Time Warner Cable announced that Arthur T. Minson, Jr. has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The company also announced that Irene M. Esteves will be leaving the company. Mr. Minson rejoins Time Warner Cable from AOL Inc., where he served since 2009 in a number of senior management roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Mr. Minson joined Time Warner Cable in 2006 as Senior Vice President of Finance and became Executive Vice President and Deputy CFO in 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Minson was Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance and Development at AOL. He’s also held senior finance positions at AMC Networks (formerly Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc.) and Time Warner Inc.

Comcast Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCSA, CMCSK) announced that it has promoted Cathy Avgiris to Chief Financial Officer of Comcast Cable, effective July 1, 2013. Ms. Avgiris is a 21-year Comcast veteran. She succeeds Dave Scott, who is retiring after twenty years with the Company. Prior to joining Comcast in 1992, Ms. Avgiris spent 11 years in finance, serving as Chief Financial Officer of Drexel Industries, Inc., a publicly held company, and as an Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche.

Yodlee announced that Mike Armsby has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Marc Blouin, who has served as interim CFO since October, will transition into his new role as Senior Vice President of Finance. Mike Armsby joins Yodlee after serving as CFO for View, Inc. – formerly Soladigm. Armsby’s professional experience spans 20 years and includes positions at Price Waterhouse, Bain & Company, Synopsys and the position of CFO for PowerLight.

BioTime, Inc. (NYSE: BTX) announced that its Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Robert W. Peabody, will reassume the additional role of Chief Financial Officer. BioTime’s current Chief Financial Officer, Peter S. Garcia, has resigned his position with BioTime and its subsidiaries effective May 10, 2013. Mr. Peabody previously served as BioTime’s Chief Financial Officer in 2010 and 2011. His experience includes public accounting with Ernst & Young, and as a financial executive for a Fortune 500 specialty chemical manufacturer, and as Vice President of a public biotechnology company.

PDL BioPharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: PDLI) announced that the Company has appointed Peter S. Garcia to the position of vice president, chief financial officer (CFO) and acting chief accounting officer. Mr. Garcia joins PDL from BioTime, Inc. (NYSE: BTX) where he served as CFO since 2011. Between the years of 1996 and 2011, Mr. Garcia was CFO of six biotech and high-tech companies, including Marina Biotech, Nanosys, Nuvelo, Novacept, IntraBiotics Pharmaceuticals and Dendreon Corporation. From 1990 to 1996, he was a finance executive with Amgen.

Cyalume Technologies Holdings, Inc. (OTC: CYLU) announced that it has appointed Michael J. Pellicci as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Pellicci will succeed Michael Bielonko, who will assume the responsibilities of Vice President of Finance. Pellicci most recently held the positions of President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Tropical Shipping and Construction Company Limited. He joined Tropical in March 2006 as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Tropical, he was Senior Vice President – Finance and Planning, Treasurer & Chief Accounting Officer at Seabulk International, Inc. Previously, he held several financial positions including Director of Corporate Finance and Corporate Controller at Caraustar Industries, Inc.

Clean Power Finance announced the appointment of Michael Pope as chief financial officer (CFO). Before joining the company, Michael was the COO and CFO of MarketTools.com. Prior to MarketTools.com, Michael served as VP for the office of the CEO of BearingPoint and as president and COO of Network General, which was acquired by NetScout Systems. Before that, he was president and CEO of DigitalThink, EVP and CFO of Dionex, and a bank examiner at the New York Federal Reserve.

bebe stores, inc. (NASDAQ: BEBE) announced that it has promoted Liyuan Woo to the position of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Ms. Woo, who currently serves as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer and Vice President-Corporate Controller, has been with bebe stores since 2010. As CFO, Ms. Woo will succeed Walter J. Parks, Chief Operating Officer (“COO”) and Chief Financial Officer, who is departing the Company effective May 3, 2013. Prior to joining bebe, Ms. Woo held a Senior Manager position with the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche, LLP in its Mergers and Acquisitions Transaction Services Group.

AmeriGas Propane Inc., general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P. (NYSE:APU) announced that Hugh J. Gallagher has been elected vice president – finance and chief financial officer of AmeriGas Propane, Inc. Mr. Gallagher will also continue to serve as treasurer of UGI Corporation and AmeriGas until a successor is named to that position. Mr. Gallagher will succeed John Iannarelli, who previously announced his intention to leave the company. Mr. Gallagher joined UGI Corporation in 1990 and has served both UGI and AmeriGas in various finance, accounting and operations roles including treasurer, director of treasury services and investor relations, director – business development and director – financial planning and analysis.

GEO Semiconductor Inc. announced that Eric Erdman has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Erdman most recently served as CFO at ViXS Systems Inc., and previously served as CFO and interim CEO at Genesis Microchip as well as CFO at Silicon Optix Messrs.

Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (OTC: BLVT) announced that C. William Colburn resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. William McMillen was appointed to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

ENSERVCO Corporation (OTCQB: ENSV) announced Robert Devers has been appointed chief financial officer. Devers most recently was an independent consultant to public companies in the mining and beverage distribution industries. From 2007 to 2011 he served as chief financial officer of Silver Bull Resources. Devers also served as senior director of financial analysis and internal audit of The Broe Companies Inc. Devers assumes the CFO role from Rick Kasch, who has been serving dual roles as both president and CFO since July 2011. Kasch will continue in his role as president.

