The Sage Group plc announced the appointment of Steve Hare as Chief Financial Officer, with effect from 3 January 2014. Steve joined Apax Partners in 2009 as an Operating Partner and is currently Co-Head of the Portfolio Support Group. He assumed additional responsibilities as COO for an 18 month period to June 2012 and, in February 2013, was appointed Interim CEO of Netrada, an Apax owned e-commerce services provider. Prior to his move into private equity, Steve built over 10 years’ experience leading the finance function for three listed UK companies. This culminated with his role as a FTSE 100 CFO for Invensys plc, from 2006 to 2009. Previously, Steve was Group Finance Director for Spectris plc, from 2004 to 2006. Between 1997 and 2003, Steve was with Marconi PLC, acting as CFO from 2001 to 2003.

NetPlayTV plc announced that it has appointed Akshay Kumar to the role of Group Finance Director. Akshay joined NetPlay in January 2011 as Group Financial Controller. Akshay has six years’ experience in the gaming industry and prior to his time at NetPlay, was Financial Controller at Sporting Index Limited.

London Capital Group Holdings plc confirmed that Siobhan Moynihan, Group Finance Director, has stepped down from the Board. Steven Whelton has been appointed as interim Finance Director until a successor is appointed.

Domino’s Pizza Group plc announced the appointment of Sean Wilkins as Chief Financial Officer Designate. Sean will take up his executive responsibilities as CFO Designate with effect from 18 November 2013. Sean Wilkins is an international Finance Director having worked in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Australia. Most recently he held the role of General Manager (Supermarkets Finance) of Coles Group PTY Limited in Australia. He also previously held the roles of Finance Director (Malaysia), and Finance, Strategy and International Director of Telecoms at Tesco Plc. Before this, Sean was Chief Financial Officer of O2 Asia Pacific & Middle East (part of Telefonica Europe PLC), Vice President of Investment Banking at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (Hong Kong) and was Head of Asia Pacific and Strategic Markets, International Finance at BT Group plc in Singapore and London. Sean will work closely with the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer, Lee Ginsberg, until formal handover following Lee’s retirement at the Company’s annual general meeting in 2014.
