Mirakl, éditeur de logiciel français développant des plateformes de e-commerce et leader mondial dans son domaine, devient ainsi la nouvelle licorne française.
Fondée en 2011, l’entreprise compte désormais 350 salariés et envisage d’en recruter 1000 d’ici à 3 ans.
Cette nouvelle levée de fonds, la quatrième, valorise désormais Mirakl à 1,5 milliard de dollars, faisant d’elle la dixième licorne française. Cet investissement permettra à Mirakl d'accélérer son développement à l'international et recomposer son actionnariat.