FacilitySource announced the appointments of Amy Bobbitt to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Bobbitt, formerly a manager at Deloitte, has held multiple senior leadership positions over the past 20 years, including that of CFO at Cranial Technologies, Inc., COMSYS IT Partners, Inc., and Pima Capital Development Company, as well as the Corporate Controller position at Amkor Technologies and Rockford Corporation.

Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTBI) announced that Kevin J. Stumbo has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Mr. Stumbo serves as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc., Executive Vice President of Community Trust Bank, Inc., and Vice President of Community Trust and Investment Company. Mr. Stumbo has been with Community Trust for more than 18 years. During that time, his positions have included General Accounting Manager and Controller. Prior to working for Community Trust, Mr. Stumbo was CFO of Our Lady of the Way Hospital and CFO of First Guaranty Bank.

SBT Bancorp, Inc. (OTC: SBTB), the holding company for The Simsbury Bank & Trust Company, announced today that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Anthony F. Bisceglio has informed the company of his plans to retire in 2014.

UQM Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: UQM) announced that it has appointed David I. Rosenthal as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rosenthal was a director and served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Cyanotech Corporation. Prior to that Mr. Rosenthal served as Chief Financial Officer for Sanz, Inc. and Hickory Farms, portfolio companies of the private-equity firm Sun Capital Partners. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rosenthal served as the Chief Financial Officer of publicly-traded companies including Spectralink Corporation, Startek, Inc., Celestial Seasonings and Hauser, Inc. Mr. Rosenthal will replace Donald A. French, who is retiring after 25 years as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer.

AdCare Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE: ADK) announced that Ronald W. Fleming will join AdCare’s senior management team as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently Mr. Fleming held the position of CFO for the largest oncology physician practice in Georgia. Prior to that, he was CFO of a skilled nursing startup. The bulk of Mr. Fleming’s experience was as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Mariner Health Care, Inc.

Schedulicity, Inc. announced the appointment of Joshua Spitzer as CEO. Spitzer previously served as Schedulicity’s COO and CFO.

Capital Group Holdings, Inc. (OTC: CGHC) announced the appointment of Thomas P. Meola as acting Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company. Mr. Meola is a certified public accountant in Arizona and is the managing member of Tailor Made Business Solutions PLLC (TMBS). Prior to his appointment at Capital Group, Mr. Meola was Vice President of Financial Operations for Vulcan, Inc., between 2006 and 2010. From 2000 to 2004 Mr. Meola served as Senior Vice President of Financial Systems and Global Purchasing for MasterCard International. Prior to MasterCard, Mr. Meola was Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller of Bowne & Co.

FreightCar America, Inc. (NASDAQ: RAIL) announced the appointment of current Chief Financial Officer Joseph (Joe) E. McNeely to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. McNeely has extensive railcar industry experience and has held the position of Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since 2010. Mr. McNeely joined FreightCar America in 2010 from Mitsui Rail Capital, LLC., where he was Vice President Sales and Marketing. Previously, Mr. McNeely held positions at GATX Corporation, including Vice President Finance for GATX Rail.

K12 Inc. (NYSE: LRN) announced that James Rhyu become Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in early June. Mr. Rhyu joins K12 from Match.com, where he has served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer since 2011. Prior to his roles at Match.com, Mr. Rhyu was a Senior Vice President of Finance at Dow Jones & Company. Previously, Mr. Rhyu served for three years as the Corporate Controller of Sirius XM Radio Inc. and its predecessor company, XM Satellite Radio, as well as serving in the same role for Graftech International.

Contec Holdings, Ltd. announced the appointment of Jochen Vogt as its new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Contec, Mr. Vogt served as Vice President Operations Finance at Verifone (NYSE:PAY). Prior to that time, Mr. Vogt served in a number of Controller and finance positions at Sanmina-SCI, and Nortel Networks.

DICK’s Sporting Goods, Inc. (NYSE: DKS) announced that Andre J. Hawaux will join the company in June, 2013 as Executive Vice President–Finance, Administration and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hawaux was most recently as President, Consumer Foods at ConAgra Foods, Inc.. Previously, he served as ConAgra Foods’ Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2009. Prior to ConAgra Foods, Mr. Hawaux served as general manager of a large U.S. division of PepsiAmericas and previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Pepsi-Cola North America and Pepsi International’s China business unit. Mr. Hawaux succeeds Timothy Kullman, who is retiring as previously announced.

Brand USA announced Donald Richardson has joined the organization as chief financial officer. A former partner with KPMG, Richardson was responsible for spearheading service delivery to several non-Department of Defense (DoD) U.S. government agencies, including the Executive Office of the President, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Sergeant at Arms of the Senate, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, and the Department of Agriculture. Following the spinoff of KPMG to BearingPoint, Richardson served as managing director and partner. Richardson currently serves on the boards of the DC Public Library Foundation, the YMCA of Metropolitan Washington, the District of Columbia Urban League Finance Committee, and the Shiloh Baptist Church.

