If you want to demoralize your workers and utterly wreck a team meeting, try spending an hour and a half talking about things that could have been simply shared in an e-mail, writes Dan McCarthy. Other options: Hold meetings without any purpose, spend ages going over problems that matter only to one person, or simply breeze in without explanation 10 minutes late. "It's a slap in the face of your team members. Unfortunately, it happens all the time," McCarthy writes.
