The Innovation Group plc (LSE: TIG) announced that Lewis Paul Miller has been appointed Group Finance Director with effect from 1 March 2015, succeeding Jane Hall who will take up her appointment as Chief Executive of the Business Services division on 1 January 2015.
Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings plc announced that Chris Yates, Chief Financial Officer, gave notice of his intention to leave the Company at the end of his 12 month notice period, or as may be agreed otherwise.
Hargreaves Lansdown PLC announced that Tracey Taylor has decided to leave the Company at the end of June 2015 and will stand down as Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’) and as a Director with effect from 5th December 2014. Tracey will remain with the Group until 30th June 2015 to ensure a smooth transition and to oversee a number of operational projects. The Board announced that Simon Cleveland, a Partner from the accountancy firm Deloitte, will be appointed as Interim CFO with effect from 8th December 2014 until a new permanent CFO is appointed.
