Officer.

NICE Systems [PARAMUS, N.J.] (NASDAQ: NICE) announced that Sarit Sagiv, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the Company. Ms. Sagiv has served as NICE CFO since early 2015.

Anaqua, Inc. [BOSTON] announced the appointment of Justin Crotty as CFO succeeding Dan Wallace. Crotty joins Anaqua from Oliver Wyman where he was a partner. Prior to his leadership roles in strategy consulting, he worked in private equity and investment banking. Justin began his career in technology consulting and has experience working in the US, Europe and Asia.

TransCard [CHATTANOOGA, TN] announced the addition of John Haddock as its new chief financial officer. Prior to joining TransCard, he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for First Security Group and FSG Bank.

XBiotech Inc. [AUSTIN, Texas] (NASDAQ: XBIT) announced the appointment of Scott Whitehurst as Chief Financial Officer. Whitehurst joins XBiotech from Amgen, where he served as Vice President of Finance, Operations, for the past eight years. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Novartis Animal Health in Basel, Switzerland. Prior to his time at Novartis, Whitehurst spent 14 years at the Hewlett-Packard Co., ultimately becoming Vice President of Finance.

T2 Biosystems, Inc. [LEXINGTON, Mass.] (NASDAQ: TTOO) announced that Chief Financial Officer Moe Castonguay has decided to retire and that senior financial executive, Shawn Lynch, will be named CFO. Most recently, from 2014 to the present, Lynch was Vice President & Chief Financial Officer for PerkinElmer’s Environmental Health business. Prior to PerkinElmer, Lynch was with General Electric from 2007 to 2014 with his last assignment serving as Global Controller, Measurement & Control. Prior to General Electric, he spent three years in his first stint at PerkinElmer with his last assignment as the Director of Finance for the Bio-Discovery business. Lynch started his career at KPMG LLP.

Xtera Communications, Inc. [DALLAS] (NASDAQ: XCOM) announced the appointment of Joe Chinnici, the former CFO of Ciena Corporation, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Chinnici joins Xtera from Twenty First Century Utilities, LLC. Chinnici served as GridPoint’s EVP and CFO, for the past five years.