SnapLogic announced the appointment of Spencer Punter as chief financial officer. Punter joined SnapLogic from Capital Dynamics where he was managing director, head of US venture capital and responsible for oversight of the firm’s West Coast office. Previously, he held venture capital investment positions with Bay Partners, Bowman Capital and Integral Capital Partners. Earlier in his career, he worked in the technology investment banking group at Morgan Stanley. Punter was also co-founder and chief executive of ApexMD.

Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD) announced the appointment of Bob L. Corey to serve as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, effective as of May 31, 2013. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Corey served as the chief financial officer of FrontRange Solutions USA Inc. since May 2012. Prior to FrontRange, he served in various roles at Extreme Networks, Inc. from July 2009 to March 2011, ultimately as interim chief executive officer and executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to Extreme Networks, Mr. Corey held a variety of executive positions, including executive vice president and chief financial officer, at Thor Technologies, Inc. from May 2003 to January 2006. Mr. Corey currently serves as a member of the board of directors and as chairman of the audit committee for Apigee Corporation. Mr. Corey is replacing Ronald J. Fior, who has served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Finance & Operations and Chief Financial Officer for the past ten years.

CVS Caremark Corporation (NYSE: CVS) announced that Laird K. Daniels, formerly Senior Vice President – Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, has assumed the role of Senior Vice President – International Operations and Business Development. In his new role Mr. Daniels will report directly to the Registrant’s President and Chief Executive Officer. The Company also announced that David M. Denton, the Registrant’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has assumed the additional roles of Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.

CKX Lands, Inc. (NYSE : CKX) announced that Brian R. Jones was elected Chief Executive Officer and President of CKX Lands, Inc. Mr. Jones also serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of CKX Lands, Inc. and has served in this capacity since 2006. CFO Moves – week ending May 10, 2013

Microsoft Corp. announced that Amy Hood was named Microsoft chief financial officer, succeeding outgoing CFO Peter Klein who will remain at Microsoft through the end of June to ensure a smooth transition. Hood joined Microsoft in December 2002 and currently serves as CFO of MBD. Previously, Hood served as chief of staff in the Server and Tools group, then ran the strategy and business development team in MBD before becoming CFO of the division in January 2010. Before joining Microsoft as a part of the investor relations group, she worked at Goldman Sachs in various roles including investment banking and capital markets groups.

American Express (NYSE: AXP) announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Dan Henry, has announced his planned retirement. Mr. Henry plans to stay with the company as CFO until his successor is in place. Todd Penegor

The Wendy’s Company (NASDAQ: WEN) announced that Todd Penegor, most recently President of the Kellogg Company’s U.S. Snacks Division, will join Wendy’s in June. Following a transition period, Penegor will succeed Steve Hare as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on September 1 and Hare will retire from the Company. Penegor has been Vice President, Kellogg Company, and President of the $4 billion in sales U.S. Snacks division for the past 4½ years. He was also a member of Kellogg’s North America leadership team and is the executive sponsor of the Kellogg African American Resource Group. Penegor joined Kellogg in 2000 as Senior Director, Global Financial Strategy and Planning. He was promoted to Vice President, Finance, Corporate Financial Planning in 2001. In February 2002, he was promoted to VP and CFO, Kellogg USA and in May 2002, was appointed VP and CFO for Kellogg’s Snacks. In 2007, he was promoted to VP and CFO for Kellogg Europe. Prior to joining Kellogg, Penegor spent 12 years with Ford Motor Company in various positions, including strategy, M&A, the controller’s office and treasury.

GoDaddy announced its new Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer Scott Wagner. Wagner was a KKR Capstone Member and the leader of KKR’s portfolio operations team in North America, who stepped in as GoDaddy’s interim CEO last summer. Wagner began working with GoDaddy a short time after KKR, Silver Lake Partners and Technology Crossover Ventures made strategic investments in the company in 2011.

KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) announced that Jeffrey B. Weeden, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the Company of his plan to retire after nearly 11 years in the role.

Citrix Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTXS) announced the appointment of a new director, Robert (Bob) D. Daleo, who served as vice chairman of Thomson Reuters Corporation in 2012 and as executive vice president and chief financial officer from November 1998 to January 2011, to its board of directors. Daleo began his career with Thomson in 1994 when he joined Thomson Newspapers as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Beginning in 1996, he served as chief operating officer of Thomson Newspapers, and was responsible for a significant portion of its U.S. operations. In 1997, he was appointed senior vice president of Thomson Corporation responsible for finance, operations, business development and strategy. Prior to joining The Thomson Corporation, he held various financial and operations positions with McGraw-Hill and Automatic Data Processing. Daleo is also a member of the board of directors for Equifax, is chairman of the Fordham University Board of Trustees, and is Chairman of the New Jersey Community Development Corporation.Michael Hughes

FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (NYSE: FCH) announced the appointment of Michael C. Hughes as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, effective July 1, 2013. Mr. Hughes succeeds Andrew J. Welch, who is leaving the company after 15 years of service. Mr. Welch will remain with FelCor through December 31, 2013 to facilitate the transition. Before undertaking his new role, Mr. Hughes served as FelCor’s Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer. He joined the company in 2006 as Vice President, Finance and assumed additional responsibilities as the company’s Treasurer in 2009. Mr. Hughes has more than 15 years of experience in finance, having also served as the Vice President of Corporate Finance for Wyndham International, Inc. (which he joined in 2002) and as a business consultant with Maverick Management LLC.

