Revlon, Inc. appointed Roberto Simon as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Simon’s election as Revlon’s EVP & CFO fills the vacancy in that position created by the departure from the Company of its former Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, Lawrence Alletto. Previously, Mr. Simon served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Global Finance since joining the Company in October 2013 as part of the Company’s acquisition of The Colomer Group Participations, S.L., including serving as the Company’s Global Business Process Owner, SAP, since February 2014. Prior to joining the Company and since 2002, Mr. Simon served in various senior finance positions of increasing responsibility at The Colomer Group, including most recently serving as The Colomer Group’s Chief Financial Officer since October 2011.

Johnson Controls announced that R. Bruce McDonald, most recently the company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, has been named executive vice president and vice chairman. McDonald joined Johnson Controls in 2001. He was appointed vice president and chief financial officer in 2005 and named executive vice president in 2006. Prior to Johnson Controls, McDonald held a variety of financial positions of increasing responsibility at Ernst & Young and Varity Corporation, where he held the position of vice president, Finance. Brian Stief has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer of Johnson Controls. Stief most recently served as vice president and corporate controller, responsible for global finance functions, financial planning and analysis and corporate taxation. Prior to joining Johnson Controls in 2010, he was a partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

FinancialForce.com announced that John Bonney has joined FinancialForce.com as chief financial officer. Most recently, he served as the global vice president of finance and division CFO of SAP Cloud at SAP. In addition, he has held senior positions at Ariba, Inc. (acquired by SAP in 2012) and ServiceSource.

Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC) announced that Randall Weisenburger has stepped down as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer to return to private equity. Omnicom’s Board of Directors has appointed Philip Angelastro, currently Omnicom’s Senior Vice President Finance and Controller, as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Phil Angelastro has served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller for Omnicom since 2002. Mr. Angelastro began his career at Coopers & Lybrand where he became a partner in 1996. In 1997, he joined the DAS Network of Omnicom as Vice President of Finance and then CFO for the Americas. In 1999, he was appointed Controller of Omnicom.

State Compensation Insurance Fund has appointed Peter Guastamachio as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Guastamachio had been acting CFO since November 2013 and also serves as Chief Investment Officer. Guastamachio joined State Fund in 2009 as State Fund’s Chief Investment Officer. He has more than 30 years experience in the financial world having served as vice president-assistant portfolio manager for Bank of West and held a variety of positions with Argonaut Insurance. Guastamachio also holds a seat on the Board of Directors for the California Insurance Guarantee Association.

Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) named Robert F. Probst as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Probst will assume his position in October and work with retiring Ventas CFO Richard A. Schweinhart through the transition. Probst served as senior vice president and chief financial officer for Beam Inc. from 2008 to 2014. From 2005 to 2008, Probst was vice president of finance, strategy and M&A for Baxter International Inc.’s $4 billion Medication Delivery business. Prior to that, he was with London-based Diageo plc, from 1997 to 2005. Earlier in his career, he was a finance manager for The Pillsbury Company and a commercial lending officer with the Northern Trust Bank.

Willis Group announced that Andrew Barbe has been named Chief Financial Officer. Barbe comes to Willis Group from the energy industry, where he held similar leadership roles. His prior experience includes positions as a Director with a financial advisory firm, several years in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as various managerial roles in operations and business development in the healthcare and professional employer industries.

Argan, Inc. (NYSE: AGX) announced that Arthur F. Trudel, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will retire as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President in January 2015. Mr. Trudel has been Argan’s CFO since joining the Company in April 2003. Cynthia Flanders, a member of Argan’s board of directors, will succeed Mr. Trudel as CFO. Mr. Trudel will remain an employee of Argan, Inc. functioning as Senior Advisor to Argan’s Chairman and CEO.

