Tesla Motors, Inc. announced that Deepak Ahuja intends to retire after having served as the Chief Financial Officer for the past seven years. Until his retirement, Mr. Ahuja will continue to serve as Tesla’s Chief Financial Officer and will perform all duties associated with that role.

Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) announced that Jody H. Feragen has been appointed as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, effective September 17, 2015. Ms. Feragen currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hormel Foods Corporation (NYSE: HRL), a company she joined in 2000 as its Treasurer. Prior to Hormel, she served as the Assistant Treasurer for NCS Pearson, and the Director, Treasury Operations for BMC Industries. Ms. Feragen is a Director on the Hormel Board and serves as a Director and the Audit Chair of the Patterson Companies Inc. Ms. Feragen will serve on the Company’s Audit Committee and its Management Organization and Compensation Committee.

ZAGG Inc. (NASDAQ: ZAGG) announced that Bradley J. Holiday has been appointed ZAGG’s Chief Financial Officer, effective July 13, 2015. Most recently Mr. Holiday, who has been a ZAGG Board member since 2012, served as CFO for Callaway Golf Company from 2000 until 2015. In addition, Mr. Holiday was CFO of the Nike Golf Division from 1998 to 2000, and Nike’s retail division from 1995 to 1998. Mr. Holiday joined the ZAGG board of directors in August of 2012 and during his tenure served as the Audit Committee Chair. Effective July 13, 2015, Mr. Holiday will resign as chair and member of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee but will continue to serve on the Board of Directors until a replacement is appointed. Brandon O’Brien has resigned his position as CFO effective June 11, 2015 with plans to retire.

LendingTree® announced that Gabe Dalporto, who joined the company in April 2011 as CMO and was named President, Mortgage in February 2013, will assume a new role as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Alex Mandel. Carla Shumate will remain in her role as LendingTree’s Chief Accounting Officer.

Omega Communities, LLC announced that it has appointed Joel Anderson as Omega’s chief financial officer and also chief operating officer for Omega Communities of Florida. Prior to joining Omega, Mr. Anderson was the vice president of Lee Healthcare Resources, a non-profit support organization of Lee Memorial Health System. Anderson also has held executive positions with other organizations serving in operations, finance and strategic planning. Notably, Anderson was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to Florida’s Continuing Care Advisory Council in 2013. He also most recently served as a member of the board of trustees for LeadingAge Florida.

Legacy Education Alliance, Inc. (OTC: LEAI) appointed Christian Baeza, former Vice President and Corporate Controller, as its Interim Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Prior to joining Legacy Education Alliance in April 2015, Mr. Baeza held various senior finance positions, including Director of Financial Reporting and Assistant Corporate Controller, at Kraton Performance Polymers, Inc. Mr. Baeza also held various finance positions from 2003 to 2008 at Spectra Energy Corp. Charles Kuehne, the Company’s former Executive Vice President and CFO, retired on June 8, 2015. Mr. Baeza is also the Chief Financial Officer of Tigrent Inc.

SimCorp announced the appointment of Peter Bonfiglio as Chief Financial Officer of North America. Peter joins from Wolters Kluwer where he acted as Vice President of Finance & Controller for Corporate Legal Services. Prior to joining Wolters Kluwer, Peter was President of The Goodson Network. SimCorp also worked in the past with Medidata Solutions, Alloy and dELiA*s.

Hercules Technology Growth Capital, Inc. (NYSE: HTGC) announced that Andrew Olson, Corporate Controller, will assume the roles of Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Principal Accounting Officer as of June 10, 2015 and through August 1, 2015, when Mark Harris, the Company’s newly appointed Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) assumes the role as the Company’s successor CFO. In conjunction with being named Interim CFO and Principal Accounting Officer, Mr. Olson has been promoted to Vice President of Finance and Senior Controller. Jessica Baron’s departure as CFO was previously announced. Mr. Olson joined Hercules in 2014 as Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Hercules, Mr. Olson served as a senior manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) in their Finance Services Assurance practice from 2006 to 2014.

