UK | CFO Moves - week ending 22 May 2015

Electrocomponents Plc announces that Simon Boddie is to step down as Group Finance Director at the end of the first half of the financial year after 10 years in the role.

Britvic plc announced that John Gibney, Chief Financial Officer, has informed the board of his intention to retire in April 2016. John joined Britvic in 1999, having previously held a number of senior roles across Bass plc (which subsequently became IHG plc, part owner of Britvic prior to the IPO in 2005).

RM plc announced that Iain McIntosh, Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) and Executive Director, will be leaving the Group and cease being a Director of RM by the end of September 2015. Neil Martin will join the Board and succeed Mr McIntosh as CFO on his departure. Mr Martin is currently CFO for UK and Ireland for the Adecco Group. Mr Martin was CFO at the UK listed, IT staffing company, Spring plc until it was acquired by Adecco in 2009. Mr Martin started his career by spending seven years at Exxon Mobil.
