Innovative Client Experience Environments Launched by Baker Hill®

Baker Hill®, a part of Experian and an expert in banking process services, has introduced its Client Experience Environments as the next phase in ASP innovation. Client Experience Environments are fully replicated Baker Hill technology environments designed to help clients assess the capabilities of Baker Hill tools outside of a client’s live production database.

The first phase of Client Experience Environments is the Early Experience Environment. The environment is a live version of the updated Baker Hill program populated using demonstration data. While the information is generic — not an institution’s live data — users are able to enter and process test applications through the entire workflow.

There is no cost to access the Early Experience Environment, and it is available to all Baker Hill OriginationSM clients. The Early Experience Environment is intended to help clients better manage the deployment of new releases, review new functionality and capabilities prior to experiencing it live, and better prepare their user communities for upcoming improvements.

“Baker Hill is a leader in delivering applications in the ASP environment,” said Joe Kuntz, Baker Hill president. “We developed Client Experience Environments to make release transitions smoother for our clients and help them maintain their competitive advantage.”

For Baker Hill’s latest release, Baker Hill Origination Version 6.1, the Early Experience Environment is available until March 10, 2008.
The second phase of Client Experience Environments is the Client Staging Environment. In this environment, the updated version of the Baker Hill program is populated with clients’ live data, allowing them to implement changes to their service in a controlled and disciplined manner. The staging environment gives clients the opportunity to test changes in configuration, processes, or custom add-ons or services against their own production data before deploying the changes to their user community.
