Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ: MSFT) announced that Teri List-Stoll, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Kraft Foods Group Inc. was appointed to the company’s board of directors and will join the board effective Oct. 1, 2014. List-Stoll is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Kraft Foods Group, Inc. Before joining Kraft, she served as senior vice president and treasurer at Procter & Gamble. Previously, over the course of a nearly 20-year career at Proctor & Gamble, she held finance leadership roles across a diverse range of areas including business unit management, supply chain, sales, accounting, and financial planning and analysis. She serves on the board of Danaher Corp. and as a trustee of the Financial Accounting Foundation. List-Stoll will be joining the audit committee.

RadioShack Corporation (NYSE: RSH) announced the appointment of Holly F. Etlin as interim chief financial officer, replacing John Feray. Mr. Feray resigned, citing personal reasons. Ms. Etlin, a managing director of AlixPartners and long-time RadioShack advisor, served as RadioShack’s interim CFO from July 2013 to February 2014.

Proformative announced the appointment of former Oracle EVP and CFO Jeffrey E. Epstein to its advisory board. Epstein currently serves as operating partner for Bessemer Venture Partners. Prior to joining Oracle, Epstein served as chief financial officer of several public and private companies, including DoubleClick, King World Productions and Nielsen’s Media Measurement and Information Group. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker at The First Boston Corporation. Epstein also serves on the boards of directors of Kaiser Permanente, The Priceline Group, Shutterstock and Global Eagle Entertainment. Epstein joins Oracle SVP of Finance and Treasury Dr. Eric Ball, and CFOs Stuart Brown of RedRobin and Daniel Carter of BevMo! on the advisory board.

AMD (NYSE: AMD) announced the appointment of Joseph A. Householder to its board of directors along with positions on the board’s Audit and Finance, and Nominating and Corporate Governance committees. Householder currently serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Sempra Energy. Householder has been with at Sempra Energy for 13 years, in addition to his former leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Unocal Corporation. He currently serves on the board of directors of multiple wholly- or majority-owned subsidiaries of Sempra Energy, including the Southern California Gas Company, San Diego Gas & Electric and Infraestructura Energetica Nova (IEnova), along with holding a position on the board of directors of the not-for-profit San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation.

The Arizona Coyotes hired Gregg Olson to be the chief financial officer. Olson formerly served as CFO for the San Jose Sharks and the Portland Trail Blazers. Olson replaced Avik Dey. Dey previous left to work in Toronto with the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board

Recyclebank announced that Katherine Butkevich has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Butkevich served as CFO of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). Before her time at the NAPW, Butkevich held leadership positions at the private equity firm Emigrant Capital and certain of its portfolio companies, GE Capital, North Fork Bancorp and KPMG.

Kadant Inc. (NYSE: KAI) announced that Thomas M. O’Brien, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will retire from the Company at the end of June 2015.

OvaScience (NASDAQ: OVAS) announced the appointment of Jeffrey Young to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Young joins OvaScience from Transmedics, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to serving as CFO of Transmedics, Mr. Young was CFO and Treasurer at Lantheus Medical Imaging, Inc. Before Lantheus, Mr. Young served as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Critical Therapeutics. Earlier in his career, Mr. Young held finance roles at PerkinElmer, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

NOXXON Pharma has appointed Don Munozto the newly created position of Chief Financial Officer. Before joining NOXXON Pharma, Don was Head of Investment Banking at Summer Street Research Partners. Prior to that, Don led the medical technology investment banking practices at Cowen & Company and Leerink Swann. He also spent approximately 10 years in the healthcare investment banking group at Alex Brown & Sons and its successor, Deutsche Bank Securities.

Rowan Companies plc (NYSE: RDC) announced that J. Kevin Bartol, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer, has decided to leave the Company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Bartol will continue to serve until a successor is chosen and a smooth transition is completed.

