As a result of Taylor Clarke's growth in N Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, and the strong presence of a professional coaching community in Ireland, the AoEC has now formed a formal partnership to create AoEC Ireland. Taylor Clarke has pioneered leadership development in the UK for 30 years, providing global leadership development and OD services, as well as offering a range of coaching services through its team of 30 executive coaches.
"We are proud to welcome, Wendy Robinson, Principal Consultant and Head of R&D with Taylor Clarke, to lead the partnership. We are delighted to be offering our programmes across all of Ireland. We have had a close relationship with Ireland over the years, many of our Alumni coming from N Ireland and the Republic of Ireland," says John Leary-Joyce CEO of the AoEC and Non Executive Chair of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council UK (EMCC)
"I am honoured to bring AoEC's top end coach training programmes to my home country," said Wendy. "I see about me in Ireland a vibrant and committed community of coaches, pushing the boundaries of their profession, collaborating with each other and delivering results for their client organizations - I look forward to supporting the ongoing growth of this profession."
The AoEC have been running Executive Coach Training programmes in the UK for over 12 years and have already established an International presence with partnerships in China, Kenya, Croatia, Romania, Turkey, Germany, Estonia, and Scotland.
