Integreon announced the appointment of Sean Fay to the role of chief financial officer. Fay succeeds Ken Stelzer, who has served as the company’s CFO since 2011. Fay was CFO of Isis Research PLC from April 2001 to October 2003 and led the sale of that business to Synovate Healthcare in October 2003, subsequently serving as CFO of Synovate Healthcare until February 2005. For the last 10 years he has specialized in private equity-backed organizations including Harvey Jones, Enrich Reward, Home Learning College and Brandspace Group. From 2005 to 2008 he was CFO of Pims Group.
Source BioScience plc (LSE: SBS) announced that Tim Metcalfe will join the Board as Group Finance Director. Tim succeeds Rob Bakewell who has left the Group to pursue other opportunities. Prior to joining Source BioScience, Tim was Group Finance Director at TFM Networks. Tim spent twelve years with KPMG prior to moving into industry.
