Knut E. Røsjorde has held a number of senior management positions in Aker Solutions since 2002, including SVP Finance Subsea, SVP Finance & Operations Products & Technology and VP Group Risk Management and Global Execution Excellence.
Knut E. Røsjorde has a Masters degree in Industrial Economics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim (NTNU), and has also completed the Norwegian Air Force Command School training.

EVRY has previously announced that its current CFO, Eli Giske, has given notice to resign from her position and is due to leave the company on 1 March 2014. Knut E. Røsjorde will take up his appointment on a date that will be agreed in due course, but will not be later than 1 July 2014.