WANdisco (LSE: WAND) announces the appointment of Paul Harrison as the Company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Mr Harrison, who will be based in California, joins WANdisco from The Sage Group plc. Mr Harrison joined Sage in 1997 from Price Waterhouse to become Group Financial Controller. He joined the Board of Sage in April 2000 as Chief Financial Officer. In May 2007, he was appointed to the Board of Hays plc as a Non-Executive Director and, in November 2011, became its Senior Independent non-executive director. Mr Harrison’s appointment will take effect from 1 September 2013.

Direxion announced that Patrick Rudnick has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Direxion. Mr. Rudnick was most recently a Vice President in the Fund Administration division of U.S. Bancorp Fund Services. Mr. Rudnick began his career as a Fund Accountant at U.S. Bancorp. Mr. Rudnick served as an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers before rejoining U.S. Bancorp in 2006.

Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO) announced the promotion of Jaime J. Cannon to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cannon joined Terreno Realty Corporation in March 2010 and currently serves as Senior Vice President overseeing finance and accounting. Prior to joining Terreno Realty Corporation, he worked at AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis), from 2003 to 2010 in various capacities, most recently as Vice President, Treasury.

Saba (OTC: SABA) announced the appointment of Mark W. Robinson as Chief Financial Officer. Saba anticipates that Mr. Robinson will assume his new position with the Company on or prior to June 3, 2013. He joins Saba after spending nearly five years with Calypso Technology, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Calypso Technology, Inc., he served as Chief Financial Officer of Discus Dental. He was previously Chief Financial Officer of Q Comm International. He also served in several other management roles at companies including Prometrix/KLA-Tencor and Hewlett Packard Corporation.

AAR Corp. (NYSE: AIR) announced that John Fortson will join the Company on July 1, 2013, as Vice President of Finance. Fortson will then become Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on July 19, 2013, or as soon as possible following the filing of the Company’s Form 10-K for its fiscal year ending May 31, 2013. Mr. Fortson joins the Company from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he held the position of Managing Director, Investment Banking. Fortson joined Merrill Lynch in 1998 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2007. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Fortson served for seven years as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army, with his final assignment as a company commander in the storied 82d Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C.Vera Primm

Citizens Community Bank (OTC: CZYB) announced the addition of Vera H. Primm as its new Chief Financial Officer. She succeeds James R. Black following his promotion to Bank President and CEO last November. Primm previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Bank of Virginia, Peoples Bank of Virginia and F&M Bank.

NGL Energy Partners LP (NYSE:NGL) announced that Atanas H. Atanasov has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Most recently Mr. Atanasov was the Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. Prior to joining NGL Energy Partners in November 2011, Atanasov spent 9 years at GE Capital both in lending and leveraged equity. Prior to GE Capital, he was with the Williams Company.

Retrophin, Inc. (OTC: RTRX) announced that it has named Marc L. Panoff as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer. Most recently, Mr. Panoff was a Senior Partner and Vice President of Finance at GroupM North America. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer of Neurologix Inc. and Nephros, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was Corporate Controller for Medicis Pharmaceutical Corporation.

Coeur d’Alene Mines Corporation (NYSE: CDE) announced that Peter C. Mitchell has been appointed to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective June 3, 2013. Mr. Mitchell has served as Chief Financial Officer of Taseko Mines Limited since September 2008. Previously, Mr. Mitchell has served as President of Florida Career College; President and Chief Executive Officer of Vatterott Educational Centers, Inc.; Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Von Hoffmann Corporation; Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Crown Packaging Ltd.; and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Paperboard Industries Corporation.

Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY) announced that John C. Lechleiter, Ph.D., chairman, president, and chief executive officer, will be taking a medical leave of absence. Derica W. Rice, executive vice president, Global Services and chief financial officer, will assume the additional role of acting chief executive officer during Lechleiter’s leave. Rice has more than 22 years of service with Eli Lilly and Company, including leadership roles in finance and general management. He became chief financial officer in 2006 and assumed leadership of the company’s global services organization in 2010.

Comstock Resources, Inc. (NYSE: CRK) announced the appointment of Roland O. Burns as President. Mr. Burns has been with Comstock since 1991. Mr. Burns will retain his responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer.

Egalet Ltd. announced the appointment of Stan Musial as chief financial officer (CFO). Stan most recently spent six years as vice president of finance and administration, chief financial officer, treasurer and secretary of Prism Pharmaceuticals, which was successfully sold to Baxter Healthcare in 2011. Prior to joining Prism he held the position of vice president, finance, and CFO for Strategic Diagnostics, Inc. He began his career with KPMG LLP. Temple Weiss

Pegasus Solutions has named Temple Weiss chief financial officer. Most recently, Weiss served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of ACE Cash Express, Inc. in Irving, Tex. Prior to that, he was with LQ Management and La Quinta Corporation for more than 10 years. At La Quinta Corporation, he held various finance positions, ultimately serving as vice president, development. With LQ Management, he held the role of executive vice president, development and acquisitions, and later, executive vice president and chief financial officer. He began his career with Bristol Hotels & Resorts in Dallas.

