The Walt Disney Company (NYSE: DIS) has named Christine M. McCarthy Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She succeeds James A. Rasulo as CFO. Prior to her promotion, Christine worked as Disney’s Treasurer for the past 15 years. Prior to joining Disney, Ms. McCarthy was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Imperial Bancorp from 1997 to 2000. She held various finance and planning positions at First Interstate Bancorp from 1981 to 1996, and was elected Executive Vice President in Finance for First Interstate in 1993.

Kraft Heinz Company (NASDAQ: KRFT) appointed Paulo Basilio as EVP and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Basilio joined Heinz in June 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. The Company also announced the departure of James Kehoe, EVP and Chief Financial Officer.

Pier 1 Imports, Inc. (NYSE:PIR) announced that Jeffrey N. Boyer has been named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 27, 2015. Laura A. Coffey will continue to serve in her role as Executive Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer until Mr. Boyer’s appointment becomes effective, at which time she will be named to a separate executive position within the company. Most recently, Boyer served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Tuesday Morning Corporation since September 2013. Previously, Mr. Boyer spent five years with 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide, where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and then promoted to Chief Operating Officer. Earlier, Mr. Boyer held positions of increasing responsibility with The Michaels Companies, Inc., including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has also held executive positions with Sears Holdings Corporation and Kmart Corporation.

Tuesday Morning Corporation (NASDAQ: TUES) announced that Jeffrey N. Boyer, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer, has resigned his position effective as of July 22, 2015 to pursue other professional opportunities. Tuesday Morning currently anticipates that, following Mr. Boyer’s departure, its Vice President and Controller, Kelly Munsch, will be responsible for the Company’s accounting and finance functions on an interim basis until Mr. Boyer’s replacement is appointed.

Mead Johnson Nutrition Company (NYSE: MJN) announced that Michel Cup will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective September 1, 2015. Mr. Cup was most recently the CFO of D.E. Master Blenders 1753. Before joining D.E. Master Blenders 1753, Mr. Cup served as CFO of private equity owned and publically listed businesses in Europe. From 1999 until 2008, he held senior finance roles within the Numico and Danone baby and medical nutrition businesses. Mr. Cup began his career with Deloitte, where he served in a variety of audit and accounting roles from 1993 to 1999. Mr. Cup will take over from Charles Urbain, who currently serves as the company’s Interim CFO.

Homeland Security Solutions has announced that Julia Byron has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Byron joined Homeland Security Solutions, Inc. in early 2006 as a corporate accountant until her promotion to Vice President of Finance in 2012.

AlienVault announced the appointment of Brian Robins as chief financial officer. Prior to joining AlienVault, Robins served as vice president and chief financial officer of Global Business Services at CSC. Before that, Robins was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Verisign. Robins was previously vice president of finance and treasurer for data analytics provider Neustar for six years.

ThreatStream announced that Nancy Bush has joined the company as CFO. She joins ThreatStream from Adaptive Insights, where she was vice president of finance. Prior to joining ThreatStream, Bush held roles in rapidly growing technology companies within the security industry. Nancy was the acting CFO and vice president of finance at Fortinet and vice president of finance at ArcSight. She has also served as vice president of finance at Packeteer as well as at Maxtor.

Cloud Cruiser announced that Dan Gaudreau has joined Cloud Cruiser as its Chief Financial Officer . Before joining Cloud Cruiser, Dan served as SVP Operations and CFO at Actuate, which was acquired by OpenText; Enterprise Information Management leader in January 2015. Previously, Gaudreau was VP Finance and CFO at Plantronics, Inc. Prior to Plantronics, Dan was VP Finance and Operations and CFO at Ready Systems. Preceding Ready Systems, Dan was a finance executive at Apple Computer.

Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG) announced that Christian E. Rothe has been appointed as the Company’s CFO and Treasurer effective September 1, 2015. Mr. Rothe succeeds James A. Graner who announced his planned retirement from the Company last year. Mr. Rothe is currently Graco’s Vice President and Treasurer, a role he has held since joining the company in 2011. Prior to his appointment at Graco, Mr. Rothe held a series of finance roles of increasing responsibility at Gardner Denver, Inc., including Vice President and Treasurer, Vice President, Finance – Industrial Products Segment, and Director of Strategic Planning and Development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rothe held various corporate finance and business development roles at Ridley Inc. and HickoryTech Corporation.

vTv Therapeutics LLC announced the appointment of Rudy C. Howard as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Howard joins the Company with over 30 years of senior management experience, most recently serving as CFO at SciQuest. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and CFO at MDS Pharma Services. Before joining MDS, Mr. Howard served as CFO at several companies including PPD, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Thomas Financial announced the appointment of Lindsey Hacker as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Thomas Financial, Ms. Hacker worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Auditor and at Brookdale, where she served as the Regional Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis and the Director of Accounting.