SRA International, Inc. announced the appointment of David Keffer as the company’s Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Keffer joined the company’s Financial Planning & Analysis team in 2003. He served as Director of Investor Relations and Vice President from 2006 to 2009 before gaining experience as a Strategic Acquisition Executive in SRA’s Corporate Growth organization. From 2011 to 2013, Keffer was the CFO of SRA’s National Security Sector, and has since served as the company’s Corporate Controller. Keffer began his career at Navigant Consulting and Maden Tech Consulting.

RMG Networks Holding Corporation (NASDAQ: RMGN) announced that William G. Cole has notified the board of directors that for personal health reasons he intends to retire as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer effective November 28, 2014.

Vantage Data Centers announced the appointment of David Renner as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Renner’s prior experience includes serving as CFO of Elo Touch Solutions, Inc. from 2010 to 2014, as well as CFO of Optium Corporation from 2001 to 2009. He previously served in variety of finance and accounting roles at JDS Uniphase Corporation over an 11-year period. Patrick Davis, who previously served as the CFO, will be leaving Vantage following a transition period.

Harleysville Savings Financial Corporation (OTC: HARL), holding company for Harleysville Savings Bank (the “Bank”), announced that Brendan J. McGill will assume the role of President and Chief Operating Officer. The position of Chief Financial Officer, formerly held by Mr. McGill, will be assumed by M. Shane Michalak. These new positions are for both the Company and the Bank. With over 20 years of banking experience, Mr. McGill joined the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Harleysville Savings Bank in September, 1999 as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In January, 2014 Mr. McGill was elected as a director of the Bank and the Company. Mr. Michalak joined the Bank in September 2002, and has served as Vice President, Controller and Treasurer.

Spredfast announced the appointment of Tim Barker as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Tim served as the CFO and Treasurer for RealPage, Inc. (NYSE: RP). Tim joined RealPage in 2005. Prior to RealPage, Tim was the CFO of etalk, which was acquired by Autonomy. Earlier in his career, Tim held executive finance and accounting roles at companies including Sourcecorp, Arthur Andersen LLP, and Sunbelt National Mortgage Corporation.

Retrophin, Inc. (NASDAQ: RTRX) announced that Marc Panoff has decided to leave his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to pursue other career opportunities. Mr. Panoff will continue overseeing financial operations until a CFO replacement is in place.

Airlines for America announced the promotion of current Chief Financial Officer, Paul Archambeault, to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial and Operating Officer. Archambeault joined A4A in 1991, and has held various roles of increasing responsibility throughout multiple disciplines within the association.

Ruder Finn, Inc. announced that it has hired Peggy Walsh as its Global Chief Financial Officer. Peggy is coming to Ruder Finn from Ketchum, where she spent 15 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Finance and Operations.

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. (NYSE: BBW) announced the appointment of Voin Todorovic as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Todorovic was most recently employed at Wolverine World Wide, Inc. as the head of finance and operations for its Lifestyle Group. Prior to his tenure at Wolverine World Wide he held positions of increasing responsibility at Payless Shoe Source and Collective Brands. Todorovic will assume the Chief Financial Officer responsibilities from Tina Klocke, who had been serving as both the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Klocke will remain with the Company through the first quarter of 2015 and will retain her position as Chief Operating Officer during this time.

SED International Holdings, Inc. (OTC: SEDN) announced the appointment of Juan Orlando Bravo as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. From 2010-2014, he was at The Brink’s Company where he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Latin America region. Prior to joining Brink’s, Orlando served as Finance Director of Lexmark International’s Latin America region. Before Lexmark, he held various financial management and leadership roles at various multinational companies such as 3Com and Perkin Elmer. He started his career at KPMG Peat Marwick.

Sparton Corporation (NYSE: SPA) announced that Don Pearson has been appointed as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Pearson most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AMCOL International Corporation. Prior to joining AMCOL, Mr. Pearson was Vice President of Finance for the North American business unit of UPM-Kymmene Corporation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pearson held financial leadership roles with Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), and a North American business unit of Tate & Lyle PLC. Mr. Pearson started his career with Coopers & Lybrand in Chicago. Mr. Pearson replaces Mark Schlei who is leaving Sparton to pursue other career opportunities.

