Frankly Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (TSX-V: TLK) announced that Avi T. Aronovitz will join its senior leadership team as Chief Financial Officer, replacing Jungsoo Park, formerly serving as Interim CFO, who will continue in his previous role as Vice President in the finance and operations team. Most recently Mr. Aronovitz was CFO for Knowledge Delivery Systems Inc., and he began his career in the audit and business advisory practice of Arthur Andersen LLP.

HotSchedules® [AUSTIN, Texas] has named Bijal Patel Chief Financial Officer. Patel joins HotSchedules from Aptean, where he was Executive Vice President and CFO. Prior to joining Aptean, Patel held several executive finance roles at Misys. Earlier in his career, Patel served over a decade in various finance and commercial leadership positions at IBM.

Agaia, Inc. [FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla.] announced that Bob Lee has joined its leadership team as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Lee served as the VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Phoenix Packaging Group. Previously, he served as the Financial Emerging Markets Worldwide Controller, Andean Head Trader, and VP Finance and CFO of Cargill deVenezuela. Lee held the positions of Vice President Finance and Latin America Chief Financial Officer before being promoted to VP and General Manager of its Latin America Region Writing Instruments Business Unit.

Equity Trust Company [CLEVELAND, OH] announced the appointment of Mike Smyth to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he was CFO of BMO Harris Financial Advisors. Prior to being named CFO, Smyth was the Director of Finance for the U.S. commercial banking unit of BMO Financial Group. He also served as CFO of Harrisdirect, for seven years.

Extreme Networks, Inc. [SAN JOSE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: EXTR) announced the appointment of Drew Davies as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He replaces previous CFO Ken Arola. Mr. Davies most recently served as Vice President, Corporate Controller at Marvell Semiconductor Inc. and previously served in senior level financial positions at several leading semiconductor companies, including Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation and Spansion Inc.

Enevate Corporation [IRVINE, Calif.] announced that John B. Kennedy has joined the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Kennedy served as chief financial officer for Sprocket Media and SolarBridge Technologies. Before joining SolarBridge, he served as vice president of finance and administration for Primarion, director of finance for ValueClick, and in other leadership roles.

SharkReach, Inc. [HERMOSA BEACH, Calif.] (OTC: SHRK) announced that Mark J. Gustavson has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of SharkReach and its operating subsidiaries. Prior to SharkReach, Mr. Gustavson was President and co-founder of MedicuRx Corporation, a position he held from February 2013 to June 2015. From July of 2012 through January of 2013, he was the President and CEO of ImCure Therapeutics, Inc. From June 2009 through November 2011, Mr. Gustavson served as Executive Vice President at EVP Colmen Group LLC. Mr. Gustavson was a Director of Valdor International Technologies, Inc. from December of 2012 to June of 2013. Mr. Gustavson served as Private Banker at Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) in Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. From April 1997 through February 1999 Mr. Gustavson was VP of Private Banking.

Origin Agritech Ltd. [DES MOINES, Iowa] announced that Shashank Aurora, as the organization’s new chief financial officer. Aurora most recently served DuPont Pioneer in the capacity of global services finance director.

Kite Pharma, Inc. [SANTA MONICA, Calif.] (NASDAQ: KITE) announced the appointment of Paul L. Jenkinson as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jenkinson succeeds Cynthia M. Butitta, who continues in her role as Kite’s Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Jenkinson joins Kite Pharma after nearly a decade at Allergan, where he served most recently as Vice President, Global Commercial and Corporate Finance. Previously, Mr. Jenkinson served in finance positions of increasing responsibility at Black & Decker Corporation (presently Stanley Black & Decker), attaining the position of Vice President, Corporate Officer, at the Kwikset, Baldwin and Weiser Lock Companies. He began his career in finance positions at Deloitte New Zealand and later at a predecessor company of Fonterra.

Electronic Cigarettes International Group, Ltd. [GOLDEN, Colo.] (OTCBB: ECIG) announced that William “Bill” Seamans has accepted the position of Chief Financial Officer, following the resignation of Phil Anderson. Most recently, Mr. Seamans was Chief Financial Officer at AppExtremes (dba Conga). Previously, he held CFO positions at several growth companies.

The Inland Real Estate Group, Inc. [OAK BROOK, Ill.] announced that Ernest Fiorante has joined Inland as Chief Financial Officer of the parent company. Fiorante most recently served as CFO of the Americas for Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”). Prior to serving as CFO of JLL, Fiorante served as CFO of CalEast Global Logistics, LLC. During that time, Fiorante also served on the Board of Directors for CenterPoint Properties Trust, including serving as Chairman of its audit committee. Before moving to LaSalle Investment Management, Fiorante served as Assistant Treasurer of the JLL global organization.