Assurex Health announced the appointment of Peter Donato, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bovie Medical. Donato has also served as the Corporate Controller for Cyberonics, Inc., as Chief Financial Officer of Catsys Health, Inc., and as Chief Financial Officer for IRIS International, Inc. Donato takes over for Stephen Stamp, who has held the position for the past two years.

Goldpoint Partners announced that Sean Gelb has joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gelb joins from Blackstone, where he was senior vice president of Private Equity Tactical Opportunities, Finance and Accounting. Previously, Mr. Gelb was a director at SS&C PEI Solutions, where he served as controller for private equity and venture capital fund structures. Prior to that, Mr. Gelb was a partner at Northport LLC (before the firm was acquired by SS&C PEI Solutions). In his earlier career, he held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Richard A. Eisner & Company.

Tredegar Corporation (NYSE: TG) announced that Kevin A. O’Leary, vice president, CFO and treasurer, has stepped down from his position. D. Andrew Edwards, formerly vice president, CFO and treasurer of Tredegar Corporation from 2003 to 2009, will return to the company to serve as vice president, CFO and treasurer, effective the end of July.

Capital Southwest Corporation (NASDAQ: CSWC) announced the appointment of Michael S. Sarner as Senior Vice President of the company, effective on or before August 1, 2015. Following the previously announced spin-off transaction, Mr. Sarner will be appointed Chief Financial Officer of the business development company. Before joining the Company, he spent 15 years at American Capital, Ltd. in a variety of financial roles, most recently as Senior Vice President, Treasury.

Forward Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORD) announced the appointment of Michael Matte as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Matte will assume his appointment with immediate effect. Prior to Mr. Matte’s appointment as CFO at Forward, Mr. Matte served as the CFO and Chief Accounting Officer of Aspen Group, Inc., until March 2014. Mr. Matte also served as an Executive Vice President of Finance and CFO of MeetMe, Inc. (formerly, QuePasa Corp.) from October 2007 to March 2013 and as the CFO for Cyberguard from February 2001 to April 2006. Mr. Matte currently serves on the Board of Directors of Coqui Radio Pharmaceutical, a position he has held since June 2013, and previously served on the Board of Directors of Iris International from January 2004 until April 2012. Mr. Matte has also served as a director for QuePasa Corp. from July 2006 until October 2007 and for Geltec Solutions from September 2008 until October 2009.

Manhattan College has appointed Matthew S. McManness vice president for finance and chief financial officer. McManness has most recently served as vice president for finance and administration at La Salle University. Previously, he was executive officer for Dartmouth College, vice president for finance and administration at Maryland Institute College of Art, and served in many administrative roles at Towson University in Maryland.

Numotion announced that Tamas Feitel has joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer. Feitel joins Numotion after an 18 year career at GE serving in executive level global finance leadership roles. His most recent position was Chief Financial Officer for GE Healthcare Global Services.

Peabody Energy (NYSE: BTU) announced that it has named longstanding financial executive Amy Schwetz to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Schwetz replaces Michael Crews, who has announced plans to step down by the end of July to take the top financial position at a major industrial firm. Schwetz served as Peabody Energy Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration – Australia; Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration – Americas; Vice President of Investor Relations; Vice President of Capital and Financial Planning; Director of Financial Planning; and Director of Compliance and Accounting Policies. Schwetz joined Peabody from major accounting firm Ernst and Young where she held multiple audit roles over eight years.

Innocrin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. announced the appointment of Charles (Chuck) Osborne as its Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2015. Most recently, Mr. Osborne was the Chief Financial Officer at SCYNEXIS. Prior experiences include time at NOBEX and International Murex Technologies Co.

Nomi announced the hiring of Jeff Babka as Chief Financial Officer. Babka comes to Nomi most recently from Applied Predictive Technologies (APT) where he was CFO since February 2014. Prior to APT, Jeff served as CFO at Vibrant Media, Sophos and Neustar.

Editas Medicine announced the appointment of Andrew Hack as chief financial officer. Dr. Hack joins Editas from Millennium Management where he was portfolio manager. Before joining Millennium, Dr. Hack was a healthcare analyst at HealthCor Management, Carlyle-Blue Wave Partners and the MPM BioEquities Fund.

World Point Terminals, LP (NYSE: WPT) announced that Jonathan Q. (“JQ”) Affleck was appointed as the general partner’s vice president and chief financial officer, effective October 1, 2015. Mr. Affleck joined the Partnership in 2013 and has served as general counsel for the Partnership since that time. Prior to joining the Partnership, Mr. Affleck was an associate in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates from January 2011 through March 2013.

Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. announced the retirement of Mark Durand as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Doug Langston, Vice President, Finance will act as principal financial and accounting officer of the Company.

Intralinks (NYSE: IL) has appointed Chris Lafond as its new executive vice president and chief financial officer. Mr. Lafond is succeeding Derek Irwin, who has left the company to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Lafond is an experienced executive leader who most recently was EVP and chief financial officer at Gartner, Inc.