Hampshire Group, Limited (OTC: HAMP) announced that Maura McNerney Langley, Hampshire’s Chief Financial Officer, has resigned to pursue another opportunity.

Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) announced the appointment of Alexander J. Jessett as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jessett succeeds Dennis M. Steen, who is retiring after serving as Camden’s Chief Financial Officer since 2003. Mr. Jessett joined Camden’s Finance department in 1999 and has served as Senior Vice President – Finance and Treasurer since 2009.

Appirio announced the appointment of Jeff Epstein to its Board of Directors. Jeff will chair Appirio’s Audit Committee and is the company’s second independent board director. Jeff brings more than 25 years of financial expertise to Appirio, and is currently an operating partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. Siemens Enterprise Communications announced Mark Greenquist has joined the company in the role of Chief Financial Officer. Greenquist joins Siemens Enterprise Communications from Telcordia Technologies, Inc., where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer, and, previously, as CFO. Greenquist has a track record of success in senior financial positions at Symbol Technologies, Agere Systems and General Motors Europe. Greenquist takes over from Ray Leclercq, who had served as CFO in an interim capacity. Leclercq will remain with Siemens Enterprise Communications leading internal transformation programs, as well as his role within the Gores Group, Siemens Enterprise Communications’ principal shareholder.

Healthcare Corporation of America (OTC: SWCAL) has named Yoram Bibring its chief financial officer, effective June 3. Mr. Bibring was most recently at financial-software company Fundtech from 2001 through 2012. Prior to joining Fundtech, Mr. Bibring was CFO at ViryaNet.

magicJack VocalTec Ltd. (NASDAQ: CALL) announced that Jose Gordo has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gordo joined magicJack in early 2013. In 2011, he co-founded Southcap Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Gordo was a Managing Director of a private equity firm and was a partner at the national law firm of Akerman Senterfitt. Acorn Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACFN) announced that Joe Musanti has been named President and CEO of GridSense™. Mr. Musanti was named COO/CFO of GridSense in January 2013, following his resignation from the Acorn Energy Board of Directors, where he served from September 2007 until December 2012. Ambient Corporation (NASDAQ: AMBT) announced that Mark Fidler has resigned from the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President in order to pursue other opportunities. The company appointed Stacey Fitzgerald as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Fitzgerald has been Controller of the Company since July 9, 2012. SeaChange International (NASDAQ: SEAC) announced that Michael Bornak has resigned as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 31, 2013, to accept a position at another publicly traded company. Effective June 1, 2013, Anthony Dias, SeaChange’s Chief Accounting Officer, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dias joined SeaChange in 2007 as Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. He became Chief Accounting Officer in 2012. Riverbed Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: RVBD) appointed Ernest E. Maddock as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Maddock will serve as Riverbed’s Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. As previously announced, Randy S. Gottfried resigned as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer (including Principal Financial and Accounting Officer) of Riverbed. Mr. Maddock had previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lam Research Corporation. From October 2003 to September 2008, Mr. Maddock served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations of Lam Research.

Midas Medici Group Holdings, Inc. (OTC: MMED) announced that Johnson Kachidza resigned as President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Kachidza will continue to serve as a member of the Company’s board of directors. On an interim basis, to help facilitate the transition and assist the Company until a new Chief Financial Officer is identified, board member and Audit Committee Chairman Hank Torbert will serve as a consultant to the Company.

Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE:VNO) announced that Joseph Macnow has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Administrative Officer, in addition to continuing his role as Executive Vice President – Finance. Mr. Macnow served as Vornado’s Executive Vice President – Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer since 1985. The Company also announced today that Stephen W. Theriot has been appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (principal financial officer and principal accounting officer). Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Theriot had been a partner of Deloitte & Touche LLP–having been with Deloitte & Touche LLP since 1986. Serena Software, Inc. announced that Joseph Passarello’s employment as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Serena terminated. The company also announced that Edward Malysz was appointed as Serena’s acting chief financial officer and principal accounting officer. Mr. Malysz joined Serena in April 2006 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Malysz served as Vice President, Legal of Symantec Corporation, a security and storage software company, from July 2005 to April 2006. Oleen Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting announced that Mark Baer has joined as Chief Financial Officer. WebMD Health Corp. (NASDAQ: WBMD) announced that the Board had appointed Peter Anevski to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Anevski has served in senior finance and operations roles at WebMD and its predecessor companies for 14 years, most recently as Senior Vice President, Finance for more than five years. Mr. Anevski succeeded Anthony Vuolo, who remains a member of senior management of WebMD, serving as Senior Vice President, focusing on strategic projects.

Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) has named Christie B. Kelly Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2013. She replaces Lauralee Martin, who has maintained the CFO role since becoming Chief Executive Officer for the Americas business in January. Most recently, Kelly served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE). She previously held the position of Senior Vice President of the Global Real Estate Group at Lehman Brothers.

Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE) announced today that Christie B. Kelly resigned as Chief Financial Officer of the company to accept an opportunity to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated. Mark A. Denien, Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer has been appointed to serve as Chief Financial Officer. Mark joined Duke Realty in 2005 as Senior Vice President, Administration and was promoted a year later to Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Before joining Duke Realty, Mr. Denien was a partner with KMPG in Indianapolis, where he worked for 16 years and was involved with Duke Realty for many of those years.

