Maropost [TORONTO] announced that Joseph Schirripa has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Schirripa joins Maropost from CIBC Capital Markets.

North American Nickel Inc. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: NAN) announced that it has appointed Alexander Dann as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Dann is currently CFO for Era Resources Inc. and previously held senior roles with Falconbridge Ltd., Rio Algom Ltd., and most recently as CFO of Avion Gold Corp., prior to its acquisition by Endeavour Mining Corporation. Mr. Dann replaces Cheryl Messier.

Prospector Resources Corp. [CALGARY] (TSX-V: PRR) announced that it has appointed David D’Onofrio as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. David D’Onofrio is currently the CFO of a diversified merchant bank. Mr. D’Onofrio has over 10 years’ experience working in public accounting in audit and taxation advisory roles, and has acted as CEO, CFO, Director, Audit Committee member and in other financial advisory positions to a number of private and public enterprises. D’Onofrio replaces Anthony Jackson as CFO.

Majescor Resources Inc. [OTTAWA] (TSX-V: MJX) announced that Lucie Letellier has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. She will be replacing Sabino Di Paola who has resigned to pursue other projects. From 2005 to 2009 Lucie was the CFO of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. Most recently, Lucie was CFO of Crestwell Resources.

Everton Resources Inc. [OTTAWA] (TSX-V: EVR) announced that Lucie Letellier has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. She will be replacing Sabino Di Paola who has resigned to pursue other projects. From 2005 to 2009 Lucie was the CFO of Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. Most recently, Lucie was CFO of Crestwell Resources.

Rainmaker Resources Ltd. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: RIR) announced that it has appointed Daniel Vinegar as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Vinegar previously worked as a controller for a high-growth tech firm which seeded and incubated a portfolio of start-ups. He also worked as a financial advisor for Manulife, in addition to a position as a Senior Financial Analyst for a multi-million dollar import-export group in Toronto. Mr. Vinegar replaces Matthew Wright who has resigned from the role.

Mainstreet Equity Corp. [CALGARY] announced the appointment of Trina Cui as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation. Ms. Cui joined Mainstreet in December, 2008 serving most recently as Vice President, Corporate Finance of the Corporation.

Hempco Food and Fiber Inc. [VANCOUVER] (TSX-V: HEMP) announced the resignation of Praveen Varshney from the Hempco board of directors and as CFO, and of the appointment of John Ross as the new CFO.
