Blocktech M&A: Blockchain Partner joins forces with KPMG France

eCAP PARTNER acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Blockchain Partner, on its integration to KPMG France

Born in 2017 from the merger of two startups Blockchain France and Labo Blockchain, Blockchain Partner (“BCP”) is France’s pioneer and leading consulting pure player in blockchain digital assets and decentralized web technologies. The company helps its clients tap into the strategic opportunities of blockchain through C-level advisory, workshops, and application deployment. The integration of BCP, led by Claire Balva (CEO), Alexandre Stachtchenko (Managing Director) and Maxime Hagenbourger (Technical Director), to KPMG France will allow the combined entity named Blockchain Partner by KPMG to provide a unique response in France to the needs of companies in the blockchain and crypto-asset market such as the integrity of data or representation and exchange value on the Internet without intermediaries. The new entity will be led by Catherine Philippe, Partner of Blockchain & Crypto-assets at KPMG France.
