General Motors named Niharika Taskar Ramdev chief financial officer for GM International. Taskar Ramdev was named vice president, Finance and Treasurer in April 2014, and was previously chief financial officer for GM’s Global Purchasing and Supply Chain operation, a position she held since August 2011. She has held several leadership roles in GM, including assistant treasurer for GM and regional treasurer for GM International Operations. Taskar Ramdev joined GM in 1996.

Cardtronics Inc. (NASDAQ: CATM) announced that its chief financial officer, Chris Brewster, has notified the company of his plans to retire later this year. He will remain in his position until a new CFO is appointed and will assist his successor to ensure an orderly transition. Brewster joined Cardtronics as CFO in 2004. Prior to joining Cardtronics, he served in financial leadership positions at a series of multi-unit service businesses.

Everbridge announced the addition of Ken Goldman as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Goldman joins Everbridge from Fiksu, where he served as EVP & CFO; his previous financial leadership experience includes a number of high-profile CFO roles including Salary.com. Goldman has also served as CFO of Black Duck Software, as well as in executive positions for Lodestar Corporation, Student Advantage, MediaMap and Shoplink.com.

Echelon Corporation (NASDAQ: ELON) announced the appointment of Mike Marszewski to the position of vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 24, 2015. Mr. Marszewski will succeed William Slakey, Echelon’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, who is leaving to take a position with another company. Mr. Marszewski is currently Echelon’s vice president and chief accounting officer, and has been with the Company since 1999. Previously, Mr. Marszewski was Divisional Controller at Stanford Telecommunications, which was acquired by Newbridge Networks.

Petco announced that it has hired Michael M. Nuzzo as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Petco, Nuzzo served as Chief Administrative Officer at 4moms. Previously, he served as CFO and Executive Vice President at GNC Holdings, Inc. and as Senior Vice President, Finance, and in various other leadership roles at Abercrombie & Fitch, Inc.

Potbelly Corporation (NASDAQ: PBPB) announced the appointment of Michael Coyne as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2015. Most recently, Mr. Coyne served as Senior Vice President, Small Business at CNA Financial Corporation, and prior to that served as divisional Chief Financial Officer of CNA’s Property & Casualty Operations business. Prior to CNA, Mr. Coyne spent seven years at Sears Holdings Corporation, culminating as Vice President and Treasurer. Mr. Coyne also held various financial roles at Schering-Plough Corporation.

Athletico Physical Therapy announced that Charles C. Talbot has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Talbot comes to Athletico after more than six years as senior vice president and CFO at Potbelly Sandwich Works. He becomes Athletico’s CFO four months after the acquisition of Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers. Talbot has almost 30 years experience in finance, working with companies which include Northern Trust Company, Nuveen Investments and YUM! Brands.

Cardinal Logistics Management Corporation announced the appointment of Michael Roberts as Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal and its parent company Cardinal Logistics Holdings, LLC. Mr. Roberts succeeds Ed Barnes who is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Roberts joined in 2014 as Controller. His previous work experience includes time at Polymer Group, Inc., Eastman Kodak Company and Med Assets, Inc. Mr. Roberts began his career working at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

BookIt.com announced the appointment of Jack Fraser as Chief Financial Officer for BookIt.com and its associated companies. Fraser will be the first CFO in BookIt’s history. Prior to joining BookIt.com, Fraser spent the last 2 years working with private equity firm FM Merchant Capital as an Operating Partner, Farber Financial as a contracted Chief Restructuring Officer to clients, and Interim-Chief Financial Officer to PUSH Strength. Fraser currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Windsor International Airport and has done so for the past 6 years.

Cherwell Software announced that Elizabeth Salomon has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Ms. Salomon was CFO at Marshall & Swift/Boeckh (MSB) and its holding company Decision Insight Information Group (DIIG). She was also CFO at Ontario Systems.

Cepheid (NASDAQ: CPHD) announced that it has appointed Ilan Daskal to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Daskal most recently was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at International Rectifier Corporation, from 2008 through its acquisition in January 2015 by Infineon Technologies AG. Prior to joining International Rectifier, Mr. Daskal most recently served as Vice President Finance and Business Administration, Communication Division North America for Infineon Technologies AG from 2001 through 2008, in addition to earlier positions as Chief Financial Officer at both Savan Communication Ltd and SmartLink Ltd.