Exterran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EXH) announced the appointment of Jon C. Biro as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Biro most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Consolidated Graphics, Inc. Prior to joining Consolidated Graphics in 2008, Biro held several executive positions with ICO, Inc. He was Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ICO from 2002 to 2008 and served as its Interim Chief Executive Officer from July 2003 to February 2004. Biro was also a member of the ICO board of directors from 2003 to 2008. Prior to being named Chief Financial Officer of ICO, Inc., Biro served as ICO’s Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer. He began his career with ICO in 1994, as Controller. Prior to his employment with ICO, Biro was employed by PriceWaterhouse Coopers LLP.

Bankrate, Inc. (NYSE: RATE) announced the appointment of Steven D. Barnhart, as interim Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Edward J. DiMaria, Senior Vice President and Bankrate’s current Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Barnhart was most recently Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores. Prior to that, he was CFO at Bally Total Fitness. From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Barnhart served in various executive leadership roles at Orbitz Worldwide, including Chief Financial Officer, President and then Chief Executive Officer. From 1990 to 2003, Mr. Barnhart served in various finance and strategy roles for PepsiCo, and as Finance Director, Southeast Business Unit, The Pepsi Bottling Group. Mr. Barnhart currently serves as the lead Independent Director on the Board of USA Technologies. Mr. DiMaria has resigned his position as Chief Financial Officer of Bankrate. He will remain a Senior Vice President of Bankrate.

Antares Pharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATRS) announced that Robert F. Apple has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Until the role of CFO is filled, Mr. Apple will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer as he has since he joined Antares Pharma in 2006. Mr. Apple joined the Company in February 2006 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and President of the Parenteral Products Group in 2008. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Apple served as Chief Operating and Financial Officer at InKine Pharmaceutical Company, Inc. (“InKine”) from 2003 to 2005, and Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 2002.

Rubicon Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: RBCN) announced that it has appointed William Weissman, currently CFO, as interim CEO.

RAMP announced that it has hired Bob Orlando as its new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining RAMP, Bob was a CFO and VP of Finance at CallMiner, Inc. He’s also been a CFO and VP of Finance at Camiant, Inc., Switchboard and Mathsoft.

Keysight Technologies, Inc., the spinoff electronic measurement company of Agilent Technologies, announced plans to appoint Charles J. Dockendorffto its board of directors. Dockendorff is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Covidien plc. He has held the position at Covidien and its predecessor, Tyco Healthcare, since 1995. Dockendorff joined Kendall Healthcare Products in 1989 as controller. He previously, held leadership positions at Epsco, Inc. and Infrared Industries. Dockendorff also worked as an accountant at Arthur Young & Company (now Ernst & Young) and the General Motors Corporation. Keysight expects Dockendorff’s appointment to become effective concurrently with, or shortly before, the completion of the Keysight spinoff, currently targeted for November 2014.

TerraForm Power, Inc. (NASDAQ: TERP) announced that Alejandro “Alex” Hernandez has been appointed as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective on September 29, 2014, his start date with the company. Prior to joining TerraForm Power, Mr. Hernandez was Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Hernandez joined Goldman Sachs in August 2005 and was named Managing Director in November 2012. Mr. Hernandez replaces Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, who will return to EverStream Energy Capital Management in San Francisco, California to continue to work with SunEdison and TerraForm Power on joint projects and strategic initiatives.

Merchants Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: MBVT), the parent company of Merchants Bank, announced that Janet P. Spitler, Merchants Bancshares, Inc. Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, is resigning effective December 31, 2014 to pursue other professional interests.

Asset International, Inc. announced that it has hired Carolyn Ullerick as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Ullerick was most recently the Global Chief Financial Officer for Reed Elsevier’s LexisNexis Group. In addition to her time as CFO at LexisNexis Group, Ullerick was Chief Financial Officer for Frito-Lay, Canada and VP-Finance for Southam Newspaper Group.

Nuclea Biotechnologies, Inc. announced the hiring of their new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Bern Whitney. Whitney is currently a partner at FLG Partners, a leading CFO advisory firm, and has served on both public company and private entity boards.