Quantcast announced that Stephen Collins, most recently CEO and director of e-commerce SaaS provider Bazaarvoice has been appointed as Quantcast’s new chief financial officer. Prior to Collins being named CEO of Bazaarvoice, he served as CFO. Before joining Bazaarvoice, Collins was CEO of Juris, Inc. Collins joined DoubleClick in 1997, helping to lead its 1998 IPO before becoming CFO in 1999, later adding the chief information officer responsibilities. Collins began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, before taking a financial leadership role at Colgate-Palmolive. Collins succeeds Quantcast’s prior CFO, Peter Kuipers, who has left the company to pursue other opportunities.

Brit + Co announced that Nicole Emanuel will join the company’s executive team as CFO. Prior to her most recent role at Swarm-Mobile, Emanuel was the CFO of Refinery29. Melba Bartels



HomeStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ: HMST), the parent company of HomeStreet Bank, has named Melba Bartels as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective August 3, 2015. Before joining HomeStreet, Bartels was with JPMorgan Chase as chief financial officer of the Auto Finance and Student Lending Division. Her prior experience includes Washington Mutual, where she was senior vice president for corporate financial planning and analysis, and Ragen Mackenzie, where she was a sell side equity analyst for the financial services industry.

Inteva Products, LLC announced William (Bill) Dircks as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, replacing Kevin Grady who announced his intention earlier this year to leave Inteva to pursue other interests. Dircks past roles include Executive Vice President and CFO for Avon Automotive and Vice President and Corporate Controller for Lear Corporation. Most recently, he served as Senior Advisor for the private equity firm Charterhouse Equity Partners LLC. Immediately prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President and CFO at PREZIO Health. Earlier in his career he held financial positions with Honeywell International (previously AlliedSignal, Inc.) and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Celadon Group, Inc. (NYSE: CGI) announced that Bobby Peavler has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Celadon Group, Inc. Mr. Peavler previously served as Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of Celadon Group, Inc. Leslie Tarble has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Celadon’s rapidly growing Quality Companies, LLC division. Ms. Tarble previously served as Vice President, Treasurer and Principal Financial Officer of Celadon Group, Inc.

Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: XE) announced the appointment of Bret M. Allan as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Southcross Energy Partners GP, LLC, the general partner of Southcross. Mr. Allan most recently served as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (“Energy Transfer”). Mr. Allan succeeds J. Michael Anderson, who will be leaving Southcross for a new opportunity. Mr. Allan joins Southcross having spent the majority of the last five years at Regency Energy Partners LP (“Regency”), a midstream master limited partnership that was acquired by Energy Transfer in January 2015. Prior to Regency, he held various managerial positions at Energy Future Holdings and its predecessor company, TXU Corporation, including positions in strategic planning, financial analysis and risk.

Kareo announced the addition of Perry Wallack, co-founder and CFO of Cornerstone OnDemand, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSOD), to its board of directors. Prior to founding Cornerstone OnDemand, Wallack was at Ernst & Young.

Shazam announced that Rob Krolik, CFO of Yelp, has joined the Shazam Board as an independent member and Chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Krolik has more than 20 years of consumer market and public company experience, including several senior roles at eBay, shopping.com and other leading online properties.

Elastica announced the appointment of Kevin Thompson as chief financial officer. Thompson’s experience includes 25 years of experience as CFO for numerous startups and enterprise software companies within Silicon Valley such as Vitria Technology, WiChorus and Entrisphere, Inc. Prior to joining Elastica, Thompson was CFO of HEAT Software (formerly FrontRange).

The Leon Levy Foundation named Robert F. Goldrich as its president and chief financial officer. Mr. Goldrich served six years in the Bloomberg Administration as senior policy advisor in the Office of Deputy mayor Robert K. Steel. Prior to joining the Bloomberg administration, Mr. Goldrich was an executive in international equities with Morgan Stanley & Co. and Credit Suisse.

Noble Iron Inc. (TSX-V: NIR) announced the appointment of Suzy Taherian as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Suzy began her career at global multinationals, including Accenture, Exxon and Chevron, and transitioned to executive roles as the CFO of rapidly growing companies, such as LanzaTech and eCullet.