ABM (NYSE: ABM) announced the appointment of D. Anthony Scaglione as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Scaglione succeeds James S. Lusk who has served in that role since January 2008. Scaglione has served as ABM’s senior vice president, treasurer and mergers and acquisitions since January 2012, after having served as ABM’s vice president and treasurer from June 2009 to January 2012. Prior to joining ABM, among his other professional positions, Scaglione served in finance and treasury positions with CA Technologies from August 2005 through June 2009. Scaglione currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), the professional society that represents finance executives globally.

TreeHouse Interactive™ announced that Bert Young has joined the executive team as chief financial officer. Young most recently was a Partner at Atlas Technology Group. Young has also held the CFO position for several technology companies, including PatientMatters, Benefitfocus, The SCO Group, LANDesk Software, and as executive vice president and CFO at Whittman-Hart. Previous to Whittman-Hart, Young spent 12 years at Waste Management, three years of which he served as the company’s chief information officer.

Steward Partners Holdings LLC (Steward), the holding company for Steward Partners Global Advisory and Steward Partners Consulting Solutions, announced that Stephen Key, the former Chief Financial Officer of ConAgra and Textron, has joined the firm’s Board of Directors. Stephen Key is the sole proprietor of Key Consulting, LLC, a financial consulting firm he founded in 2001. From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Key was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Textron Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Key was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ConAgra, Inc., from 1992 until 1995, and with Ernst & Young from 1968 to 1992, last serving as the Managing Partner of the New York Office of Ernst & Young from 1988 until 1992. Mr. Key presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of many NYSE and NASDAQ companies

Good Times Restaurants Inc. (NASDAQ: GTIM), owner of Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard and a licensee of Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar announced the hiring of Jim Zielke as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 4, 2015. Mr. Zielke most recently served as President and Chief Financial Officer of F&H Acquisition Corp., parent company of the Fox & Hound and Champps restaurant concepts. Mr. Zielke also has held senior finance and accounting positions with Pepsico Restaurant Services (now known as Yum Brands) and in public accounting with Ernst & Young.

Jibe, Inc. announced Brian Cook as the company’s first Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he was CFO at TOA Technologies. Before that, he held CFO and senior management positions in technology, media and investment banking.

Agero, Inc. and The Cross Country Group (CCG) announced the appointment of Kate Sweeney as chief financial officer of Agero, Inc. Sweeney will assume the position previously held by Peggy Glander Ward, who served as the chief financial and administrative officer for Agero over the last 10 years, and who is now taking the position of Chief Financial Officer of The Cross Country Group, Agero’s parent company. Prior to Sweeney’s appointment at Agero, she served as senior vice president of finance at Wolverine Worldwide. In her promotion to CFO of The Cross Country Group, Ward is replacing Thomas Graham, who recently retired after a successful tenure of more than 20 years in the position. Before her role with Agero, Ward held executive level positions at companies including Dunkin’ Donuts and The Stride Rite Corporation.

Ankura Consulting Group announced the appointment of Kelly L. Kittrell as Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Kittrell worked for Richmont, a private investment firm, and was a member of the Board of Directors and the Chief Financial Officer at one of its portfolio companies.

Selling Simplified announced the arrival of Daniel de Mos as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Daniel de Mos has held the position of Senior Financial Officer over the past 8 years for companies such as BrightTALK Inc. and at Elliptical Mobile Solutions.

Playa Hotels & Resorts B.V. announced the appointment of Larry K. Harvey as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, Mr. Harvey served as CFO for Host Hotels & Resorts.

ServiceSource® (NASDAQ:SREV) announced that it has named Robert Pinkerton as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Most recently he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for TeleTech Holdings, Inc. Prior to Teletech, Mr. Pinkerton was CFO and Interim CEO of T3Media. He joined T3Media after being CFO of Alpine Access, Inc. Mr. Pinkerton was also divisional CFO and Corporate Treasurer for CSG International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGS). He began his finance career as an investment banker with Continental Bank and Paribas Merchant Banking. Concurrent with Mr. Pinkerton joining the company, Simon Biddiscombe, previously Interim Chief Financial Officer, will remain with ServiceSource as Chief Strategy Officer through June 30, 2015.

