ClickSoftware Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CKSW) announced that Joel Jeselsohn has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective November 1st, 2014. He will be succeeding Shmuel Arvatz, who is departing the Company. Mr. Jeselsohn, previously the Company’s Vice President Finance and Operations of the Americas, has been with the Company since 2003 and has served in various financial and business roles.

Avery Dennison Corporation (NYSE: AVY) announced that it has appointed Mitchell R. Butier as president and chief operating officer, effective November 1. Mr. Butier has been the company’s senior vice president and chief financial officer since June 2010, and will continue to serve as CFO until a successor is named. Butier joined Avery Dennison from PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2000. Prior to being named senior vice president and chief financial officer, he served from 2007 to 2010 as corporate vice president, global finance, and chief accounting officer. Prior to 2007, he held other senior leadership roles across the company.

NewMarket Corporation (NYSE: NEU) announced that David A. Fiorenza, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, intends to retire on March 1, 2015. David became the Chief Financial Officer of the company in 2011, having previously served as the Principal Financial Officer since 2000 and as Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 1997. He joined the company in 1974 as a computer programmer in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. Brian D. Paliotti will succeed David as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NewMarket Corporation on January 1, 2015. At such time, David will continue to serve as a Vice President of NewMarket and assist in the transition until his retirement. Mr. Paliotti joined NewMarket in 2008 as Financial Officer for Afton Chemical Corporation, NewMarket’s largest subsidiary, and was subsequently appointed Vice President, Finance, NewMarket Services Corporation, on May 1, 2013. Prior to joining NewMarket, Brian worked at United Technologies and the Eastman Kodak Company in various finance positions.

Invoca announced that Cynthia Stephens has joined Invoca’s leadership team as chief financial officer. Stephens was most recently SVP and CFO of Harvest Power. Prior to Harvest Power, she held various executive positions, including CFO for Infoseek. Stephens brings additional financial leadership experience from companies such as OpenView Venture Partners, CodeGear/Borland Software, Pharsight, Calico Commerce, and Fractal Design.

NinthDecimal announced Jeff Stephens has joined the company as chief financial officer. Stephens joins NinthDecimal following his role as as CFO at inPowered. His previous experience includes working as the senior vice president, finance and administration, at QuinStreet. He also served as CFO for hi5 Networks.

RRD International announced the addition of Brian R. Gallagher to the executive team. Gallagher joins RRD as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Brian Gallagher’s previous experience includes positions at Merck & Company, Therakos, a Johnson & Johnson company, and Adolor Corporation. Most recently, Gallagher was vice president of finance for Optimer Pharmaceuticals.

SunCoke Energy, Inc. (NYSE: SXC) and SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: SXCP) announced that Fay West has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of both companies. Mark E. Newman, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has accepted the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DuPont’s new Performance Chemicals Company. Ms. West currently is the Company’s Vice President and Controller, a position she has held since February 2011. In July 2012, she was appointed Vice President and Controller of SunCoke Energy Partners GP LLC, the general partner of SunCoke Energy Partners, L.P., the Company’s publicly traded master limited partnership subsidiary. Previously, Ms. West was Assistant Controller at United Continental Holdings, Inc. from April 2010 to January 2011. She was Vice President, Accounting and Financial Reporting for PepsiAmericas, Inc. from December 2006 through March 2010 and Director of Financial Reporting from December 2005 to December 2006. Ms. West was Vice President and Controller of GATX Rail Company from 2001 to 2005 and Assistant Controller of GATX Corporation from 2000 to 2001.

TrialScope announced that it has appointed Richard Aguinaldo as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining TrialScope, Aguinaldo served as CFO for Activu Corporation. Before joining Activu, Aguinaldo was Finance Director at ShoreTel, Inc. Previous to ShoreTel, Aguinaldo was the VP, Finance and Controller for M5 Networks, Inc. for eight years.

Western World Insurance Group announced that Robert J. Livingston, the current Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer, who has been with Western World for 37 years, will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer. Bob Livingston first became an officer of Western World Insurance Group in 1980 when he was elected Assistant Treasurer, and has held positions of increasing responsibility before being elected to his current position in 2010.

Value Place announced the appointment of Stuart Becker to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Becker brings with him four years of experience serving as a CFO at Summit Hotel Properties Inc. Before his tenure at Summit, Becker spent three years as partner and CFO of Summit Green Tiger, LLC.

Medbox, Inc. (OTC: MDBX) announced the appointment of Doug Mitchell as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mitchell is replacing Thomas Iwanski who served Medbox as a part time CFO, and resigned to facilitate the continued development of the company with the addition of a full time CFO. Mr. Mitchell’s previous positions have included CFO for Chicago Pizza & Brewery, Inc., now renamed BJ’s Restaurants, Inc.; V.P. Finance for Borland Software Corporation; and CFO for Commerce Energy Group, Inc. He also served as interim CFO for eTelecare Global Solutions, Inc.

Wilsonart announced the appointment of Jeffrey S. Lee to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Lee joins Wilsonart from Contech Engineered Solutions, where he served as CFO for seven years. Prior to Contech, Lee spent 12 years with Eaton Corporation, where he held various domestic and international financial roles of increasing responsibility.

Tandon Digital Inc. announced Thomas Dulek as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dulek joins Tandon Digital with over 30 years of experience as a senior leader in public accounting. Tom’s broad range of clients has included private and public companies both domestic and international. Most recently, Mr. Dulek has operated a sole accounting and finance advisory practice in the greater Los Angeles area.

Harsco Corporation (NYSE: HSC) announced the appointment of Peter F. Minan as Chief Financial Officer, effective November 11, 2014. Mr. Minan joins Harsco with experience from a nearly 30-year career with KPMG, where his roles included National Managing Partner, U.S. Audit Practice, and Partner in Charge, Washington/Baltimore Audit Practice. Named a partner in the firm in 1993, Pete also served as global lead partner for several multinational Fortune 500 industrial and consumer audit clients. His most recent role was VP Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit with Computer Sciences Corporation.

Raptor Pharmaceutical Corp. (NASDAQ: RPTP) announced that Georgia Erbez, Chief Financial Officer since September 2012, will be leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. Frank Lanza has been appointed as interim Principal Financial and Accounting Officer. Mr. Lanza has served as the company’s Controller since February 2013.

Avionté announced that Mark H. Young was hired as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before joining the team at Avionté, Young held the role of General Counsel and Chairman of the Board at MentorMate, LLC. He also spent four years at Blue Rock Advisors as their Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel and nearly 12 years at Personnel Decisions International Corporation (PDI).