PetSmart, Inc. (NASDAQ: PETM) has named Carrie Teffner to the position of senior vice president and chief financial officer. Teffner most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Weber-Stephen Products LLC. Before joining Weber-Stephen Products, Teffner served as the chief financial officer for The Timberland Company. From 1988 to 2009, Teffner worked for the Sara Lee Corporation in leadership roles for several divisions, including senior vice president and chief financial officer, Sara Lee International Household and Body Care; senior vice president and chief financial officer, Sara Lee Foodservice; and senior vice president, financial planning and analysis and treasurer, Sara Lee Corporate.

Cigna Corporation (NYSE: CI) announced that Thomas A. McCarthy, currently Vice President of Finance, will succeed Ralph J. Nicoletti, who has elected to leave the company for personal reasons, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. McCarthy will draw from many years of experience and success at Cigna. He has held a variety of roles, most recently responsible for Cigna’s strategy, corporate development, treasury, tax and run-off reinsurance operations. Additionally, he served as interim Chief Financial Officer from September 2010 to May 2011.

Kemper Corporation (NYSE: KMPR) announced that Elizabeth “Libbie” Bock will join Kemper as the Chief Financial Officer for its Property & Casualty Group. Bock brings with her more than 11 years of experience in financial leadership roles, most recently with Experian. For seven years, she held various financial leadership positions at The Hartford. Prior to that, she was a Senior Consultant with Towers Perrin. Bock has also served as Coordinator for International Affairs, in the Office of the Governor for the Mie Prefectural Government in Japan.

Liberty Global, Inc. (NASDAQ: LBTYA, LBTYB and LBTYK) announce that it will appoint Robert Dunn, currently Managing Director (“MD”) of UPC Netherlands, to the position of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of Virgin Media (NASDAQ: VMED; LSE: VMED) upon the closing of that acquisition. He will succeed Eamonn O’Hare who has decided to leave the company to pursue new opportunities. Mr. Dunn has held several senior management positions with Liberty Global over the last 13 years, including MD, UPC Ireland for five years, and CFO of Liberty’s European cable division. Brixmor Property Group announced the appointment of Michael V. Pappagallo as President & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Pappagallo most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM). Prior to assuming the role of COO, he served as Kimco’s Chief Financial Officer from 1997 through 2010. Prior to his time at Kimco, Mr. Pappagallo served as Chief Financial Officer of G.E. Capital’s Commercial Real Estate Financing business, and held various other financial and business development positions, and as a Senior Manager in the audit group of KPMG, LLP.

Hudson Valley Holding Corp. (NYSE: HVB) named Michael J. Indiveri to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Hudson Valley, Indiveri provided independent financial and accounting consulting services to a community bank with nearly $1 billion in assets. From 2007 to 2011, he was Executive Vice President and CFO of Amalgamated. From 1997 until 2007, Indiveri served as Executive Vice President and CFO and a member of the Board of Directors of Yonkers’ City & Suburban Federal Savings Bank. Indiveri has also served as CFO of New York Federal Savings Bank and Savings Bank of Rockland County, spent seven years in the corporate finance group at Chase Manhattan Bank, and began his banking career at City Federal Savings Bank in 1977. Far East Energy Corporation (OTC: FEEC) announced that Jennifer D. Whitley has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer to succeed Bruce N. Huff . MediaShift, Inc. (OTC: MSHF) announced the appointment of Rick Baran as Chief Financial Officer. Baran joins MediaShift from Clear Channel Media and Entertainment, where he served as Executive Vice President and CFO. Previously, Baran was EVP and CFO for CBS TV Stations. She was promoted to Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analysis in 1998, to Senior Vice President of Finance in 1999, to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2001, and to Chief Financial Officer of HSNi when the company went public in 2008. She serves on the Board of Directors for Constellation Brands, Inc and the advisory board of FM Global. HSNi also announced the promotion of two senior finance executives, Michael J. Attinella and Patrick Vonderhaar, both reporting to Ms. Schmeling. Mr. Attinella was appointed Chief Financial Officer of HSN and Chief Accounting Officer of HSNi. He joined HSN in 2001 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of HSNi. Mr. Vonderhaar was elevated from Vice President and Corporate Controller to Chief Financial Officer for Cornerstone Brands.

truDERMA announced that Bryan O’Connell has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining truDERMA, O’Connell spent time in several different industries as CFO for both domestic and international companies.

Edwards Lifesciences Corporation (NYSE: EW) announced that Thomas M. Abate, the company’s chief financial officer, plans to retire later this year. Abate plans to remain CFO until his successor is in place. Abate became Edwards’ CFO in January 2006. Previously, he was the company’s vice president and controller, a position he had held since Edwards became an independent company. In the 18 years prior, Abate was with Baxter in other finance-related positions.

QLogic Corp. (NASDAQ: QLGC) announced that Simon Biddiscombe has resigned his positions as president and chief executive officer and also as a director in order to pursue other opportunities. The Board has appointed CFO Jean Hu as CEO on an interim basis. Hu currently serves a senior vice president and chief financial officer. She will retain her CFO responsibilities during the interim period.