Platinum Partners announced the appointment of Daniel Mandelbaum to the role of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Platinum Partners, Mr. Mandelbaum served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Royal Capital Management, LLC, where he worked for thirteen years.

La Jolla Pharmaceutical Company (NASDAQ: LJPC) announced that Dennis Mulroy will join the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining La Jolla, Mr. Mulroy served as Chief Financial Officer of Taxus Cardium Pharmaceuticals Group Inc., since 2005. Prior to joining Taxus Cardium, Mr. Mulroy served as Chief Financial Officer of Molecular Imaging, Inc. and SeraCare Life Sciences, Inc., and held financial management positions of increasing responsibility at several other companies.

Drew Industries Incorporated (NYSE: DW) announced that Joseph S. Giordano III, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, will be leaving the Company to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Giordano will continue in his current role until August 31, 2015, or until a new CFO is in place, and will assist his successor to ensure an orderly transition. Mr. Giordano joined Drew Industries in 2003 as Corporate Controller and served in that role until 2008. Since that time, he has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for the Company.

T.D. Williamson (TDW) announced that Robert D. McGrew, previously TDW vice president and chief financial officer, has been appointed to the position of president and chief executive officer. He joined TDW in 1999 as vice president and chief financial officer.

Sonic Corp. (NASDAQ: SONC) announced several promotions in its leadership team. Stephen C. Vaughan, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, was promoted to Executive Vice President of Franchise Operations, Finance and Planning. Claudia S. San Pedro, the Company’s Vice President of Investor Relations, Communications and Treasurer, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Vaughan joined Sonic in 1992 and has been Executive Vice President since 2008 and Chief Financial Officer since 2004. San Pedro joined Sonic in 2006 as Treasurer. She has also served as Vice President of Investor Relations since 2009. Prior to joining the Company, she served as the director for the Oklahoma Office of State Finance.

Miller Energy Resources, Inc. (NYSE: MILL) announced the appointment of Phillip G. Elliott as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Miller Energy, Mr. Elliott was Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning, Land & Commercial Analysis for EQT. During his more than 18 years with EQT, he also served as Treasurer as well as a number of other financial and corporate development positions.

United Fire Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: UFCS) announced the appointment of Dawn M. Jaffray as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 27, 2015. Ms. Jaffray was most recently chief financial officer of Soleil Advisory Group. From 2007 to 2008, Ms. Jaffray was chief financial officer of Westaff. From 2005 to 2007, Ms. Jaffray was chief financial officer of the North America Business Unit of Dun & Bradstreet. From 1999 to 2005, Ms. Jaffray was senior vice president and senior finance officer for the property and casualty business of C.N.A. Insurance. From 1993 to 1999, Ms. Jaffray was senior finance manager for Progressive Insurance and Dominion Insurance.

Jason Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: JASN) announced that Sarah C. Sutton will be appointed chief financial officer. Ms. Sutton has served as vice president, financial planning and analysis at Regal Beloit Corporation (NYSE: RBC), since 2011. She previously served as chief financial officer of A.O. Smith Corporation’s Electrical Products Company, from 2002 until it was acquired by Regal Beloit in 2011.

SteadyMed Ltd. (NASDAQ: STDY) announced the appointment of David W. Nassif as its full time Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He had been the company’s Chief Financial Officer on a part-time consulting basis since March 2013. Mr. Nassif was more recently the President and Chief Financial Officer of Histogen, Inc. as well as the Chief Financial Officer of Zogenix, Inc. Formerly he was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Licensing at Amphastar. Earlier in his career, Mr. Nassif was the Chief Financial Officer of Cypros Pharmaceutical Corporation.

COSI named Francis Pompey CFO and Senior Vice President of Administration & Finance. Prior to joining COSI, Mr. Pompey served in several key roles with Huntington National Bank, The Ohio Department of Education, Bank One and Deloitte & Touche.
