The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS) announced that Harvey M. Schwartz, the global co-head of the Securities Division, will become Chief Financial Officer at the end of January 2013. After a distinguished 32 year career at the firm, including 12 years as the Chief Financial Officer, David Viniar has decided to retire and will join the Board of Directors as a non-independent director at that time. Schwartz joined Goldman Sachs as a vice president in 1997, became a managing director in 1999, and was named partner in 2002. He serves on the Management Committee, the Firmwide Risk Committee and was a member of the Business Standards Committee. He is also co-chair of the Steering Committee on Regulatory Reform. Prior to becoming global co-head of the Securities Division, Schwartz was global head of Securities Division Sales. AOL (NYSE: AOL) announced the appointment of Karen Dykstra as Chief Financial Officer. Dykstra served on the company’s board of directors since December 2009, and fills the role vacated by Artie Minson following his promotion this June to Chief Operating Officer. Dykstra is a former partner at Plainfield Asset Management LLC and held leadership positions with the company from 2006 to 2010, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Plainfield Direct Inc. Prior to joining Plainfield, Dykstra was the Chief Financial Officer of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. from 2003 to 2006 and acted as the Principle Financial Officer from 2001 to 2003. Her career spanned 25 years with the company. In addition to AOL, she serves on the board of directors of Gartner, Inc. and Crane Co.

AMD (NYSE: AMD) announced that Thomas Seifert informed the company of his decision to resign as senior vice president and chief financial officer to pursue other opportunities. Devinder Kumar, senior vice president and corporate controller, will serve as interim chief financial officer. Kumar has served as the Company’s corporate controller since 2001. PWC LOGO

PwC US announced that Carol Sawdye will return to PwC and join its U.S. Leadership Team as Chief Financial Officer and Vice Chair. Sawdye began her career at PwC and spent 17 years there, including the last six as a partner. She joins PwC from the National Basketball Association (NBA), where she has served as the Executive Vice President and CFO for the past two years. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, initially as CFO and later also assuming responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer. In her role as PwC’s CFO, she will report to U.S. Chairman and Senior Sawdye succeeds Mike Burwell, a Vice Chair, who has taken on the role of U.S. Transformation Leader and will continue as a member of PwC’s U.S. Leadership Team.

Procera Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: PKT) announced the appointment of Elizabeth J. Huebner to its Board of Directors. Ms. Huebner has served as a director of Blucora, Inc. (formerly Infospace, Inc.) since May 2009. Prior to retiring in 2006 after a 26-year career in the finance sector, she was chief financial officer at Getty Images, Inc. from 2000 to 2006. Prior to that, she was chief financial officer at Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc.

JELD-WEN announced that Neil Stuart has resigned as the company’s Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer effective September 28, 2012. JELD-WEN expects to name a successor shortly.

CNH Global N.V.(NYSE: CNH) announced that its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Camillo Rossotto, will resign on December 31, 2012, to pursue other interests. Following the Company’s internal succession plans, Pablo Di Si will become CFO of CNH, effective January 1, 2013. Pablo is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Business Development for CNH’s sister company Fiat Automobiles Latin America (FIASA). Prior to his assignment in Fiat Automobiles, Pablo was the Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Commercial Control for CNH Latin America.FMC CORPORATION LOGO

FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC) announced that Paul Graves, who was previously partner and managing director at Goldman Sachs Group, has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective October 1, 2012. He will succeed Kim Foster, FMC executive vice president and CFO, who will retire at the end of the year. Graves began his career in investment banking in 1997 in London, and joined Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Division in 2000. He moved to Goldman Sachs’ Hong Kong office in 2010 where he was named co-head of Natural Resources for Asia (excluding Japan). In addition, Graves was the global head of the Chemicals sector since 2005, and global head of the Agriculture sector. Eddie Bauer LLC announced that Daniel E. Templin has accepted the position of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Templin most recently held the position of Chief Financial Officer for VF Outdoor. Eddie Bauer also announced today that Marv Toland, current CFO for the company, has taken on the newly created role of Senior Vice President Direct with responsibility for the brand’s e-commerce and catalog businesses.

