Eros International, Plc (NYSE: EROS) announced that it will appoint Prem Parameswaran as Group Chief Financial Officer of Eros International, Plc and President – North America, a newly created position, in the coming weeks following a brief transition period. Mr. Parameswaran will succeed Andrew Heffernan as Group Chief Financial Officer who will be taking a leave of absence from the Company in June. Mr. Parameswaran most recently served as the Global Head of Media and Telecommunications Investment Banking at Jefferies LLC. Prior to Jefferies, he was the Americas Head of Media & Telecom at Deutsche Bank and also previously worked at both Goldman Sachs and Salomon Brothers. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Kare Partners, a healthcare and hospital company with operations in the U.S. and India.
Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc is to appoint Charlie Rozes as Group Finance Director, succeeding Mike Reynolds. JLT announced in August 2014 that Mike had been appointed Chief Executive Officer of JLT Re, but would retain his position as Group Finance Director until the appointment of his successor. Charlie will join JLT on 1st September 2015 and, subject to Financial Conduct Authority approval, will be appointed Group Finance Director. Charlie joins JLT from Barclays, where, since 2011, he has held the role of Global Head of Investor Relations. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Barclays UK Retail and Business Banking. Charlie has also held senior roles at Bank of America, IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Entu (UK) plc announced the appointment of Geoff Stevens as Chief Financial Officer. Darren Cornwall will remain on the Executive Board as Corporate Development Director. Geoff has extensive experience as CFO in a variety of listed and private equity backed companies, most recently John Brown Media Group and Protocol Group. His first Group Finance Director role was with home care provider Goldsborough Healthcare plc, and he subsequently held the Finance Director role at ISA International plc and Healthcare Group plc. Geoff began his career at Coopers and Lybrand, where he became a General Practice Partner.
Fiske Plc announced the resignation of Amanda Jane Andrews from the role of Finance Director.
Parity Group plc (AIM: PTY) announced that Group Finance Director, Alastair Woolley, has stepped down from his position as Group Finance Director and from the Board. The Group have appointed Paul Bergin to act as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Paul was recently with Digital Barriers plc and McBride plc.
Fitbug Holdings Plc announced that Andrew Brummer, the Company’s Finance Director, will be leaving Fitbug to pursue a new role.
Manx Telecom Plc (AIM: MANX) announced that Gary Lamb, current Finance Director, will become Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 1 July 2015. Gary joined Manx Telecom in October 2011 as Finance Director.
