Stephen brings two decades of financial, operational and strategic planning experience in both private and public companies. He spent the past eight years as CFO at Marketwired, a leader in news release distribution, and led the successful sale of the company to Nasdaq Inc. in 2016. Stephen was also instrumental in Marketwired’s acquisition of Sysomos, a SaaS based global leader in social marketing and analytics, which saw revenue growth of more than 1000% from acquisition in 2010 through 2014. Prior to Marketwired, Stephen was CFO of Second Cup where he helped lead the company through an IPO in 2004.
