Canadian Pacific [CALGARY] (TSX: CP, NYSE: CP) announced that Nadeem Velani has been named Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer. Velani had been serving as Vice-President and interim CFO since September 9, 2016. Velani joined CP in March 2013 and served as Vice-President Investor Relations before becoming interim CFO. Prior to CP, Velani spent 15 years at Canadian National Railway Co. where he worked in a variety of positions in Strategic and Financial Planning, Investor Relations, Sales and Marketing and the Office of the President and CEO.

Dundee Energy Limited [TORONTO] (TSX: DEN) announced that David Bhumgara, Chief Financial Officer, intends to resign from his position. Lucie Presot, currently the Vice President of Dundee Energy, will assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer.

Western Uranium Corporation [TORONTO and NUCLA, COLORADO] (CSE: WUC) (OTCQX: WSTRF) announced that the Board of Directors has appointed Robert Klein as Chief Financial Officer of the Company . Mr. Klein replaces Andrew Wilder who has resigned. Mr. Wilder will continue to serve as a director of the Company.

Geomega Resources Inc. [MONTREAL] (TSX-V: GMA) announced that it has appointed Ingrid Martin as Chief Financial Officer. She replaces Derek Lindsay, who occupied the CFO position since January 2015, who is stepping down and will remain with the Company in a consultant role.

TerraX Minerals Inc. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: TXR) announced that it has hired Mark Gelmon as Chief Financial Officer.

Sunvest Minerals Corp. [VANCOUVER] announced that John Masters will replace Ryan Cheung as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Masters has been a business administration consultant since 2007, and has held and holds numerous board and executive officer positions with various junior exploration issuers. John who is presently a director of the Company will also take on the role of Corporate Secretary.

Terrace Energy Corp. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: TZR) announced the appointment of Jennie Choboter as its Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Choboter is replacing Keith Godwin who has resigned. Ms. Choboter served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer during its formative years and thereafter as an accounting and financial consultant to the Company.