LENSAR Inc. announced the appointment of Peter J. Mariani as Chief Financial Officer. From June 2011 to June 2014 Mariani served as Chief Financial Officer at Hansen Medical. His experience also includes 12 years in senior financial positions with Guidant Corporation. He subsequently served as Chief Financial Officer of two private companies, Harlan Laboratories and BMW Constructors.

Airgain, Inc. announced that Leo Johnson has joined as the Chief Financial Officer. Johnson was working as the interim CFO for nearly two years. Previously, he held several financial positions at Verisign, Inc., including director of finance, a position he held since 2003. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Johnson served as CFO at Planning Technologies, Inc.

Overture announced the appointment of Greg Anglum as Chief Financial Officer. Anglum recently served as CFO at StrikeIron, Inc.

SUNZ Insurance Company announced that Linda Bishop has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Bishop has been serving as the controller for SUNZ since her hiring in 2008. Prior to joining SUNZ, Bishop spent six years at Kforce, Inc., as a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Planning department, conducting financial planning and analysis.

GlobeOne announced that Philip A. Valvardi has joined the firm with the dual role of Chief Financial Officer and Global Head of Business Development. Valvardi most recently served as the General Manager of the Prepaid Solutions business at Fiserv. He was CEO of Maverick Network Solutions, a company acquired by Fiserv in March 2011. He previously served as President of the MAC Network. He also previously held executive positions in the electronic payments and financial divisions of CoreStates Financial Corp., now part of Wells Fargo Bank.

Columbia Laboratories, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBRX) announced that the Board has named George O. Elston as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1. He succeeds Jonathan Lloyd Jones, who is stepping down from the role to pursue other opportunities. He joins Columbia from KBI Biopharma where he served as Senior Vice President and CFO. Mr. Elston is also a board member at Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. and chair of the audit committee, in addition to serving as a trustee for the Deutsche Bank DBX ETF Trust. Previously, Mr. Elston served as a senior executive at Optherion, Inc., and Elusys Therapeutics. In addition to these roles, Mr. Elston was the founder and managing partner at Chatham Street Partners.

Visible World announced that Justine Gaeta has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Gaeta was a member of the management team that sold the Mocean Mobile ad serving platform to PubMatic, Inc. For the five years prior to the sale, Gaeta was the VP Finance for Mojiva Inc., parent of Mocean Mobile. Gaeta began her career at AT&T, where she held increasingly senior positions in mergers and acquisitions, investor relations and corporate planning. Gaeta also served as VP Finance for Phorm, Inc.

Ixia (NASDAQ: XXIA) announced that its board of directors has appointed Brent Novak as its chief financial officer. Brent Novak has served as Ixia’s vice president, finance since 2006. In addition, he has served as acting chief financial officer since March 2014. Prior to joining Ixia in 2004 as senior director of finance, Novak served as director of finance and corporate development at Idealab. Novak began his career in the audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

USA Truck, Inc. (NASDAQ: USAK) announced the appointment of Michael K. Borrows as chief financial officer. Mr. Borrows held finance and accounting leadership positions of increasing responsibility for 14 years at Kansas City Southern and BNSF Railway. At Kansas City Southern, where his last position was senior vice president and chief accounting officer. Immediately prior to joining USA Truck, he served as senior vice president and managing director at Pollen, Inc. , a technology-based company doing business as C2FO. Prior to C2FO, Mr. Borrows was senior managing partner and chief financial officer of FinEquity Partners LLC. Mr. Borrows replaces Clifton R. Beckham, who, as previously announced, notified the Company in August 2014 of his plan to proceed with his resignation as executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Eventus Solutions Group announced that current Connect for Health Colorado Chief Financial Officer Cammie Blais will assume the role of Vice President of Customer Engagement. Prior to joining Connect for Health Colorado, Blais served for four years as owner of Bolder Business Solutions. Earlier Blais served for nearly seven years as Director of Operations and Finance at Newstrom-Davis Construction Company and 14 years in operational management positions at the Greenblock Worldwide Corporation and at Mayflower.

