UK | CFO Moves - week ending 4 September 2015

Virgin Money Holdings (UK) plc announced that Lee Rochford is to stand down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and as an Executive Director of the Company. Dave Dyer (currently Strategy Director, and previously CFO of Virgin Money) will undertake the role of CFO for an interim period. Dyer has worked in financial services for over 20 years, much of it as CFO or Strategy Director of Virgin Money and the Virgin One Account.

The Conygar Investment Company PLC (LON: CIC) announced the appointment of Ross McCaskill as Finance Director and Company Secretary. Ross is taking over as Finance Director and Company Secretary from Peter Batchelor who will step down from the Board to pursue his own interests. Ross has been with Conygar for five years as financial controller.

Mulberry Group PLC (LON: MUL) announced that Roger Mather, Group Finance Director, has notified the Board of his intention to resign after eight years’ service.

UK | CFO Moves - week ending 28 August 2015

FirstGroup plc (LON: FGP) announces that Matthew Gregory will be appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer. Matthew joins from Essentra plc. He joined Essentra in 2003 and was appointed Group Finance Director in 2012. Prior to that he performed a number of senior roles including Corporate Development Director in a number of its businesses.

Essentra plc (LON: ESNT) announced that Matthew Gregory has resigned from the position of Group Finance Director. Stefan Schellinger, currently the Company’s Corporate Development Director, will assume the role of interim Group Finance Director.

Henry Boot PLC (LSE: BHY), announced that John Sutcliffe, who has been Group Finance Director for the past nine years, will take over as Chief Executive and Darren Littlewood, currently Group Financial Controller, will take over as Group Finance Director.

Exova Group plc (LON: EXO) announced that Anne Thorburn, who has been Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) since 2009, has indicated her intention to retire during 2016. Exova has commenced a process to recruit her successor and Anne will continue as CFO to enable a full handover.

Photo-Me International PLC (LON: PHTM) announced that Françoise Coutaz-Replan has tendered her letter for retirement from her executive role as Group Finance Director of the Company. It is intended, however, that going forward, Ms Coutaz-Replan will continue as a non-executive director of the Company.

InterQuest Group plc (LON: ITQ) announced that Michael Joyce has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer after 11 years with the Company in order to take up a role at a private business.

Science in Sport (AIM: SIS) announced that Vivienne Sparks is to step down from her position as Finance Director of the Company. The Company intends to appoint an interim Finance Director to assist in the transitional period, before making a permanent appointment in due course.

IGas Energy PLC (LON: IGAS) announced the appointment of Julian Tedder as Chief Financial Officer and a Board Director of the Company. Tedder has worked at other energy companies including Centrica plc and Tullow Oil plc. Most recently, Julian was General Manager, Finance for Tullow Oil.

Crawshaw Group Plc (LON: CRAW) announced the appointment of Alan Richardson as Chief Financial Officer. Alan joins Crawshaw Group Plc from Morrisons Supermarkets Plc, having spent 5 years with the supermarket chain where he held a number of senior finance roles, most recently as Finance Director for Group Retail and Logistics. Prior to Morrisons, Alan spent 8 years with ASDA where he held a number of senior finance roles, following his qualification as a chartered accountant with KPMG in 2001.

Celtic PLC (LON: CCP) announced the resignation of Eric Riley as financial director of the Company. Eric, who was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and prostate cancer in 2011, has been finance director for over 21 years.

ATTRAQT Group plc (AIM: ATQT) announced the intention of the Group’s current finance director, David Stirling, to retire and step down from the board. Mark Johnson will take over as finance director. Mark’s previous roles include various positions within the finance function of Total Office Group plc and Gunpowder Limited, his consultancy. Most recently, Mark acted as head of finance, and subsequently group commercial director, of Celador Entertainment Limited.

William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) announced the appointment of Philip Bowcock as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He replaces Neil Cooper who will leave the Group on 6 November 2015. Philip Bowcock was CFO of Cineworld Group Plc from 2011 to 2015. Previously, he was Finance Director at Luminar Group Holdings PLC and held senior financial roles at Barratt Developments PLC, Tesco PLC and Hilton Group plc.

APC Technology Group PLC (LON: APC) announced that the Board has appointed Richard Hodgson as CEO with immediate effect. Prior to joining APC as Chief Financial Officer and Director, Richard was Chief Operating Officer during the turnaround of Green Compliance plc.
