FH Ortho est une société française créée en 1964 qui développe, fabrique et commercialise des prothèses orthopédiques et l'instrumentation associée. La société qui réalise un peu plus de la moitié de son chiffre d’affaires en France a étendu son activité à l’international en s’appuyant sur un réseau de distributeurs dans plus de 20 pays et des filiales aux Etats-Unis, au Royaume-Uni et en Pologne.

C’est à l’occasion d’un tour de table qui rassemblait LBO France (via le fonds Hexagone III), Crédit Mutuel Equity, Naxicap, BNPParibas Développement et la famille Hermann que l’acquisition de FH Ortho avait été réalisée en 2014. Accompagnée par l’ensemble de ses actionnaires, l’entreprise a depuis enregistré une croissance de 50% et significativement développé son activité à l’export.

L’équipe de Winston & Strawn qui conseillait les vendeurs rassemblait Nicola Di Giovanni (associé), Aurélie Camard et Julia Brochet (collaboratrices).
Arsène Taxand accompagnait les vendeurs sur les aspects fiscaux avec Denis Andres (associé) et Vincent Briand (manager).