Rue La La [BOSTON] announced that Mark Weinberg, formerly the EVP of Corporate Development, will move into the role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

INTTRA [PARSIPPANY, N.J.] announced that Jeff White has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy. Mr. White joined INTTRA after serving as CFO Virent, Inc. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Renew Energy. Mr. White was President and later CFO of RCN Corporation after serving as CFO of New Zealand Telecom.

Relmada Therapeutics, Inc. [NEW YORK] (OTCQB: RLMD) announced the promotion of Michael D. Becker to chief financial officer. Mr. Becker joined Relmada in 2014 as senior vice president of finance and corporate development. Prior to joining Relmada, he was founder and president of the consulting firm MDB Communications LLC since 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Becker served as president, chief executive officer, and member of the board of directors for Cytogen Corporation. He held positions of increasing responsibility prior to being appointed president and CEO of Cytogen in 2002, including vice president of business development, industry and investor relations and CEO of AxCell Biosciences, a subsidiary of Cytogen. Prior to his industry career, Mr. Becker spent nine years in the financial services industry, including positions at Wayne Hummer Investments LLC, Kidder, Peabody & Co., Gruntal & Co., and Kemper Securities.

River City Bank [SACRAMENTO, CA] announced the appointment of Elaine Lintecum to its board of directors. Lintecum currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at The McClatchy Company. She serves on the boards of The Seattle Times Co. and Ponderay Newspring Company. Prior to joining McClatchy, Ms. Lintecum was a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

Concho Resources Inc. [MIDLAND, Texas] (NYSE: CXO) announced that Darin G. Holderness, the Company’s Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will retire from the Company. Jack F. Harper, who is currently Executive Vice President of the Company, has assumed the additional roles of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.

Bunge Limited [WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.] (NYSE: BG) announced that Drew Burke, Chief Financial Officer, is retiring. Mr. Burke was named Chief Financial Officer in February 2011, having served as interim Chief Financial Officer since September 2010. He joined Bunge in 2002 as Managing Director, Soy Ingredients and New Business Development. Previously, he was CEO of the U.S. subsidiary of Degussa AG and worked for Beecham Pharmaceuticals and Price Waterhouse & Company.

Quantum Health, Inc. [COLUMBUS, Ohio] announced Scott Doolittle as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Quantum Health, Doolittle served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations for Healthways.

RLJ Entertainment Inc. [SILVER SPRING, Md.] (NASDAQ: RLJE) announced that it has named Nazir Rostom as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rostom has served in senior and executive positions with GetWellNetwork, Inc. (“GWN”), from January 2014 to May 2016. Prior to GWN, he was Director of Finance and Assistant Treasurer for GTT Communications, Inc. from September 2011 to January 2014. Previous to GTT, Mr. Rostom led various structured financing deals at National Rural Utilities Electric Cooperative Finance Corporation and CapitalSource, Inc. Mr. Rostom began his career in investment banking at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Securities LLC.

Hudson Technologies, Inc. [PEARL RIVER, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: HDSN) announced that James R. Buscemi has advised the Company of his intention to step down as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

erecruit [BOSTON] announced that Greg Stott has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Greg was with Trimble Navigation Limited. Prior to Trimble, Greg served as the CFO at both SpaceClaim Corporation and Convergence, Inc. Greg also served as the VP of Finance and Treasurer at Telica, Inc. Greg began his career at Ernst & Young.

ComRent International [UPPER MARLBORO, Md.] announced that Lynn Villard has been named chief financial and chief operating officer. Villard joins ComRent from Kiewit Construction, where he served as senior vice president.

Inspirus Credit Union [SEATTLE] announced that Lesley Fox joins the company as its Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Inspirus, Fox worked in executive and senior positions with Bellco and Westerra Credit Unions in Denver, Colorado. Fox was also on the supervisory committee for Prevail Credit Union in Seattle, prior to moving to Denver.

USA Truck, Inc. [VAN BUREN, Ark.] (NASDAQ: USAK) announced the resignation of Michael Borrows, Executive Vice President and CFO.

FlexGen® [Houston, TX] announced the hiring of Travis Bird as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining FlexGen®, Travis served as a financial and operational executive, including as CFO of Wireless Seismic, Inc. Prior to that, he held various roles including: CFO, COO, and Director of Corporate Development in several other emerging growth technology

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. [ROANOKE, Va.] (NYSE: AAP) announced that Mike Norona, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company.

athenahealth, Inc. [WATERTOWN, Mass.] (NASDAQ: ATHN) announced that Current Vice President and Controller, Karl Stubelis, is being promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He replaces Kristi Matus, currently the company’s Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Mr. Stubelis has been with athenahealth since 2013 and previously served as acting CFO prior to Ms. Matus’ appointment. Prior to joining athenahealth, he spent nearly a decade in finance leadership roles at Sapient Corporation, and previously held management positions within a range of companies and at accounting firms.
