Werner Brandt, chief financial officer at software company SAP AG (SAP.XE), is expected to become a member of utility company RWE AG's (RWE.XE) supervisory board, Germany's manager magazine reports Wednesday, citing people close to the matter.
Mr. Brandt would replace Carl-Ludwig von Boehm-Bezing, who is leaving the supervisory board after 15 years.
