Advanced Oncotherapy PLC (AIM: AVO) announced that it will appoint Nicolas Serandour as Global Head of Finance and as an Executive Director. Graham Pughe will continue with the Company as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer.
APR Energy plc announced that that Lee Munro has been named Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Munro has been with the Company since its early stages, serving as Senior Vice President. He has a very strong corporate finance and audit background from his 11 years at GE Capital, where he held a number of senior financial and leadership positions most recently serving as CEO of GE European Operations Services.
AA plc announced that Andy Boland, the Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company and a further announcement will be made in due course about the timing of his departure.
