Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (NYSE: HOT) announced that Thomas B. Mangas has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, effective September 29, 2014. Mangas most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Armstrong Floor Products, a division of Armstrong World Industries, Inc. From 2010 to 2013, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the parent company, Armstrong World Industries, Inc. Previously, he spent 20 years at The Procter & Gamble Company in increasingly senior finance and accounting positions.

Bacardi Limited announced the appointment of Kevin F. McNamara as Bacardi Limited Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. McNamara succeeds Joseph J. Schena who left the company for another opportunity. Mr. McNamara most recently served as Corporate Controller for Bacardi. Mr. McNamara joined Bacardi in March of 2013. Prior to Bacardi, Mr. McNamara served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administration Officer for Centerplate, Inc. He also served in various finance leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and its subsidiaries.

HeartFlow, Inc. announced the appointment Baird Radford as chief financial officer. Prior to joining HeartFlow, Mr. Radford served as vice president of finance at Intuitive Surgical, Inc. Prior to Intuitive Surgical, Mr. Radford held various positions at eBay, Inc., including vice president of finance for Marketplaces Europe, as well as vice president, corporate controller, and chief accounting officer. Mr. Radford also worked in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

WiTricity announced that it has named Donald R. Peck as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Joanne Bryce, WiTricity’s current CFO, will remain with the company in a key consulting role. Peck most recently served as EVP, CFO and Treasurer of Lojack Corporation. Prior to his role at LoJack, Peck served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Satcon Technology Corporation. He also spent time as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Egenera, Inc. and The First Marblehead Corporation.

ArborGen announced that John M. Radak has been named chief financial officer (CFO). Radak most recently served as the CFO of Skinit, Inc. Prior to that he was the vice president of finance and chief accounting officer for Invitrogen Corporation before joining Quidel Corporation as chief financial officer.

Atigeo announced that Scott Mahan has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently Mahan served as SVP Operations and CFO at BSQUARE. Prior to that, Mahan also held roles at Xylo, Qpass, Sequel Technology, Spry, Paccar and Ernst & Young.

Pharmaceutical Product Development, LLC announced the appointment of Robert Hureauas executive vice president and chief financial officer. Hureau begins his new role on Sept. 23. Hureau joined PPD from Centaur Guernsey L.P. Inc., where he served as executive vice president and CFO. Previously, he held a series of senior leadership positions of increasing responsibility, including senior vice president and CFO at Sensata Technologies N.V. and vice president of finance with The Jean Coutu Group (PJC) U.S.A., Inc., chain of retail pharmacies. In addition, Hureau’s experience includes financial leadership responsibilities with Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc., and other companies in the consumer sector.

Centaur Guernsey L.P. Inc. announced that Robert Hureau, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Centaur and each of its operating subsidiaries Kinetic Concepts, Inc., LifeCell Corporation and Systagenix Wound Management, Limited, has notified the Company that he will be resigning to pursue another career opportunity. Mr. Hureau will continue in his current role until September 23, 2014. Following Mr. Hureau’s departure, Brian Busenlehner, Vice President, Corporate Controller, will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Busenlehner has served as Vice President, Controller since 2007.

MRV Communications (NASDAQ: MRVC) announced it named Mark J. Bonney as its executive vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Bonney, who has been serving as a director of MRV since April 2013, replaced Stephen Garcia as the Company’s CFO. Mr. Bonney has been on the MRV board of directors since April 2013. He also has served as the president and CEO of On Board Advisors, LLC since January 2013. From March 2010 to December 2012, Mr. Bonney was EVP and CFO of Direct Brands, Inc. From 2005 to 2008, he was EVP and CFO of American Bank Note Holographics, Inc. Mr. Bonney is currently a director of Sigma Designs, Inc., where he has served since August 2012, and of Zix Corporation, where he has served since January 2013.

McDermott International, Inc. (NYSE: MDR) announced that Stuart Spence has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer following the departure of Perry L. Elders, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Immediately prior to joining McDermott, Mr. Spence served as Vice President, Artificial Lift for Halliburton Company. Previously, he served as Senior Director, Strategy and Marketing for Halliburton’s Completion and Production Division. Mr. Spence joined Halliburton following Halliburton’s acquisition of Global Oilfield Services Inc. in November 2011. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Oilfield Services from 2008 to 2011 and as Executive Vice President, Strategy, in 2011 in connection with the sale to Halliburton. His prior experience also includes positions of increasing financial and management responsibility at: Green Rock Energy, LLC; and Vetco International Ltd. (holding company for Aibel Ltd. and Vetco Gray, Inc.).

Cascade Integrated Services announced that it has promoted Bill Banham to CFO. Banham joined the company in 2012 as vice president of business and finance.

Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE: RSG) announced that Charles F. “Chuck” Serianni has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Serianni has been with Republic for 17 years and has held senior field and corporate finance positions of increasing responsibility, including senior vice president and chief accounting officer. Mr. Serianni succeeds Glenn A. Culpepper who has left the Company to pursue other opportunities. Serianni has held progressively more responsible positions, including senior vice president and chief accounting officer and vice president, controller for West Region operations. Prior to Republic, Serianni held finance positions at Sunglass Hut International, Inc. and Deloitte & Touche.

EndoChoice announced that David Gill has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. David Gill has been the CFO of four public companies and led the IPO’s of Interland, CTI and NxStage.

