Xerox [NORWALK, Conn.] (NYSE: XRX) announced that William F. Osbourn, Jr. will serve as chief financial officer of Xerox Corporation. Osbourn joins Xerox following a 13 year career at Time Warner Cable (TWC) which culminated with him serving as co-CFO. Osbourn also served as the controller and chief accounting officer, for eight years. Before joining Time Warner, Osbourn spent 14 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and was admitted to partnership in 2000. Xerox also announced that Leslie Varon, who has served as CFO since October 2015, will retire following the completion of the separation and after ensuring a smooth transition.

Colgate-Palmolive Company [NEW YORK] announced that Charles A. Bancroft, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Global Business Operations of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, has been elected to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Bancroft joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1984 and has since held positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Bancroft was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2010 and has served in his current role since 2016. Prior to joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, Mr. Bancroft was an auditor with KPMG.

Libbey Inc. [TOLEDO, Ohio] (NYSE MKT: LBY) announced that Sherry Buck, vice president, chief financial officer, will be leaving the Company, to pursue another professional opportunity. In the interim period, Mrs. Buck’s former duties will be assumed by Ronni Smith, vice president, corporate controller. Ronni Smith joined Libbey in May 2006 as the assistant corporate controller and was appointed vice president, corporate controller in 2012. Prior to joining Libbey, she was an accounting supervisor at Ford Motor Company.

Waters Corporation [MILFORD, Mass.] (NYSE: WAT) announced Sherry Buck as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Buck replaces Eugene G. Cassis, Waters Corporation CFO since February 2014, who will transition to a senior advisory role. Sherry was CFO of Libbey Inc. for more than four years. Prior to joining Libbey, Ms. Buck spent nearly 20 years at Whirlpool Corporation in a number of leadership roles, including CFO, Global Product and Enterprise Cost Leadership, and Vice President, U.S. Finance.

OCC [CHICAGO] announced that Amy Shelly has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She replaces Kim McGarry. Prior to joining OCC, Shelly was the interim Chief Financial Officer for a private equity portfolio company in 2016. From 2015 to 2016 she was a project manager for CF Industries. In 2014 Shelly was the interim Chief Financial Officer for Volant Holding LLC. From 2008 to 2014 Shelly was Chief Financial Officer for Optiver U.S. LLC.

Bunge Limited [WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.] (NYSE: BG) announced the appointment of Thomas Boehlert as EVP – Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Drew Burke, who is retiring. Boehlert was Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of First Nickel Inc. from 2011-2015. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer for Kinross Gold Corporation, and served as Chief Financial Officer for several energy companies including Texas Genco, Direct Energy and Sithe Energies, Inc. Previously, Boehlert spent 14 years in investment banking with Credit Suisse. He started his career as an auditor at a KPMG predecessor firm in 1983.

InVivo Therapeutics Holdings Corp. [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced the resignation of Steven McAllister from the position of Chief Financial Officer. In connection with his departure, the Company has appointed Melanie Morel-Ferris to assume the responsibilities and title of interim Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Morel-Ferris has served as the Company’s Controller since May, 2016. Prior to joining InVivo, Ms. Morel-Ferris served as the Corporate Controller of Astrodyne TDI, from July 2014 to May 2016. Adams Resources & Energy, Inc. [HOUSTON] (NYSE MKT: AE) announced the election of Josh C. Anders as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company. Sharon C. Davis will resign from her position as interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company and will continue in her position as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. Mr. Anders served as Vice President, Controller and principal accounting officer for Southwestern Energy Company from 2012 through 2016 and held various finance and accounting positions of increasing responsibility from 2010 through 2012 with Southwestern Energy Company. Wireless Telecom Group, Inc. [PARSIPPANY, N.J.] (NYSE MKT: WTT) announced that Michael Kandell is joining the Company as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kandell will succeed Robert Censullo, who has served as Wireless Telecom Group’s CFO for five years Michael joins Wireless Telecom Group from Avaya, Inc. where he was Senior Director of Accounting. Prior to Avaya, Mr. Kandell worked at Precision Partners, Inc. for 3 years and at Ernst & Young LLP in New Jersey for 7 years.

Illumina, Inc. [SAN DIEGO] (NASDAQ: ILMN) announced the appointment of Sam A. Samad, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Sam was previously Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the pharmaceutical segment, and Vice President, Healthcare Supply Chain Services. He also previously held finance roles at Eli Lilly and PepsiCo Inc.


Titan International, Inc. [QUINCY, Ill.] has approved the transition of James M. Froisland from his current position as Interim Chief Financial Officer to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Froisland was appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer in May 2016. Mr. Froisland has experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Secretary, Consultant and Board Member for domestic and international public and private equity owned companies, including Westell Technologies, Inc., InfuSystems Holdings, Inc., Material Sciences Corporation, and Burns International Services Corporation. nCino [WILMINGTON, N.C.] announced that Jeff Babka has joined the company as chief financial officer. Prior to joining nCino, Babka was a venture partner at Insight Venture Partners. Previously, he was CFO of Applied Predictive Technologies. Before that, from 2005 through 2009, Babka served as CFO of NeuStar, Inc.

CECO Environmental Corp. [CINCINNATI] (NASDAQ: CECE) announced the appointment of Matthew Eckl as Chief Financial Officer. He replaces Edward Prajzner, the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer, who will serve in the new role as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. Mr. Eckl currently serves as the Vice President, Finance – Energy Group at Gardner Denver, Inc. Mr. Eckl joined Gardner Denver in 2012. Prior to joining Gardner Denver, Mr. Eckl served from 2002 until 2012.

OpenX [LOS ANGELES & NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Eric W. Muhlheim as chief financial officer. Eric was most recently chief financial officer of Helix Education, Inc. Prior to Helix, Eric served as chief financial officer of Altius Education, and before that in various leadership roles spanning 16 years at The Walt Disney Company.

Calyxt, Inc. [ST. PAUL, Minn.] announced the appointment of Bryan Corkal to the new role of Chief Financial Officer at Calyxt. Mr. Corkal joins Calyxt from Monsanto, where he spent over 17 years in a variety of key financial roles. Most recently, he served as North America and Latin America North Supply Chain Finance Lead. Overseas Shipholding Group, Inc. [TAMPA, Fla.] (NYSE: OSG) announced that Christopher Wolf will become the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, taking over from Rick F. Oricchio. From December 1 to December 29, Mr. Wolf will serve as the Chief Financial Officer of OSG’s subsidiary, Overseas Bulk Ships, Inc. Mr. Wolf has experience as a Chief Financial Officer, having served in this role at several companies, including most recently at Higher One Holdings, Inc., where he worked from 2013 to 2016. UDR, Inc. [DENVER] (NYSE: UDR) announced the appointment of Joseph D. Fisher as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Fisher succeeds Tom Herzog, who resigned as Chief Financial Officer in June 2016. Mr. Fisher has been a member of the Deutsche Asset Management real estate securities team since 2007 most recently serving as Co-Head of the Americas and Co-Lead Portfolio Manager.