SPY Inc. (OTC: XSPY) announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Michael D. Angel, has announced his intention to resign from his position in order to facilitate a return to his permanent home in the Bay Area. Mr. Angel has indicated his willingness to be available to the Company as a full time interim CFO consultant until the appointment of a successor CFO in order to assist the Company with the transition.

Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT) announced that Charles J. Nugent, senior executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), has informed the corporation of his plan to retire, effective December 31, 2013.

Tellabs (NASDAQ: TLAB) announced that Andrew B. Szafran, executive vice president and chief financial officer, has resigned from Tellabs for personal reasons. Tom Minichiello, Tellabs vice president, finance and chief accounting officer, will serve as acting CFO.

The Fresh Market, Inc. (NASDAQ: TFM) announced the appointment of Jeffrey Ackerman as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective June 3. Mr. Ackerman most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Sealy Corporation. Prior to Sealy, Mr. Ackerman was Vice President, Finance with Dade Behring, Inc. and held a variety of finance roles at the Frito-Lay branded snack division of PepsiCo Inc.

Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB) announced that the company’s interim CFO and board member, Bill Bock, will be returning to the management team on a permanent basis as president. John Hollister, the company’s vice president of business development, will be promoted to senior vice president and CFO, replacing Mr. Bock in that role. The changes will be effective June 30. Mr. Bock joined Silicon Labs’ board of directors in 2000 and was appointed CFO in 2006. He retired from Silicon Labs’ management team in 2011, returning as interim CFO in early 2013. Before joining Silicon Labs, he was president and chief executive officer of DAZEL Corporation. Prior to DAZEL, Mr. Bock served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of Tivoli Systems and CFO and senior vice president of sales of Convex Computer Corporation. He also spent nine years in various finance roles at Texas Instruments including vice president and controller of TI’s data systems group. Mr. Hollister joined Silicon Labs in 2004 and rose rapidly through the finance organization to become director of finance, worldwide operations in 2005. In 2007, Mr. Hollister became managing director of the Asia operations team and was ultimately promoted to vice president of manufacturing and Asia operations where he served until 2012 when he relocated back to the US and became vice president of business development. Mr. Hollister’s experience includes vice president of finance at Cicada Semiconductor, and various finance positions at Cirrus Logic, Veritas DGC, 3-D Geophysical and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Huntington Bancshares Incorporated (NASDAQ: HBAN) announced that Dave Anderson was named interim chief financial officer (CFO). Anderson, currently controller, has served with the bank since 2009 and has over 30 years of experience in senior level financial leadership positions, including 14 years as the corporate controller of Citizens Financial Group. Don Kimble, CFO since 2004, is leaving to join a financial institution with a national footprint.

KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) announced that Donald R. Kimble will join the company as its Chief Financial Officer effective June 3, 2013. During his nine year career at Huntington Bancshares Incorporated, Mr. Kimble served as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Huntington, Mr. Kimble was the executive vice president of finance and controller for AmSouth Bancorporation. Prior to that, Mr. Kimble was with Bank One for 13 years, serving in various accounting and subsidiary chief financial officer positions.

Advanced Cell Technology, Inc. (OTC: ACTC) announced the appointment of Edward “Ted” Myles as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Myles comes to ACT from PrimeraDx where he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining PrimeraDx, Mr. Myles was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Pressure BioSciences. Earlier in his career, Mr. Myles held financial positions with EMD Pharmaceuticals (a subsidiary of Merck KGaA), SG Cowen Securities Corporation, Boston Biomedica and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Affymetrix, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFFX) announced it has appointed Gavin Wood to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wood joined Affymetrix in 2006 and served most recently as VP Finance, International Controller based in the United Kingdom. Tim Barabe, the current CFO, is expected to retire from Affymetrix effective June 28, 2013.

Danlaw, Inc. announced the appointment of Jim Street as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before joining the company, Street was the VP of Finance for ALTe. Street served in senior financial management positions with Ford Motor Company, Mazda Motors (USA) and BBK, Inc.

Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: HST) announced that Gregory J. Larson , its current executive vice president, corporate strategy, has become the chief financial officer of the Company. Mr. Larson, who has been with the Company since 1993, has overseen corporate strategy since 2007, assumed leadership of dispositions in 2011 and has led the investor relations department since 2000. Previously, he served as senior vice president responsible for treasury and corporate finance. Larry K. Harvey , who re-joined the Company in February 2003 and has acted as chief financial officer since 2007, will remain with the Company until the third quarter. He will continue to serve as an executive vice president reporting to our chief executive officer, W. Edward Walter and assist in the transition of the duties to the new chief financial officer.

Flexion Therapeutics, Inc. announced the addition of Frederick W. Driscoll to its management team as chief financial officer. Prior to joining Flexion, Mr. Driscoll was chief financial officer for Novavax (NASDAQ: NVAX). Prior to Novavax, Mr. Driscoll served as chief financial officer and subsequently chief executive officer of publicly-traded Genelabs, chief financial officer of private company Astraris and chief executive officer of OXiGENE.

Hampshire Group, Limited (OTC: HAMP) announced the appointment of Trey Darwin as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Director and Vice President of Finance at Haggar Clothing Company.

