Clarkson PLC announced that Jeff Woyda has been appointed Chief Operating Officer in addition to his current role as Chief Financial Officer.
cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY) announced that David Gibbon has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and joins the Board. Prior to joining cloudBuy, he was briefly Chief Financial Officer of Allocate Software plc. David had previously been CFO of Omnico Group. Prior to joining Omnico Group, David was CFO of Kewill plc.
Earthport plc (AIM: EPO.L) announce the appointment of Simon Adamiyatt as Chief Financial Officer Designate. Simon joins Earthport with over 25 years of experience as an investment banker. Simon’s investment banking career has encompassed leadership positions including Co-Head of Financial Institutions Group M&A at Lehman Brothers, Head of “FIG”at UBS (Americas) as well as at Bear Stearns. Most recently, he was Head of FIG and a partner at Sagent Advisors.
FirstGroup plc announced that Chris Surch, Group Finance Director, has decided to retire from the Group for personal reasons. His notice period ends on 8 January 2016.
Cineworld Group plc announced that its CFO Philip Bowcock has left to pursue other interests. Deputy CEO Israel Greidinger, formerly CFO of Cinema City International before its combination with Cineworld in February 2014, will assume the responsibilities of CFO on an interim basis.
The Quarto Group, Inc. (LSE: QRT.L) announced the appointment of Michael Connole as Chief Financial Officer. Michael will take up his position on 1 September 2015, becoming a Board Director. Michael is currently CFO of Global Radio Group, a post he has held since 2008. Prior to that Michael was Group Finance Director at Chrysalis Group Plc, which he joined in 1997, initially as Group Financial Controller.