CME Group (NASDAQ: CME) announced that it has promoted John Pietrowicz to Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer as James E. Parisi, who has held that role since 2004, will retire from the company on December 31. Pietrowicz, who has been with the company since 2003 and has been serving most recently as Senior Managing Director, Corporate Development & Finance and Deputy CFO, will move into the CFO role effective upon Parisi’s resignation.

American Driveline Systems, Inc. announced that it has appointed Jim Gregory as CFO of the company, and its subsidiary corporations AAMCO Transmissions Inc., Cottman Transmission Systems, LLC, and Global Powertrain Systems, Inc. Jim Gregory officially joins the company as the chief financial officer (CFO) after four months of serving as the interim CFO. Previously, Gregory served as a Principal on American Capital’s private equity team. During his nine-year tenure at American Capital, he served on the Board of Directors for businesses across a variety of industries including American Driveline Systems, Inc. since 2009. Prior to his work at American Capital, Gregory was an investment banker specializing in mergers & acquisitions at Edgeview Partners.

Forward Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORD) announced that it has terminated the employment of James McKenna as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of the Company. Forward has engaged Financial Consulting Strategies LLC to provide the services of an interim financial director.

Western Digital Corp. (NASDAQ: WDC) announced that chief financial officer Tim Leyden is retiring after 24 years of distinguished service at the company. He is being succeeded by Olivier Leonetti, who has served as vice president, finance at Amgen Inc. from 2011, after having previously spent 14 years in global finance leadership positions at Dell Inc. Leyden will remain with the company through January 2015 in a transition role and advisory capacity to ensure a smooth transition. The changes are effective as of September 8, 2014.

Mortgage Contracting Services has named Bart R. Vincent as the company’s chief financial officer.

Public Interest Registry announced the hiring of Marc Saitta as chief financial officer. Saitta joins Public Interest Registry from the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators where he served as chief financial officer. He previously served in executive financial roles at Hanley Wood, Vois Inc., Smithsonian Business Ventures, America Online and Ogden Corporation.

GoodDataannounced the appointment of Pete Godbole as Chief Financial Officer. Pete joins GoodData from VMWare, where he served as Chief Financial Officer for the End User Computing Business.

Skytap announced the appointment of Frank Colich as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Colich was previously the CFO of 3TIER. Prior to that, Colich spent nearly a decade in financial and operations leadership roles at Frontier Geosciences.

Kenandy, Inc. announced that Stephen Cumming has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Cumming served as CFO at Atmel Corporation. He also served as vice president of business finance for Fairchild Semiconductor. He additionally served in roles at National Semiconductor.

LanzaTech announced the appointment of Gregg Clevenger as Chief Financial Officer. Clevenger was most recently Executive Vice President and CFO of GXS Corporation. Mr. Clevenger has more than 25 years of international finance experience having served as CFO and board director of both privately held and public companies across the technology and telecoms sectors and as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.

IZEA, Inc. (OTC: IZEA) announced the appointment of LeAnn Hitchcock as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Hitchcock began working with IZEA as a consultant in November 2011. She was named IZEA’s interim CFO in June 2013. Prior to working with IZEA, Ms. Hitchcock worked as the Chief Financial Officer of NBI Juiceworks in 2010 and in 2009 as the SEC Compliance Officer of Workstream Inc. From 2002 to 2009, Ms. Hitchcock worked at Galaxy Nutritional Foods as its Chief Financial Officer and later its SEC Compliance Officer. In 1997, Ms. Hitchcock became the Chief Financial Officer of FoodMaster International.

Chase Corporation (NYSE: CCF) announced the appointment of Kenneth J. Feroldi as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Ken is currently Director of Finance for Chase and was previously Vice President – Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of NEPTCO, Inc. from 1992 until 2012 when NEPTCO was acquired by Chase.

Era Group Inc. (NYSE: ERA) announced that the Board has named Christopher S. Bradshaw, Era’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as Acting Chief Executive Officer while the Board identifies a permanent Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bradshaw will also retain his duties as Chief Financial Officer. Bradshaw has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Era Group since October 2012.

Beam Suntory Inc. announced the appointment of Mauricio Restrepo as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Restrepo will join Beam Suntory from SABMiller, where he currently serves as Regional Finance Director for the brewer’s European business. He has previously been the company’s CFO – Latin America, and CFO of its Grupo Empresarial Bavaria subsidiary based in Colombia. Prior to entering the beverage alcohol business, Restrepo held commercial and finance positions of increasing responsibility at Random House, South American automaker SOFASA, and JP Morgan. Restrepo will join Beam Suntory early in the fourth quarter.

Globalstar, Inc. (NYSE: GSAT) announced the Company has promoted Rebecca Clary to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Clary joined Globalstar in September 2010 and has most recently held the positions of Chief Accounting Officer since January 2013 and Corporate Controller since August 2012.

InvenSense (NYSE: INVN) announced that Alan Krock will depart InvenSense to pursue other opportunities. Krock will assist with the transition and serve as a special advisor through Oct. 31, 2014. Mark P. Dentinger succeeds Krock as InvenSense’ vice president and chief financial officer. Dentinger was most recently executive vice president and chief financial officer of KLA-Tencor Corporation. Before joining KLA-Tencor, Dentinger was executive vice president and chief financial officer of BEA Systems, Inc. until the company was acquired.