New Frontier Media, Inc. (NASDAQ: NOOF) announced that upon the termination of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Michael Weiner, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Grant Williams, will share the role of the CEO with the Company’s Chief Legal Officer, and Scott Piper, the Company’s Chief Technology Officer.

Alternative Hydrogen Solutions announced the appointment of Chief Financial Officer Christopher L. Franklin. Prior to his current role, Franklin served as CFO for several international manufacturing and distribution companies. Most recently, Franklin held the positions of CFO and formal treasurer of Swarovski Optik North America.

Mandalay Digital Group, Inc. (OTC: MNDL) announced that it has hired senior finance veteran Dan Halvorson as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Halvorson served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Operations for digital media company DivX, Inc. until its acquisition by Sonic Solutions. Prior to joining DivX, Halvorson held various senior finance positions with Novatel Wireless, Inc., including Chief Financial Officer.

Skullcandy, Inc. (NASDAQ: SKUL) announced the appointment of Kyle B. Wescoat as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2012. Most recently, Mr. Wescoat served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of VIZIO, Inc. Prior to joining VIZIO in 2008, Mr. Wescoat was the Chief Administrative Officer and CFO for a number of public and private branded consumer companies, including VANS, Cherokee, the Los Angeles Dodgers and Aspen Education Group.

Pzena Investment Management, Inc. (NYSE: PZN) announced that Gary Bachman will serve as its new Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Bachman was Executive Director at JP Morgan Chase. UGI Corporation has named Kirk R. Oliver Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2012. Mr. Oliver was most recently Senior Managing Director & COO of InfraREIT Capital Partners, LLC. Prior to joining InfraREIT Capital, Oliver served in various executive roles in the energy industry, including Chief Financial Officer of Allegheny Energy, Inc. and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of TXU Corp. Prior to joining TXU Corp., Oliver spent eleven years as an investment banker in the Global Power and Energy Group at Lehman Brothers and six years at Motorola Inc.

Burson-Marsteller announced the appointment of Patrick Przybyski as Chief Operating Officer. Przybyski has served as the firm’s Chief Financial Officer since 2006. He will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer.

Williams, Williams & McKissick (WWM) announced the promotion John Robson to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Robson, who most recently served as Senior Vice President of Finance, has been with the company for more than four years. Robson joined WWM after nearly 20 years in public accounting and corporate compliance, finance, and operations in the healthcare industry in Washington, DC and Tulsa.

Knight Capital Group, Inc. (NYSE: KCG) announced that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Steven Bisgay has added responsibility as Chief Operating Officer. Patriot Coal Corporation (OTC: PCXCQ) announced that John E. Lushefski, a Patriot Board member and chair of its Finance Committee, is joining the Company and is succeeding Mark N. Schroeder as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of Patriot. Mr. Lushefski is stepping down from the Patriot Board to serve in his new role. MicroVision, Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS) announced that Jeff Wilson has resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer and will remain with the company to assist with the transition to his successor. Wilson joined MicroVision in 1999 and served in several roles including vice president of accounting before he was promoted to chief financial officer in 2006.

Repligen Corporation (NASDAQ: RGEN) announced the appointment of Jonathan I. Lieber to the position of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Lieber most recently held the position of CFO and Treasurer at Xcellerex, Inc. Repligen’s current CFO William J. Kelly has been named Chief Accounting Officer. Previous to Xcellerex, Mr. Lieber was with Altus Pharmaceuticals for seven years, most recently as Senior Vice President, CFO and Treasurer. Prior to joining Altus, Mr. Lieber served as vice president of SG Cowen’s Healthcare Investment Banking Group.

Joy Global Inc. (NYSE: JOY) announced that Michael S. Olsen, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will retire on February 1, 2013. He started as the Manager of External Reporting in 1979, became Vice President of Finance for Joy Mining Machinery in 1998, and Chief Financial Officer for Joy Global in 2008. James Sullivan is joining Joy Global as Executive Vice President, and is expected to be elected as Chief Financial Officer after the reporting processes for fiscal 2012 have been completed. Jim was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Solutia, Inc.