AudienceScience announced that Robert Chamberlain has been named Chief Financial Officer. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of PopCap Games, Inc., from August 2009 through September 2011. He has served as the CFO of various technology companies including F5 Networks, Onyx Software Corporation, and WatchGuard Corporation.

Westcon Group announced Chief Financial Officer John O’Malley will leave the Company to pursue other business opportunities. O’Malley served as Chief Financial Officer since 1999 and was given the additional title of Executive Vice President in 2006. Westcon also announced that John DiRico will act as interim Chief Financial Officer.

Gentex Corporation (NASDAQ: GNTX) reported that Steve Dykman, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President – Finance, departed from those roles with the Company effective as of May 17, 2013. The company named Steve Downing, previously the Company’s Vice President-Commercial Management, to succeed Mr. Dykman as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Vice President-Finance.

Strata-X Energy Ltd. (TSX-V: SXE) announced the appointment of David L. Hettich as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company. Prior to joining Strata-X as CFO, David Hettich provided consulting services to the Company in a variety of positions including Controller and Land Manager. The appointment of Mr. Hettich as CFO of the Company and the resignation of the Company’s prior CFO, Timothy Bradley, is part of a planned transition by Strata-X’s Board of Directors. The resignation of Mr. Bradley as CFO was accepted by Strata-X’s Board of Directors as of the date of this press release. Mr. Bradley will remain on the Board as a non-executive Director.

Atmel Corporation (NASDAQ: ATML) announced that Steve Skaggs has been appointed as the company’s permanent Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Skaggs had been serving as interim Chief Financial Officer since April 2, 2013. Mr. Skaggs joined Atmel in 2010. He worked previously at Lattice Semiconductor, where he served as President and CEO and also as CFO. Prior to Lattice, Mr. Skaggs was employed by Bain & Company.

Colorescience announced the appointment of Steve P. Loomis as Chief Financial Officer. Peter worked at SkinMedica as CFO. Prior to joining SkinMedica, Mr. Loomis was CFO and Vice President of Operations at CardioDynamics International Corporation for fourteen years. Previously, he was the Director of Financial reporting at Kinko’s World Headquarters, a worldwide business service provider. Prior to that, he was Vice President, CFO and Treasurer of Terminal Data Corporation.

Santeon Group Inc. (OTC: SANT) announced the appointment of Mark Guirgis to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Guirgis had been serving as acting Chief Financial Officer since September 2011. Prior to joining Santeon, Mr. Guirgis served as Vice President, Planning & Analysis and Corporate Treasurer at Primus Telecommunications from 1998 to 2011.

Halozyme Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: HALO) announced the appointment of David A. Ramsay as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ramsay was most recently Vice President, Corporate Development at Halozyme. Mr. Ramsay joined Halozyme in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer before serving as Vice President, Corporate Development. Prior to Halozyme, he served in various financial roles including Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Lathian Systems. Prior to Lathian, Mr. Ramsay was Vice President, Treasurer of ICN Pharmaceuticals, now called Valeant Pharmaceuticals International. Giga-tronics Incorporated (NASDAQ: GIGA) reported that Steve Lance has joined Giga-tronics Incorporated as the Vice President of Finance and was appointed Chief Financial Officer. He was previously the Vice President of Finance at Taulia and before that was the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Sugar CRM. Prior to 2005, Mr. Lance held financial management positions at Sum-Total Systems, ADAC Laboratories Inc., Phoenix Technologies and KLA-Tencor. Mr. Lance will replace Frank Romejko, who will be leaving the Company due to a scheduled retirement at the end of June 2013.

Adena Health System announced that Kevin M. Murphy has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Murphy most recently served as Senior Vice President & CFO for Hurley Medical Center. Murphy also served as Vice President of Finance/CFO for the Middletown Regional Health System. Amy Wheeler

Parkridge East Hospital announced that Amy Wheeler is joining the administrative team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Wheeler comes to the Parkridge system on June 3 from a position as Controller of HCA’s TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. Wheeler began her career with HCA after graduating from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville. She has been with the company for the past nine years, serving as Senior Internal Auditor at HCA’s corporate office before assuming the role of Assistant Controller at TriStar Centennial. She has served as Controller of TriStar Centennial since 2009.

SaLaurMor Capital LP announced that Anat Leon has joined the firm as its Chief Financial Officer. Anat comes to SaLaurMor from ISP Financial Trading. Prior to ISP, Anat was Chief Financial Officer at The Dragon Variation Fund, LP. Anat has also worked at Sage Capital Growth, Inc.

Altorfer Inc. announced that Corey Nuehring has been elected to the position of vice president of financial services and chief financial officer (CFO). Nuehring previously served as Altorfer Inc.’s corporate controller for 11 years. Bill Milligan

FCi Federal announced it has added Bill Milligan as Vice President of Business Operations and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Milligan was Vice President and CFO for 10 years at High Performance Technologies (HPTi). Before that, Mr. Milligan was Vice President and CFO of MRJ Technology Solutions.

County of Orange, California announced the selection of Frank Kim to serve as the County’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Kim, who has been the County’s Budget Director for more than five years, will succeed Bob Franz as CFO. Since joining the County in 1995, Kim has served in a number of capacities with agencies including the County Executive Office, Auditor-Controller Department, OC Waste & Recycling and the Probation Department.
