Air Partner plc has appointed Neil Morris as interim Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 April 2014. Neil is currently Air Partner’s interim Group Financial Controller, a position he has held since July 2013. Prior to joining Air Partner, Neil was Group Finance Director of All Leisure Group PLC. Before joining All Leisure, he spent 11 years at Deloitte LLP, primarily working in the aviation and travel sector. As previously announced, current Chief Financial Officer Gavin Charles will be leaving on the 30th April and the hand over to Neil Morris is underway.

Clean Air Power Limited (AIM: CAP) announced that Neill Skinner has been appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer. Neill has been working with Pete Rowse, the outgoing Finance Director, since 3 March 2014 to ensure a smooth handover. Pete Rowse, whose intention to resign was announced on 8 January 2014, steps down as director of the Company with immediate effect. Neill spent his early career in “Big 4″ firms, working in Audit and then Lead Advisory, before moving on to hold senior finance roles in British Nuclear Fuels plc and, more recently, strategy and corporate development roles at Speedy Hire plc.

APC Technology Group PLC announced that Rob Smith, Finance Director, has tendered his resignation from the Board, and will now begin serving the notice period of his Service Agreement until June. Until that date Rob will continue in his role as Finance Director and to help ensure an orderly succession.

Filtronic plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Smith as Chief Financial Officer. Smith will join with effect from 16th June 2014. He replaces Mike Brennan who will step down on 15th April 2014. Rob is currently Finance Director of APC Technology Group PLC. An interim Finance Director will be appointed for the period between Mike Brennan’s departure and Rob Smith’s arrival.

Pure Wafer plc announced that Richard Howells will take on the role of chief executive. Richard has been chief financial officer for nearly three years. It is expected that the above board changes will become effective on 1st July 2014 to coincide with the commencement of a new financial year and to allow time for a new chief financial officer to be appointed.

PV Crystalox Solar PLC announced the retirement of Dr Peter Finnegan from the Board of the Company and from his role as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), and the appointment of a new CFO, Matthew Wethey. Matthew currently holds the position of Group Secretary. Matthew is not joining the Board of directors of the Company.

The British Land Company PLC announced the appointment of Tim Score, Chief Financial Officer of ARM Holdings plc as a non-executive director. Mr Score will join the Audit Committee, as Chairman, with immediate effect. Tim Score was previously Finance Director of Rebus Group Limited, Group Finance Director of William Baird plc, Group Controller at LucasVarity plc and Group Financial Controller at BTR plc. He was also Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at National Express Group PLC until February 2014, when he retired after nine years on the board.

Town Centre Securities PLC announced that Chris Kelly, Finance Director and Company Secretary, will be leaving the company by mutual agreement on 11 April 2014 to pursue other career opportunities.

Belvoir Lettings plc (AIM: BLV) announced that Carl Chadwick, the Finance Director of Belvoir, will take on the role of Chief Executive.