Kurion, Inc. announced the appointment of Stephen Wright as chief financial officer. Wright joins Kurion from Materia, Inc. where he was chief operating officer. Previously he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at AeroVironment Inc. Wright has also held CFO positions at L-3 Prime Wave Communications, Cellotape, Inc., Globalstar L.P., and Adicom Wireless, Inc.

SPI Solar (OTCL: SOPW) announced the appointment of Amy Jing Liu as Chief Financial Officer (principal financial officer) and Senior Vice President, replacing interim CFO Roger Le Yu. Since May 2009, Ms. Liu has served as an independent financial advisor advising primarily mid to late-stage high growth companies. From October 2007 to April 2009, Ms. Liu was the chief financial officer of Hanwha Solarone Co., Ltd. (formerly Solarfun Power Holdings).

Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT) announced that Doron Arazi has joined the company and will assume the responsibilities of Aviram Steinhart, as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective November 1, 2014. After this transition period, Mr. Steinhart will be leaving the company for another opportunity. Mr. Arazi is joining from Amdocs Limited, where he recently has been serving as vice president and customer business executive. Prior to joining Amdocs in 2010, as vice president of corporate economics, Mr. Arazi held several leadership roles with high-tech public companies, including three years as chief financial officer of Allot Communications Limited, as well as senior financial and management positions with Verint Systems Group. A certified public accountant (Israel), he began his career in public accounting with Kesselman & Kesselman (PricewaterhouseCoopers).

sPower (Sustainable Power Group) announced the promotion of current CFO, J.I. “Chip” Everest, to President.

A. M. Castle & Co. (NYSE: CAS) announced the appointment of Patrick Anderson as interim Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Scott Stephens, who is leaving the Company to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Anderson joined A. M. Castle in 2007 as Vice President, Corporate Controller & Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining A.M. Castle, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte.

BioNitrogen Holdings Corp. (PINK: BION) announced that Bryan Kornegay, its President and CFO, will be taking a leave of absence pending the resolution of a personal business matter unrelated to the company.

Silvaco, Inc. announced that CFO Gary Micchelli has stepped down. Ken Myers will serve as interim CFO.

Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) announced that James A. Graner has informed the company of his intention to retire as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Graner will continue as Chief Financial Officer while a replacement is being identified. The company expects that Mr. Graner’s retirement will become effective in August 2015 and that the new Chief Financial Officer will commence the position at that time.

Garden Fresh Restaurant Corp. announced that David A. Carr is joining the company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Carr previously served as Vice President of Finance for Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. Earlier positions with the company include VP of Financial Planning and Analysis, as well as roles in strategic planning, merchandise planning, technology and investor relations. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Financial Advisory Services Consulting Group.

Symmetry appointed Andy Breton as Chief Financial Officer.

Wells-Gardner Electronics Corporation (NYSE MKT: WGA) announced that Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer Jim Brace will cease his operating duties effective September 30, 2014 in connection with the recent sale of the LCD business. Renee Zimmerman, currently Wells-Gardner’s Vice President, Corporate Controller & Chief Information Officer, will succeed Mr. Brace as Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer on October 1, 2014. Ms. Zimmerman has been with Wells-Gardner since September 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Zimmerman was Senior Finance Manager at Tellabs Inc. from September 2002 to September 2006 and Cost Accounting Manager at Knowles Electronics, from April 2001 to September 2002, where she and Mr. Brace worked together.

American Railcar Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARII) announced that Dale C. Davies, ARI’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has retired. The Company appointed Umesh Choksi as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Choksi has served American Railcar Leasing LLC (ARL) and ACF Industries, LLC in various capacities since 1977, including roles as both CEO and CFO of ARL.

EveryWare Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVRY) announced that Joel Mostrom, a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal, will be appointed interim Chief Financial Officer, effective on October 3, 2014. Mr. Mostrom will succeed Bernard Peters.
